Abstract

This study aims to predict the relationship of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, relative superiority, nature of transactions, and substitution to adoptions that affect intention to use of smart phone-based electronic money. The variables in this study are relative advantages, transaction nature, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, substitution and adoption of electronic money. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted using a questionnaire with judgmental sampling method. The size of the respondents is 142 respondents. The data obtained is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the six hypotheses are supported. The intention to use electronic money is also influenced by the adoption of electronic money. The adoption of electronic money is a significant predictor of intention to use electronic money. This study also provides limitations and suggestions for further research.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan-hubungan antar variabel dalam memprediksi penggunaan aktual inovasi jasa. Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh resistensi terhadap perubahan, nilai yang dirasakan, sikap terhadap inovasi jasa, niat untuk menggunakan inovasi jasa, dan kepribadian inovatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode non-probabilitas sampling. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 212 responden. Data kemudian dianalisa dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari lima hipotesis didukung. Ketiga hipotesis tersebut adalah niat merupakan prediktor yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan inovasi jasa.  Niat itu sendiri juga dipengaruhi oleh sikap terhadap inovasi jasa. Nilai yang dirasakan merupakan prediktor yang signifikan atas sikap terhadap inovasi jasa. Akan tetapi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kepribadian inovatif bukan merupakan prediktor yang signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan inovasi jasa. Penelitian ini juga memberikan keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Kata kunci: transportasi, penggunaan aktual, E-toll card, inovasi jasa, SEMAbstract. Data was then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results showed that three out of five hypotheses are supported. Those hypotheses include the intention of a significant predictor of the use of innovation services. Intention itself is also influenced by the attitude towards innovation services. The perceived value is a significant predictor of the attitude towards innovation services. However, the results showed that the resistance to change and innovative personality is not a significant predictor of the intention to use the innovation services. Abstract

Abstract. Of the many e-commerce players in Indonesia, Zalora is one of the main online shopping. However, there is a decrease rank in Zalora where in 2018 Zalora was ranked 7th but dropped to 10th in 2019. Therefore, the research aims to predict purchase intentions through Zalora which are influenced by perceptions of web design, perceptions of reliability, privacy, and customer service. This research uses quantitative methods, and data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to the non-probability sampling method. Samples taken were 40 respondents for preliminary tests and 200 respondents for actual tests, with the criteria of ever shopping at Zalora. Data obtained in the preliminary study were tested by testing the reliability and validity. Data obtained from actual research is tested by testing the reliability, validity, and classical assumption tests. Next, the data are analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test hypotheses and draw conclusions. Thus, the results show that the nine research hypotheses are supported. This study also provides theoretical implications, managerial implications, and recommendations for further research.Keywords: Purchase intention, web design, reliability, privacy, customer serviceAbstrak. Dari sekian banyak pemain e-commerce di Indonesia, Zalora adalah salah satu belanja online utama. Namun, ada penurunan peringkat di Zalora di mana pada 2018 Zalora berada di peringkat 7 tetapi turun ke 10 di 2019. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi niat beli melalui Zalora yang dipengaruhi oleh persepsi desain web, persepsi keandalan, privasi, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan metode pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas. Sampel yang diambil adalah 40 responden untuk tes pendahuluan dan 200 responden untuk tes aktual, dengan kriteria pernah berbelanja di Zalora. Data yang diperoleh dalam studi pendahuluan diuji dengan menguji reliabilitas dan validitas. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian aktual diuji dengan menguji reliabilitas, validitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis dan menarik kesimpulan. Dengan demikian, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sembilan hipotesis penelitian didukung. Studi ini juga memberikan implikasi teoritis, implikasi manajerial, dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.Kata kunci: Niat membeli, disain web, keandalan, privasi, layanan konsumen

Abstract

This research aims to test the travel intention model that includes several main variables in predicting travel intention. Specifically, Borobudur temple was used to test the model because the temple was one of world heritage. Respondents were chosen by judgemental sampling and the sample size was 240. This research applied structural equation modelling to test research hypotheses. All research hypotheses were supported by data. This manuscript provide the literature review along with the development of hypotheses, research method, results and discussion, and research limitations and conclusion.

Abstract

This research aims to examine relationship between antecedents’ variables of financial behavior intention. This research involves 350 respondents which were collected through online questionnaire. Data was examined by reliability and validity tests before hypotheses testing. Hypotheses testing were applied by using structural equation modeling. All research hypotheses were supported except the hypothesis that stated the relationship between perceived control and financial behavior intention. This research provides discussion, conclusion, limitations and recommendation for future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi keterhubungan antara kemampuan, kebajikan, dan integritas Tokopedia terhadap kepercayaan dan partisipasi pelanggan Tokopedia. Sebanyak 130 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Kueioner dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator-indikator penelitian sebelumnya. Skala Likert 5 poin digunakan dalam kuesioner tersebut. Sebelum data dianalisis dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling, data terlebih dahulu diuji reliabilitas dan validitasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 dari tujuh hipotesis yang tidak didukung dalam penelitian ini. Ketiga hipotesis tersebut berkaitan dengan kebajikan dan integritas tidak mempunyai keterhubungan yang positif dengan kepercayaan konsumen. Lebih lanjut, tidak keterhubungan positif antara kebajikan perusahaan dengan tingkat partisipasi konsumen. Pembahasan serta keterbatasan penelitian juga disampaikan. This study aims to predict the relationship between the ability, benevolence, and integrity of Tokopedia to the trust and participation of Tokopedia customers. A total of 130 respondents were involved in this study. The questionnaire was developed based on the indicators of previous studies. A 5-point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire. Before the data are analyzed using structural equation modeling, the data are first tested for reliability and validity. The analysis shows that there are thress of the seven hypotheses that are not supported in this study. The three hypotheses related to benevolence and integrity do not have a positive relationship with consumer confidence. Furthermore, there is no positive relationship between the benevolence of the company and the level of consumer participation. Discussion and limitations of the study were also conveyed.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, sudah menjadi gaya hidup bagi hampir setiap generasi muda dan dewasa untuk bersantai dengan cara menongkrong di café atau kedai kopi. Starbuck merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang sering dikunjungi anak muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi hubungan variabel anteseden (yaitu: kepercayaan merek, afeksi merek, kesesuaian citra diri, dan kesesuaian fungsional) dari loyalitas merek.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan mengintegrasikan disain sampling bertujuan. Kuesioner didistribusikan secara online dan melibatkan 200 responden. Sebelum data diolah, uji reliabilitas dan validitas dilakukan untuk memastikan indikator yang digunakan adalah andal dan valid. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat tiga dari empat hipotesis penelitian yang didukung. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek, afeksi merek, dan kesesuaian citra diri merupakan prediktor utama dari loyalitas merek. Pembahasan dan keterbatasan penelitian disampaikan dalam penelitian ini. In this era of globalization, it has become a lifestyle for almost every young generation and adult to relax by hanging out in a café or coffee shop. Starbuck is one of the coffee shops frequented by young people. This study aims to predict the relationship between antecedent variables (namely: brand trust, brand affection, self-image congruence, and functional congruence of brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data were collected through a survey by integrating a purposive sampling design. The questionnaire was distributed online and involved 200 respondents. Before the data is processed, reliability and validity tests are carried out to ensure that the indicators used are reliable and valid. Then, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis show that there are three of the four supported research hypotheses. Specifically, this study shows that brand trust, brand affection, and self-image congruence are the main predictors of brand loyalty. The discussion and limitations of the research are presented in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the relationship between  perceived influence, brand engagement, brand expected value, and intention to purchase. The data were gathered from online respondents. The research questionnaire was built from previous research and  the research variables were measured by 5-point Likert scales. Before analyzing data for testing hypotheses, reliability and validity tests are performed first. Hypothesis testing is conducted by using structural equation modeling.The results show that there are four out of six hypotheses that are supported. This paper provides research discussion, limitation, and recommendation for future research
