One of the Province of Bali's key creative economy sectors that places an emphasis on particular artistic and cultural inventiveness is the woven fabric (endek) sector. The business must make strategic attempts to survive, nonetheless, given the increasingly tough commercial competition and the limited resources available. With the mediating role of competitive advantage, this work intends to further research on the indirect effects of product innovation and market orientation on business performance. In 9 districts and cities throughout Bali Province, this study used a proportional sample technique. Partial Least Square analysis was used to process 78 questionnaires from SME owners of woven fabric (endek). Market orientation can be applied to achieve a competitive advantage, according to the analysis's findings, which can have a stronger impact on business success. The performance of businesses is also directly impacted by market orientation. According to other findings, product innovation has no real impact on how well a company performs. The improvement of business performance in SME woven fabric (endek) in Bali Province, however, can be determined by a product innovation that can produce a competitive advantage. Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage, Business Performance.

Abstract

Consumers purchasing decisions emerge from evaluating alternatives and selecting the option that best satisfies needs and expected benefits. In marketing terms, these decisions are strategically important because they signal how effectively a firm captures attention, builds preference, and converts interest into transactions. This study examines whether viral marketing, affiliate marketing, and celebrity endorsements shape purchasing decisions among customers of Aijostore.id. Using a quantitative design, the population comprised consumers who had previously bought products through the Aijostore.id e-commerce platform. Data were collected from 96 respondents and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using F and t statistics. Results show that viral marketing, affiliate marketing, and celebrity endorsements each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and their combined effect is also significant. Based on these findings, management is advised to strengthen celebrity endorsement strategies by ensuring a strong fit between the endorser’s image and the target market, and by maintaining consistency over time. Companies should also improve the credibility of viral content sources and apply tighter monitoring of affiliate programs to prevent misinformation, enhance accuracy of product claims, and sustain consumer trust overall.

Abstract

Organizational output at the individual level can be interpreted as the extent to which employees convert entrusted roles into tangible contributions that reflect both effectiveness and productivity. In order to scrutinize the determinants of such output within FIFGROUP Denpasar, an empirical assessment was conducted involving the entire workforce population of 93 personnel through a full enumeration approach. The analytical framework positioned motivational drive, affective attachment to work, and behavioral compliance with organizational norms as explanatory dimensions, while individual output served as the focal outcome construct. Data were elicited using scaled attitudinal measures and examined through a multivariate regression procedure to estimate relational intensity among constructs. The statistical estimations indicate that each explanatory dimension independently demonstrates a meaningful positive association with individual output. When integrated simultaneously, these dimensions collectively account for a significant proportion of performance variation within the institutional setting.
