Abstract

The Joglo intersection is a confluence of two national roads, namely Jl. Ki Mangunsarkoro and Jl. Youth Pledge. Then two provincial roads namely Jl. Colonel Sugiono who headed towards Purwodadi and Jl. Pierre Tendean. The traffic flow at the Joglo intersection is getting denser. This study aims to determine the level of service at level crossings at Joglo Crossings. Data collection was carried out by means of a direct survey at the intersection of the joglo cross section during peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening from 06.00 - 18.00 WIB. From the survey results, grouping was carried out on each segment at the intersection and presented in the form of a vehicle table. In calculating the intersection analysis using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. The performance results of the Surakarta joglo intersection before construction showed that the degree of saturation in the morning was 0.612, the degree of saturation during the day was 0.474 indicating the level of class C road service. The degree of saturation in the afternoon was 0.969 indicating the level of class E road service, while the degree of saturation at construction shows the morning of 0.620, the degree of saturation during the day is 0.634 which indicates the level of class C road service. The degree of saturation in the afternoon is 1.064 which indicates the level of class F road service. In the Elevated Railway Development Project there will be narrowing on certain sections due to With this development, traffic engineering management was carried out while construction was in progress.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 has had an impact on all aspects of life, particularly global health. Indonesia is one of the affected countries. The Indonesian government has responded to the conditions of this pandemic, one of which is by imposing access restrictions to prevent the pandemic from spreading. This policy indirectly affects the community's activities, including the utilization of existing healthcare services. Meanwhile, available data show that one of the major issues that the Indonesian state is still dealing with is its status as the third country with the greatest number of TB (Tuberculosis) cases in the world, with some of the TB cases being classified as Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB).

Abstract

Background: HIV and TBC combinations have received global public attention in recent years. Current collaborative tuberculosis and HIV elimination strategy is not enough to eradicate these two infectious diseases. Therefore, an innovative elimination approach leveraging advancements in digital technology is urgently needed. Purpose: To evaluate the tuberculosis elimination by optimizing case finding and monitoring treatment completion through the Early Detection and Management of Tuberculosis Application System + (E-TIBI+) application based on self-assessment in the HIV population. Method: This observational cohort study was conducted in Surabaya city, East Java Province, Indonesia in the period of September - October 2024. The study population consisted of adult PLHIV who completed the E-TIBI+ self-assessment. The E-TIBI+ application is a web-based platform. Data analysis included univariate analysis in the form of frequencies for each variable and crosstab analysis with the Kendall tau-b test in E-TIBI+ application acceptance data. Result: From a total of 386 patients screened, 61 (15.80%) PLHIV were suspected of having TBC. From the 61 patients, there were 17 patients who sought diagnosis at the health facility of their choice. User acceptance of the E-TIBI+ application by PLHIV patients tends to be positive and statistically significant. Conclusion: The E-TIBI+ application demonstrates strong potential to enhance early detection and systematic monitoring of tuberculosis case management among PLHIV through digital technology.
