Abstract

This study purposed s to determine the management of records in improving administrative services. at the Muara Village Office, Tonra District, Bone Regency. This study used in  qualitative type using a descriptive type. The results of this study showed that archive management in improving administrative services at the Muara Village office (a) recording records at the Muara Village office was classified as good, (b) Control and distribution at the Muara Village office it had not run optimally because it did not use the disposition sheet for managing incoming and outgoing letters, (c) archive storage at the Muara Village office, namely by using the subject system by looking at the contents or about the letter (d) archives at the Muara Village office, it was maintained quite well in view of the fact that most of the archives were stored in a cupboard so that it was safe from the possibility of being damaged, burned, and wet, (e) the supervision of the Muara Village Head had also carried out quite good supervision in the field of archives, (f) transfer and the extermination at the Muara Village office had not run optimally because lack of understanding of employees in the transfer and destruction of archives and the absence of Standard Operating Procedure's at the Muara Village office.

Abstract

This study  aimed to find out how to empower the community for scavenger families in Rappokalling Village, Tallo District, Makassar City. The number of informants was 10 people. This study used qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This study used the theory of empowerment aspects of Edi Suharto, with the results showed protection; the scavenger community had never received discrimination from strong community groups. Strengthening: training programs for scavenger communities had been successful in increasing self-reliance and improving socio-economic conditions. Support: providing support, education and motivation to the scavenger community had succeeded in increasing public awareness about the importance of improving socio-economic quality. Maintenance: in this case the maintenance carried out by the scavenger community was considered successful, in ensuring balance and harmony so that every scavenger community had the opportunity to do business. Possibility: that the scavenger succeeded in eliminating the possibilities that could hinder the scavenger community from developing.Keywords: Empowerment, community, scavenger families

Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan tolak ukur perkembangan suatu daerah. Otonomi daerah yang digencarkan pemerintah telah membuat Sebagian besar daerah-daerah seluruh Indonesia telah melakukan pembangunan disegala sektor baik informal maupun formal. Pembangunan jalan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting sebagai pendukung utama dinamika dan aktivitas ekonomi baik dipusat maupun di daerah. Jalan juga memiliki manfaat strategis yaitu salah satunya menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang berskala besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pemerintah dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di Kelurahan Tonrorita Kecamatan Biringbulu Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tekkhnik pengumpulan data melalui pbservasi wawancara. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemerintah kelurahan tonrorita sudah memenuhi pedoman RPJM. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peran pemerintah daerah dalam hal kelurahan dalam melakukan pembangunan jalan yang disesuaikan dengan rencana pembangunan jangkah menengah (RPJM). Namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian masih ada beberapa indikator yang belum berjalan dengan baik, seperti kurangnya sumberdaya manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of PKH in the Latellang Village community, Patimpeng District, Bone Regency. This study used qualitative methods and the data sources used  observations, interviews, and other data sources as secondary data sources. Data processing and analysis technology had gone through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of this study were 1) the communication aspect of all administrators in Latellang Village using communication by holding a meeting once a month to maintain communication between the management and beneficiaries, 2) the resource aspect of PKH assistants who did not understand the meaning and adjustment of PKH was so that the delivery of information to participants receiving the assistance had not been maximized, 3) aspects of the bureaucratic structure of procedures or rules that had been in effect with PKH had been followed and obeyed by participants and managers of this program.Keywords: Implementation, PKH, Poverty Alleviation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the district head's regulations in  reducing the use of plastic in Bantaeng Regency. This study used qualitative research. Informants in this study used  five people. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Regent's Regulation on Reducing the Use of Plastic in Bantaeng Regency had not been effective in terms of financial resources that were still limited so that the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure was still lacking, such as the lack of available garbage trucks, so that the accumulation of plastic waste still occurred frequently. On the other hand, although guidance and counseling had been held on how to reduce the use of plastic and manage plastic waste through 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) which was carried out by the Environmental Service in collaboration with retail entrepreneurs and sub-districts in Bantaeng Regency. But it all came back to the awareness and concern of each individual in preserving the environment. The level of public concern for the environment was still low.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of digital era bureaucratic transformation in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show the transformation of digital era bureaucracy in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. Achievement of goals has been very effective and has international standards which makes public services easier for the community. Digital-based services will of course provide more significant service improvements. Integration into application-based service programs can be said to be effective because it is cost-effective, time-saving and energy-saving. Adaptation to the online application service program is flexible because people can easily get services and access them

Abstract

This study purposed to find out  the Management Strategy of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Maccini Baji Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative, data sources were primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the strategy for managing village-owned enterprises had 4 aspects that affect the management strategy, namely the planning aspect had followed the procedures listed in the AD/ART, the organizing aspect was appointing a manager who was an element of the village community and did  not have duties in the village government, the directive aspect had supervised the work of members as well as monitoring and evaluating aspects of managers conducting evaluations every 3 months, 6 months and annually. Then the factors that influenced the management of village-owned enterprises in Maccini Baji village were the existence of a system of cooperation to full support by the village government, equity and procurement of bumdes business funds. Keywords: Strategy, Management and Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency. The type used in this research is phenomenology where the researcher collects data by distributing questionnaires and observations. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied or the research being carried out. Where the results of the research show that the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency received a score of 4.22 with a percentage of 84.23%, so it can be said that the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency is very high quality. With this, it is important to maintain the quality of service that has been achieved and further improve it by continuing to innovate in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The study aimed  to find out how much the relationship between organizational culture and employee professionalism at the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai Regency This study used quantitative with descriptive research type. These quantitative descriptive studies were methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. The population and sample in this study were 35 people. Data collection techniques used  questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the calculated value was greater than rtable (0.992 0.344). Therefore, there was a very strong relationship to organizational culture and employee professionalism in the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai District.

Abstract

The notion of this research is to discover official ethics on administration service in the office of Civil Service Agency and Human Resource Development in Bone District. This research was descriptive qualitative method that used type of phenomenology research, and technique of data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data in this research taken from seven informants. Technique of data collecting was deep interview, direct observation, and take documentation. The result of this research showed that the official ethics on administration services has been running  consist of four aspects, namely Equality, The value of the equation that is run is good, Equity, The maximum applied justice is seen. Loyalty, Employed loyalty is shown direcly by looking at the performance and obeying the existing rules.  Responsibility , in carrying out the service has been responsible but in terms of discipline, especially discipline when there are still many employess who do not attend on time and make Government employees waiting service.
