Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Di Polres Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian efektivitas penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas di polres Kabupaten soppeng sebagaimana sudah efektif.  hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator efektivitas yang meliputi: Pencapaian Tujuan yang telah tercapai untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketertiban dan kedisiplinan masyarakat saat berlalu lintas serta dapat mengurangi pelanggaran lalu lintas setiap tahun dengan melakukan dua upaya yang pertama upaya preventif yaitu mencegah terjadinya suatu pelanggaran, yang kedua upaya represif yaitu untuk menindaki masyarakat yang melakukan pelanggaran agar ada efek jerahnya. Integrasi yang sudah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan sosialisasi bersama masyarakat dan remaja agar pengetahuan mereka lebih luas lagi dalam berlalu lintas.dan adaptasi yang sudah diterapkan baik dari pihak pengadilan Negeri kepada masyarakat mengenai proses menyelesaikan perkara. Pelanggar akan disidang oleh hakim dan hakim akan memutuskan berapa denda yang akan dibayar oleh Pelanggar, namun karna adanya Perma Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 bahwa pelanggar untuk tidak menghadiri sidang. Di satu sisi, perma ini membuat layanan peradilan menjadi lebih cepat dan tujuan dikeluarkannya Perma memang agar pelayanan lebih baik.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Di Polres Kabupaten Soppeng. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in improving the welfare of the Elderly (Elderly) displaced in Makassar City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research technical analysis of the data used is collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification The results of this study indicate that the role of the social service in improving the welfare of neglected elderly is the role of the facilitative, the facilities provided are in the form of a handling house and Trauma Center (RPTC) for Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) as well as the needs of food clothing that is met. The role of education in the form of counseling about fostering in the form of mental guidance, social guidance to spiritual guidance that makes the elderly have more quality of life and has better welfare. The role of rerentational by inviting elderly is to do light gymnastics or elderly exercises which aims to physical fitness that can support the health and quality of life of the elderly becomes better.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency. The type used in this research is phenomenology where the researcher collects data by distributing questionnaires and observations. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied or the research being carried out. Where the results of the research show that the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency received a score of 4.22 with a percentage of 84.23%, so it can be said that the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Banggai Regency is very high quality. With this, it is important to maintain the quality of service that has been achieved and further improve it by continuing to innovate in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of digital era bureaucratic transformation in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show the transformation of digital era bureaucracy in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. Achievement of goals has been very effective and has international standards which makes public services easier for the community. Digital-based services will of course provide more significant service improvements. Integration into application-based service programs can be said to be effective because it is cost-effective, time-saving and energy-saving. Adaptation to the online application service program is flexible because people can easily get services and access them

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of E-Government Motor Vehicle Tax Payments based on the Bapenda Sulsel Mobile Application at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of Motor Vehicle Tax Payments based on the Bapenda Sulsel Mobile Application at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province can be categorized as quite effective, because of the three indicators only one is not yet effective. Achievement of objectives in its implementation is efficient in terms of time and the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax growth has increased significantly which has contributed greatly to Regional Original Income. Integration carried out with several other agencies and various methods of socialization, namely direct socialization to the community. Adaptation in terms of human resources is not adequate, there is still a lack of human resources for the development of this application, but the infrastructure is adequate.
