Abstract

The phenomenon of distance learning (PJJ) during the Covid-19 pandemic led to various problems in education. One of them is the application of PJJ where the learning emphasizes the cognitive aspects, and the learning is designed how students must develop by learning cognitive, but the affective and psychomotor aspects are not given attention. Especially affective, where parents who are responsible for learning their children at home, not all of them have the competence to teach their children about attitudes, good behavior, or knowledge about mental health and mental health. counseling which must exist in this case, cannot perform services directly so it requires the application of information technology in it. This study aims to (1) determine the level of effectiveness in the use of information technology for counseling, (2) describe the various ways and tools in information technology that can be implemented to assist counseling services. In the procedure for compiling this journal, the method used to compile it is literature study. This technique is carried out by collecting various data from various literature that is relevant and guaranteed to the problems and research discussed in the journals. This journal describes the problem of the effectiveness of IT implementation at counseling in a descriptive and hierarchical manner regarding various studies conducted in literature data which is the source of reference. The research method used is a literature study by examining various literature that is relevant to the title raised by the author. The results of this study are a description of the results of processing data from various reference literatures regarding the effectiveness of IT implementation in BK in the Pandemic Era with Distance Learning (PJJ).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that is endemic in various parts of the world, has had an impact on various aspects, one of which is in the field of education. The Indonesian government's effort in dealing with the impact of COVID-19 in the education sector is to implement Distance Learning (PJJ) supported by Information and Communication Technology devices. This article analyzes the obstacles that occur when learning takes place, and creates a solution based on several research results that have been carried out by several people, namely audio-based learning in the form of podcasts, interactive video conferences and Virtual Museum Tour (VMT). This article was created based on a survey research method to identify the effectiveness of strategies and methods in the learning process carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in history subjects at the high school level. There are 9 questions asked in this questionnaire. From 30 respondents, it was found that the strategies and methods used in learning activities in their schools were less attractive so that there were solutions in the form of recommendations regarding these problems, namely updating the strategies and methods used and now being varied into podcasts, discussions via interactive video conference, and the Virtual Museum. Usaha pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani dampak covid-19 di bidang pendidikan adalah menerapkan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dengan didukung oleh perangkat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana kendala yang terjadi ketika pembelajaran berlangsung, dan menciptakan sebuah solusi yang dilandasi oleh beberapa hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh beberapa orang, yakni pembelajaran berbasis audio berupa podcast, video conference interaktif serta Virtual Museum Tour (VMT). Artikel ini dibuat berdasarkan metode penelitian survei untuk mengidentifikasi keefektifitasan strategi dan metode dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di mata pelajaran sejarah jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Terdapat 9 pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam kuesioner ini. Dari 30 responden, didapat hasil bahwa strategi maupun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah mereka kurang menarik sehingga terdapat solusi berupa rekomendasi mengenai permasalahan tersebut yaitu memperbaharui strategi dan metode yang digunakan dan kini divariasikan menjadi podcast, diskusi via video conference interaktif, dan Virtual Museum Tour.

Abstract

Pariwisata kreatif adalah salah satu sektor unggulan yang mendukung perekonomian nasional. Indonesia merupakan negara yang luas dan kaya akan budaya, baik budaya berbentuk benda maupun tak benda. Benda-benda yang dianggap budaya ini memerlukan bermacam ritual dan pengalaman dalam proses pembuatannya. Di Jawa Barat sendiri terdapat beberapa daerah yang memiliki kebudayaan sejenis itu, salah satunya di Kota Bandung yang dilestarikan oleh Komunitas Pijar yang mempelajari mengenai kebudayaan dan penempaan pisau dan benda pusaka, khususnya Kujang dan Keris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dnegan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek yang diteliti adalah Ibnu Pratomo sebagai pendiri Komunitas Pijar serta angota Komunitas Pijar. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan studi dokumentasi, studi literatur, dan observasi tidak langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Komunitas Pijar memiliki potensi menjadi pariwisata kreatif karena sifatnya yang informal, fleksibel, praktis, dan juga interaktif. Sebagai kelompok unik dalam masayarakat multikultural, Komunitas Pijar telah berupaya mengenalkan budaya mereka dengan meanfaatkan media sosial untuk berbagi pengetahuan mengenai penempaan.

Abstract

Gerbang Maca or “Gerakan Pengembangan Indramayu Membaca” is something the local government and the community must do together to increase and develop their interests, hobbies, and reading culture. To create a generation that is intelligent, characterized, and competitive. The purpose of this study is to examine the Gerbang Maca program and the impact of the implementation of the Gerbang Maca program, thus describing the library as a learning resource for the community, especially the Indramayu community. The method used is the qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The data collection technique uses field observations. The study was conducted by virtual observation on social media Instagram, Disarpus Kab. Indramayu and journal articles referring to library innovation strategies. In the analysis carried out, it was found that the program carried out by the Disarpus Kab. Indramayu is to shape the character of its people with varied innovations. So that some of the sub-programs carried out are adjusted to the community's needs. Such as Pelibatan Masyarakat, Perpustakaan Keliling and Kunjungan Pemustaka Anak Usia Dini. The program was then used as an innovative strategy to build a smart, characterized, and competitive Kabupaten Indramayu and make the library a learning resource for the community. AbstrakGerbang Maca atau “Gerakan Pengembangan Indramayu Membaca” merupakan serangkaian upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah bersama dengan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan minat, kegemaran serta budaya baca, dalam rangka mewujudkan generasi yang cerdas, berkarakter dan berdaya saing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji terkait Gerbang Maca, kegiatan yang terdapat di dalamnya, serta dampak dari penerapan program Gerbang Maca, sehingga menggambarkan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar bagi masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi lapangan (field observation). Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi virtual pada media sosial Instagram Disarpus Kab. Indramayu serta artikel dari jurnal yang merujuk pada strategi inovasi perpustakaan. Pada analisis yang dilakukan didapat hasil bahwa program yang dilakukan oleh Disarpus Kab. Indramayu dimaksudkan untuk membentuk karakter masyarakatnya dengan menggunakan inovasi yang bervariatif, sehingga beberapa sub program yang dilakukan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Beberapa program, seperti program Pelibatan Masyarakat, Perpustakaan Keliling dan Kunjungan Pemustaka Anak Usia Dini dijadikan strategi inovatif untuk membangun Kabupaten Indramayu yang cerdas, berkarakter dan berdaya saing, juga menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar bagi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Gerbang Maca; Indramayu; pelibatan masyarakat; perpustakaan keliling

Abstract

AbstractSocial media is one of the places to be able to access information, it is so popularly used by the people of Indonesia. In addition to being able to access existing information, users can also share any information the findings from Ipos state that Indonesia is ranked 2nd in the behavior of sharing anything on social media, unfortunately many of them do not understand the dangers of excessive sharing of privacy on social media which is known as oversharing. The role of an institution is needed to be able to educate about privacy to the public. Institutions that have this potential are libraries. This is the background of this study to further analyze the potential of libraries on the phenomenon of oversharing in society. The method used is library research or literature study, namely bibliographic research and scientific systematics which include collecting bibliographic materials including books or other readings related to the research objectives. The results of the study show that the library as an information provider with high credibility has the potential to be the front line to the protector for users related to privacy on social media. Libraries can raise awareness little by little about the importance of protecting personal information on social media. Thus, users can know and understand the consequences and potential of various publicly available information. For this reason, further user education that can be held by the library regarding privacy literacy is needed to be able to explain and explain the existing understanding of privacy literacy.AbstrakMedia sosial menjadi salah satu tempat untuk dapat mengakses informasi, begitu populer digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Selain dapat mengakses informasi yang ada pengguna juga dapat membagikan informasi apa saja. Temuan dari Ipos menyebutkan Indonesia berada pada peringkat 2 pada perilaku membagikan apa saja di media sosial, sayangnya banyak dari mereka tidak memahami bahayanya jika berlebihan membagikan privasi di media sosial yang dikenal dengan oversharing. Dibutuhkannya peran suatu lembaga untuk dapat mengedukasi perihal privasi ke masyarakat. Lembaga yang memiliki potensi tersebut adalah perpustakaan. Hal tersebut yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai potensi perpustakaan pada fenomena oversharing di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian kajian pustaka atau studi kepustakaan, yaitu cara penelitian bibliografi serta sistematis ilmiah yang meliputi, mengumpulkan bahan bahan bibliografi diantaranya adalah buku ataupun bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan sasaran penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sebagai penyedia informasi dengan kredibilitas yang tinggi memiliki potensi menjadi garda terdepan sampai dengan pelindung bagi pemustaka terkait dengan privasi di media sosial. Perpustakaan dapat menyadarkan sedikit demi sedikit mengenai pentingnya melindungi informasi pribadi di media social. Dengan demikian, pemustaka dapat mengetahui dan memahami konsekuensi dan potensi dari berbagai informasi yang ada secara publik. Untuk itu, diperlukanedukasi pemustaka lebih lanjut yang dapat diselenggarakan oleh perpustakaan mengenai literasi privasi untuk dapat menjelaskan dan memaparkan mengenai pemahaman literasi privasi yang ada.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka sedang ramai dibicarakan saat ini. Terlebih lagi sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memulihkan pembelajaran pasca pandemi. Pengembangan kurikulum seyogianya diharapkan terarah secara holistik, berbasis kompetensi, kontekstual, dan personalisasi. Kurikulum merdeka ini diharapkan sama terarah demikian. Berkenaan dengan upaya pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka ini, pemerintah telah melaksanakan program sekolah penggerak, sebagai pilot project pengembangan program-program sekolah sebagai upaya menuju pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka ini. Saat ini belum banyak sekolah yang melaksanakan program sekolah penggerak, berdasarkan hal tersebut program pengabdian ini berupaya untuk melaksanakan pembinaan pengembangan kurikulum merdeka berbasis best practices program sekolah penggerak. Diharapkan sekolah yang telah melaksanakan program sekolah penggerak dapat mendiseminasikan dan juga berkolaborasi dengan Program Studi Pengembangan Kurikulum UPI untuk membina sekolah yang belum melaksanakan program sekolah penggerak.Kata kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Pengembangan Kurikulum, Pilot project, Sekolah PenggerakAbstractThe independent curriculum is being discussed at this time as an effort to restore learning after the pandemic. Curriculum development should be directed holistically, competency-based, contextual, and personalized. The independent curriculum expected will have the same direction. Concerning the effort to implement this independent curriculum, the government has implemented a “Sekolah Penggerak” program as a pilot project for the development of school programs as an effort toward implementing this independent curriculum. Currently, there are not many schools that implement “Sekolah Penggerak” program. Based on this, this service program seeks to develop an independent curriculum based on the best practices of the “Sekolah Penggerak” program. Abstract

Information search activities are things that are usually done by students in meeting information needs. Twitter is one of the social media that can be used as an information search engine. In Indonesia, there has been a phenomenon of using automatic fanbase (autobase) twitter which is used as one of the information search media by students, namely autobase twitter @collegemenfess. Through the @collegemenfess autobase media network, there can be an exchange of information and knowledge that can support Personal Knowledge Management. The purpose of this study is to examine how personal knowledge management is on followers of the @collegemenfess autobase account. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach to 100 respondents who are followers and users of the @collegemenfess autobase account. The results of this study are that there is a very good category of assessment in the aspect of Personal Knowledge Management ability which includes the ability to retrieve information and analyze information and in a good category in the aspect of the ability to evaluate or assess information and organize information. Meanwhile, in presenting information, respondents tend to be more adept at presenting information in written than verbal.

Abstract

Lembang area is one of the contributors to water pollution in the Cibeureum and Cikapundung rivers which empties into the Citarum river. One of the things that pollute it is animal waste because some residents habitually throw it directly into the river. The program's dedication in the form of Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), published in this article, aims to increase the awareness of residents and students about the importance of sorting and processing waste. Also, providing education that maintaining cleanliness in Cikole has helped reduce the problem of the Citarum river. It includes education about composting as a way to process animal manure. The method used is value planting and a synergy approach. Some of the programs carried out are the Harum Citarum Seminar by the TNI SATGAS, river carcasses, composting, making organic, inorganic, and B3 trash cans, social services or cooperation, and the commemoration of the Republic of Indonesia's anniversary. After implementing the program, most residents and school students realized the importance of protecting the environment, as seen by the amount of waste disposed of carelessly in several areas. The community has also understood the importance of keeping the environment clean, especially around the river.

Abstract

This research is based on the development of information needs and efforts of the museum as one of information institutions to meet these information needs by conveying information in its collections. The information conveyed to relate to aspects of attention, interest, search, action, and share designed in a website-based museum information system. This study aims to describe the results of the implementation of the museum website based on AISAS aspects. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative with museum visitors as respondents. The respondents involved were 50 museum visitors, with the criteria determined by the researcher. The data that has been obtained is then processed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the overall museum website designs have met the expectations of website visitors to good criteria based on the AISAS aspect, but the action and share indicators are expected to be further improved because they are still in the fairly good category. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the design of the museum website can pay attention to every indicator in the AISAS aspect so that the museum website can meet the expectations of visitors to the museum website.

Abstract

Perpustakaan tidak hanya terbatas sebagai sebuah gedung tempat menyimpan buku. Perpustakaan dapat digambarkan sebagai lembaga sumber informasi, baik cetak maupun non cetak. Koleksi perpustakaan menjadi salah satu sumber belajar yang diperlukan oleh civitas academica khususnya di lingkungan UPI Kamda Sumedang. Koleksi-koleksi yang ada di Perpustakaan UPI Kamda Sumedang digunakan untuk bahan ajar yang mendukung proses pembelajaran dengan menyediakan berbagai macam sumber rujukan berupa buku, jurnal maupun layanan lain yang dapat menunjang kegiatan perpustakaan di Perguruan Tinggi. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini terdapat banyak perubahan yang terjadi. Perpustakaan sebagai bagian dari sektor pendidikan juga ikut terdampak terhadap keadaan ini. Aplikasi WhatsApp adalah salah satu media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh mayoritas masyarakat di Indonesia. WhatsApp dianggap sebagai aplikasi yang mudah digunakan untuk tetap menjalin komunikasi dengan orang lain. Hal itulah yang diadaptasi oleh Perpustakaan UPI Kamda Sumedang, di mana perpustakaan kemudian memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp sebagai sirkulasi sumber belajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Penyediaan sumber belajar bagi civitas academika UPI Kamda Sumedang harus tetap dilakukan karena kegiatan pembelajaran juga tetap berlangsung meskipun di tengah pandemi. Harapannya, aplikasi WhatsApp yang digunakan di perpustakaan dapat lebih ditingkatkan lagi, agar dapat membuat pemanfaatannya menjadi lebih mudah serta dapat membuat pemustaka menjadi lebih nyaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp untuk menghubungi pihak perpustakaan.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi WhatsApp, Perpustakaan; Sirkulasi; Sumber Belajar The library is not only limited as a building to store books. Libraries can be described as sources of information, both printed and non-printed. Library collections are one of the learning resources needed by the academic community, especially in the UPI Kamda Sumedang environment. The collections in the UPI Kamda Sumedang Library are used for learning materials that support the learning process by providing various reference sources in the form of books, journals and other services that can support library activities in universities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many changes have occurred. Libraries as part of the education sector are also affected by this situation. The WhatsApp application is one of the social media that is widely used by the majority of people in Indonesia. WhatsApp is considered an easy-to-use application to stay in touch with other people. This was adapted by the UPI Kamda Sumedang Library, where the library then used the WhatsApp application as a circulation of learning resources to meet the information needs of users. The provision of learning resources for the academic community of UPI Kamda Sumedang must still be carried out because learning activities also continue even in the midst of a pandemic. It is hoped that the WhatsApp application used in the library can be further improved, in order to make its use easier and to make users more comfortable using the WhatsApp application to contact the library.
