Abstract

The transformation of the digital economy has become a significant phenomenon in Indonesia’s economic development, driven by rapid advances in information and communication technology. The digital economy is viewed as a strategic instrument to accelerate economic growth, enhance financial inclusion, and strengthen the competitiveness of business actors, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the transformation of the digital economy in Indonesia by examining its opportunities, challenges, and impacts on the national economy. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing on relevant national and international academic journals. Data analysis is conducted through a descriptive-qualitative approach by linking empirical findings with the theoretical frameworks of innovation economics and endogenous growth theory. The findings indicate that the digital economy offers substantial opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, financial inclusion, and the creation of new digital-based employment. However, the transformation also faces major challenges, including the digital divide, limited human resource capacity, and issues related to regulation and data security. The implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure, enhancing digital literacy and skills, and developing adaptive governance frameworks to ensure that the digital economy contributes optimally and sustainably to Indonesia’s economic development.

Abstract

Unemployment among vocational school graduates remained the highest in August 2023. This issue is one of the problems addressed in this study. The study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, teachers' professional competence, and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gemolong. This study employs a quantitative research design, with the study population consisting of 156 students in grades XI and XII at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gemolong for the 2024/2025 academic year, and a sample size of 113 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire via Google Forms. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education, teachers' professional competence, and self-efficacy influence students' entrepreneurial interest at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gemolong. The findings of this study can serve as additional knowledge regarding students' entrepreneurial interest in relation to entrepreneurship education, teachers' professional competence, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

Di era sekarang, mahasiswa merupakan salah satu golongan yang masuk ke dalam generasi Z. Mahasiswa pada generasi ini sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang dan berisiko terjerat utang, termasuk pinjaman online, yang pada akhirnya dapat menghambat kemampuan mereka untuk menabung atau berinvestasi di masa mendatang. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa untuk mengatur keuangan dengan baik, salah satunya yaitu dengan menerapkan perilaku menabung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret; (2) Pengaruh pendidikan keuangan keluarga terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret; (3) Pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret; (4) Pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendidikan keuangan keluarga, dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 242 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021 dan 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dengan menggunakan Google Form. Uji validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product momentPearson dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung; (2) pendidikan keuangan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung; (3) kontrol diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung; (4) literasi keuangan, pendidikan keuangan keluarga, dan kontrol diri berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, efikasi diri dan sosialisasi keuangan keluarga terhadap perilaku keuangan siswa SMK di Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa SMK di Sukoharjo. Sebanyak 380 sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada responden. Kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin. Analisis regresi berganda dilakukan setelah melakukan uji statistic deskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik, untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, efikasi diri, dan sosialisasi keuangan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan siswa SMK di Sukoharjo.  Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan yang baik mampu memengaruhi perilaku keuangan siswa yang baik pula. Siswa yang memiliki keyakinan terhadap kemampuannya dalam mengatur keuangan cenderung memiliki perilaku keuangan yang baik. Siswa yang mendapat sosialisasi tentang keuangan dari orang tua cenderung memiliki perilaku keuangan yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS; (2) Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS; (3) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS.            Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian  ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS Angkatan 2018- 2019 yang berjumlah 168 mahasiswa dengan sampel 118 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan angket/kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form.            Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS, dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 36,377 > 3,07. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS, dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,585 > 1,981. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS, dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,873 > 1,981.

Abstract

Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) named Cor Logam Buana Jaya and Cor Metal Kalinda Iron. The two SMEs are located in Ngawonggo Village, Kecamatan Ceper, Klaten Regency. The first SMEs, Cor Logam Buana Jaya produces art casting (indoor and outdoor furniture) in the form of metal products such as ornaments or decoration products, while the second, Cor Metal Kalinda Iron produces the machinery spare parts products (technical goods) that are various products of machining and automotive spare parts. This activity aims to improve the quality of metal production and welding techniques, as well as improve the quality of bookkeeping and management in both partner SMEs. The method used in this activity is a participatory training and supervision method. Based on the evaluation results, this training has a positive impact on the development of participants' skills and SMEs operation. It is proved that the participants are able to understand the material presented, able to know and overcome the problems that have been faced, and able to practice welding technique on stainless metal and financial management on SMEs much better.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. The determination of research method is descriptive quantitative with research subjects totaling 395 respondents. The sampling technique is done by probability sampling. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The results show that; (1) economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta as evidenced by the results of the f test is 49,068 > 2.63. (2) economic education in the family has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -3.144 > 1.966. (3) financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -2.202 > 1.966. (4) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is 11.224 > 1.966.

Abstract

The Merdeka Mengajar platform is a strategic initiative of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia, aimed at enhancing teacher competencies through self-directed learning and reflective assessment. Two key features of this platform, Independent Training (Pelatihan Mandiri) and Competency Reflection (Refleksi Kompetensi, Refkom), are designed to support teachers’ professional development in a flexible and needs-based manner. This study examines the influence of Independent Training completion and Refkom scores on elementary students’ performance in the 2023 National Assessment (Asesmen Nasional), covering literacy, numeracy, and character domains. The research population comprises elementary school teachers who participated in online Independent Training programs in 2022. Data were analyzed using linear regression, with school accreditation status included as a control variable. The results indicate that students taught by teachers who completed the Independent Training achieved significantly higher literacy and numeracy scores. Teachers’ Refkom scores also had a positive effect on students’ numeracy outcomes, although the relationship was not significant for character development. These findings suggest that strengthening teacher competencies through Independent Training and Refkom contributes meaningfully to improving the quality of student learning.
