Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di perusahaan XYZ. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menemukan efek dari kepemimpinan transformasi, lingkungan kerja, dan penghargaan, serta kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 126 responden melalui GoogleForm. Hasil pengumpulan data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasionalmemiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, penghargaan memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, penghargaan memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di perusahaanXYZ. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan penghargaanterhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan XYZ. This research discusses how transformational leadership, work environment, and appreciation for employee performance with job satisfaction asmediating variables in XYZ company. The aim of the research is to find the effects of transformational leadership, work environment, and rewards, aswell as job satisfaction as mediating variables on employee performance at XYZ company. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptiveapproach with a cross-sectional research design involving 126 respondents via Google Form. The results of data collection are processed using the SMART PLS application. The research results show that transformational leadership has an insignificant positive influence on employee performance, the work environment has a significant positive influence on employee performance, rewards have an insignificant positive influence on employeeperformance, job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant positiveinfluence on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, awards have an insignificant positiveinfluence on job satisfaction at XYZ company. Job satisfaction can mediate the positive and significant influence between transformational leadership,work environment, and rewards on employee performance at XYZ company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of work stress, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. This study is a descriptive study. The population and sample of this study were 67 employees of PT. Autostar Mandiri Teknotama with a saturated sampling technique. The statistical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially stated work stress, compensation and work environment had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. And also simultaneously stated that all independent variables had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. Conclusion, simultaneously and partially work stress, compensation and work environment had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. Abstract

Hydrofarm merupakan teknik bercocok tanam yang modern dengan memanfaatkan air. Motor pompa yang dikontrol menggunakan IoT dimanfaatkan sebagai penyuplai air agar kebutuhan hydrofarm terpenuhi, namun peralatan listrik tersebut apabila mengandalkan listrik dari PLN maka tagihan akan mahal, oleh karena itu diperlukan sumber listrik lain yaitu PLTS. Tujuan penelitian ini agar dapat menganalisis aspek ekonomi dari sistem PLTS yang dibangun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2023 sampai Maret 2024 dan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang dianalisis dengan microsoft excel. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui aspek biaya dan aspek  finansial.  Pada  aspek  biaya  seperti  biaya  awal  (Initial Cost) sebesar Rp 7.159.000, biaya siklus hidup (Life Cycle Cost) selama 10 tahun sebesar Rp 9.897.061, energi yang dihasilkan sebesar  468,9kWh  dengan  tarif  listrik  sebesar  Rp  2743  dan biaya  internet  selama  10  tahun  sebesar  Rp  12.383,28.  Pada aspek  finansial  mendapatkan  nilai  NPV  positif  sebesar  Rp 1.780.583,813 dan nilai IRR sebesar 11% dengan hasil tersebut proyek        pada        penelitian        ini        dapat        dikatakan layak/menguntungkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertangungjawaban pidana bagi anggota kepolisian yang melakukan penyalahgunaan narkotika di wilayah kabupaten Mamasa dan sanksi pidana yang dijatuhkan dalam putusan nomor: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol telah memenuhi rasa keadilan dalam upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana narkotika. Metode penelitianayang di gunakan adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertangungjawaban Pidana bagi Anggota Kepolisian yang melakukan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika di wilayah Kabupaten Mamasa belum bisa dikatakan sesuai dengan teori Pemidanaan yaitu penetapan sanksi dan juga tahap pemberian sanksi dalam hukum pidana karena terdakwa merupakan seorang residivis yang telah mengulagi tindak pidana yang sama akan tetapi hakim memutuskan hukuman penjara selama 1 (satu) Tahun 3 (tiga) bulan, seharusnya Hakim menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa ditambah sepertiga (1/3) dari ancaman pidana maksimalnya dikarenakan terdakwa merupakan residivis narkotika, hal tersebut sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 144 ayat (1) Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Dan Pemenuhan rasa keadilan pada Sanksi Pidana yang dijatuhkan dalam upaya Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Narkotika dalam Putusan Nomor: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol, idealnya penjatuhan sanksi pidana yang diputuskan oleh hakim terhadap oknum aparat kepolisian yang melakukan tindak pidana narkotika seharusnya diberikan pidana penjara tambahan 1/3 (sepertiga), mengingat bahwa pelaku merupakan aparat kepolisian. Selain itu, terdakwa dalam Putusan Nomor: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol merupakan seorang residivis yang telah mengulagi tindak pidana dengan Putusan Nomor 04/PID.B/2014/PN.BLK. dan Putusan Nomor: 91/Pid.Sus/2016/PN.Ban. This study aims to determine how criminal responsibility for members of the police who commit narcotics abuse in the Mamasa district area. And the criminal sanctions imposed in verdict number: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol have fulfilled a sense of justice in efforts to eradicate narcotics crimes. The research method used is Normative Legal research. The results showed that criminal responsibility for members of the police who committed narcotics abuse in the Mamasa Regency area could not be said to be in accordance with the theory of punishment, namely the determination of sanctions and also the stage of sanctioning in criminal law because the defendant was a recidivist who had repeated the same criminal act but the judge decided on a prison sentence of 1 (one) year and 3 (three) months, the judge should have imposed a sentence on the defendant plus one third (1/3) of the maximum penalty because the defendant was a narcotics recidivist, this is as stipulated in Article 144 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. And the fulfillment of a sense of justice in the Criminal Sanctions imposed in efforts to Eradicate Narcotics Crimes in Decision Number: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol, ideally the imposition of criminal sanctions decided by the judge against unscrupulous police officers who commit narcotics crimes should be given an additional imprisonment of 1/3 (one third), considering that the perpetrators are police officers. In addition, the defendant in Decision Number: 340/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pol is a recidivist who has repeated the criminal offense with Decision Number 04/PID.B/2014/PN.BLK. and Decision Number: 91/Pid.Sus/2016/PN.Ban.

Abstract

Background: The literature on the consumption of 100% fruit juice and its implications for body weight in children and adults reveals a nuanced and often contentious landscape. The introduction establishes the importance of distinguishing between 100% fruit juice and sugar-sweetened beverages, a point underscored by (Benton & A Young, 2019), who argue that conflating these two categories may lead to misleading conclusions regarding health outcomes. Their analysis indicates that while some studies suggest a long-term weight increase associated with fruit juice consumption, this may not apply to 100% fruit juice, which holds a different nutritional profile. Literature Review: Collectively, the literature indicates that while there are concerns about the caloric density and lower fiber content of 100% fruit juice, its role in enhancing diet quality and meeting nutritional needs cannot be overlooked. The evidence suggests that moderate consumption of 100% fruit juice may not be directly linked to increased body weight, particularly when compared to sugar-sweetened beverages. The ongoing debates underscore the need for continued research to disentangle the effects of 100% fruit juice from those of added sugars and to better understand its place within broader dietary patterns. Conclusion: In conclusion, the current body of literature presents a complex interplay between 100% fruit juice consumption, nutrient intake, and body weight. While some studies indicate potential risks associated with juice consumption, others highlight its contributions to diet quality and nutritional adequacy, especially in vulnerable populations. The findings collectively advocate for a more nuanced understanding of the role of 100% fruit juice in dietary habits and its implications for health outcomes.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Promotions in Increasing Sales Turnover at Global Motor Service Workshops" with the problem "How Promotions Can Increase Sales Turnover at Global Motor Service Workshops."The variable in this research is a single variable, namely the promotion mix, with indicators: sales promotion, advertising, personal selling, direct marketing, and publicizing or public relations. The method used in this research is the descriptive-analytic method, namely a method that reveals the actual situation at the time the research was carried out based on facts, data collected, compiled, explained and then analyzed.The results of the promotion carried out through advertising are more attractive compared to other workshops. The methods used for sales promotion include relatively cheap spare parts prices, issuing and distributing lots of stickers and calendars. In this personal selling the promotions carried out are through mechanics or mechanics, namely when consumers come to repair their damaged vehicles. In direct marketing, promotions carried out include always providing original spare parts and spare parts are always available, and promotions carried out in public relations include always taking part in activities. charity, is always seen in every sporting activity of the community youth organization

Abstract

Termoplastik poliuretan (TPU) merupakan salah satu jenis polimer termoplastik yang saat ini sangat menarik perhatian pengguna mesin pencetakan 3D. Filamen TPU memiliki sifat elastis, kekuatan tarik dan ketahanan terhadap benturan yang baik sehingga sangat potensial untuk digunakan dalam proses pembuatan produk pada berbagai aplikasi. Walaupun demikian, dikarenakan sifat elastisnya, proses pencetakan TPU dinilai cukup sulit sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengidentifikasi kecepatan cetak, kecepatan retraksi, temperatur cetak, dan jarak retraksi optimum untuk mencetak filamen TPU. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan kajian terkait penentuan parameter cetak optimum untuk mencetak filamen TPU. Parameter cetak optimum yang diperoleh kemudian digunakan untuk mencetak sampel pengujian tarik. Pengujian tarik pada sampel yang dihasilkan dilakukan dengan mengacu pada ASTM D 638-14. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, temperatur cetak, kecepatan cetak, jarak retraksi dan kecepatan retraksi optimum untuk mencetak filamen TPU adalah sebesar 230°C, 40 mm/s, 1 mm, dan 40 mm/s secara berturut-turut. Sampel yang dicetak dengan arah 0 memiliki kekuatan tarik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan spesimen yang dicetak dengan arah 90°.

Abstract

One of the famous motorcycle brands in Indonesia, one of which is a Yamaha brand motorcycle marketed by PT Graha Auto Perkasa. Each motorcycle has different specifications. Motorcycles are born with various brands, and other specifications. Motorcycles are a very necessary means of transportation, because owning and using a motorbike can support the needs of user activities. In addition, motorcycles are easier and more practical than other means of transportation to support all user activities. Therefore, the need for motorcycles is very high. Because fuzzy logic is very flexible so it accepts tolerance for data that is not completely correct or not completely wrong, and is used as a way of mapping problems from input to expected output. By using the Mamdani fuzzy method, it can make it easier for PT Graha Auto Perkasa to offer every motorcycle product without having to explain all the criteria or specifications of each motorcycle because consumers only input data that matches the criteria desired by the consumer. And by using Mamdani fuzzy logic, consumers can get accurate results in determining the selection of Motorcycles with the specifications obtained, before making a purchase.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the level of comfort and safety at Engku Putri Square as a public space in Batam City. The research method used involves collecting primary data and secondary data through direct observation, surveys and literature studies. The factors evaluated include physical design, public facilities, cleanliness, lighting, vegetation, noise levels, and people's perceptions of security levels. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods and a cross-sectional study design with the aim of providing a better understanding of the comfort and safety conditions in Engku Putri Square, as well as providing recommendations that can improve the quality of this public space. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for the government and related parties in planning and developing better public spaces in the future.Keyword: Engku Putri Square, Public Space, Batam City, Comfort, SecureAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kenyamanan dan keamanan pada Engku Putri Square sebagai public space di Kota Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder melalui observasi langsung, survei, dan studi literatur. Faktor-faktor yang dievaluasi meliputi desain fisik, fasilitas publik, kebersihan, pencahayaan, vegetasi, tingkat kebisingan, dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap tingkat keamanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kondisi kenyamanan dan keamanan di Engku Putri Square, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik ini. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of customer relationship management in the culinary-based SME Cafe Abang and evaluate its influence on service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The research applies a qualitative descriptive approach through field observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner. The findings indicate that Cafe Abang intuitively applies CRM through personalized service, a comfortable atmosphere, and consistent communication. Customers respond to this approach with emotional satisfaction and demonstrate loyalty through repeat visits and word-of-mouth recommendations. Service quality emerges as a key element in fostering sustainable relationships, even without formal digital systems. Experience-based CRM practices are proven effective in generating customer loyalty in the context of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study confirms that relational strategies focusing on emotional closeness and service consistency can shape loyalty without relying on advanced technology.
