Abstract

The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli. Regarding the sample, the sample in this study consisted of 50 people who were determined using the census method or saturated sample. This research uses a number of data collection methods, both primary data and secondary data consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. To analyze the data, this research used five methods, including research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test. The research results show that Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli. This means that the better these three factors are, the better the performance of PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli employees will be.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and organizational support partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kabupaten Gianyar. The population and sample in this research were ASN employees at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kabupaten Gianyar, totaling 40 people. Where the sample selection method used in this research is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with the analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. Where from the tests carried out it can be seen that the organizational support variable has a more dominant influence than organizational commitment and organizational support.

Abstract

Technology advances have created a map of competition in the Online Travel Agent (OTA) service provider industry in Indonesia. Pegipegi.com as an online service provider is one of the competitors whose sales fluctuate from year to year. In this study used 97 respondents with data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. examination the research conducted revealed that brand trust had a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions, then experiential marketing also had a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions and so does e-promotion variables which had a significant positive effect on purchases decisions.

Abstract

This study tests the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory based on the interaction of entrepreneurial orientation, namely proactiveness, innovativeness, and risk-taking, on the business performance of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Bali. The population of this study is SMIs in Bali with a sample of 55 randomly selected companies. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to obtain respondents' perceptions. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with SEM-PLS method. The results showed that the three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation have a significant influence on business performance. A proactive attitude allows companies to respond quickly to market changes, innovation encourages the creation of new products and services, while risk-taking allows the exploration of new opportunities. This research supports the RBV theory which states that a firm's unique resources and capabilities can create competitive advantage and improve business performance in a sustainable manner. performance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Using organizational commitment as a mediating variable, this study looks at how transformational leadership and organizational culture affect worker performance at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' Bali Regional Office. Utilizing SEM-PLS 3.0 for data analysis, the study included 169 employees with a sample size of 168. The findings indicated that organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while transformational leadership had no discernible effect. Furthermore, organizational culture and transformational leadership both improved organizational commitment, which in turn improved performance. The impact of organizational culture on employee performance was partially mediated by organizational commitment, while the effect of transformational leadership was fully mediated by it. These results suggest that since a positive organizational culture directly improves performance, enhancing it may be necessary to improve employee performance at the Bali Regional Office. Despite not having a direct impact on performance, transformational leadership is essential for increasing organizational commitment, which eventually improves worker performance. Therefore, initiatives to improve commitment and culture may be important tactics for improving employee results.

Abstract

Given the increasingly fierce level of competition and also the things that need to be strengthened so that customers remain loyal to using workshop services, therefore, it is important to conduct further studies that need to be considered by the Ana Motor workshop regarding how efforts should be made to increase customer loyalty in using workshop services. As a result, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of service quality, customer trust, and word of mouth on customer loyalty at the Ana Motor Workshop. This research was conducted in Badung Regency which is located at the Ana Motor Badung workshop. The method of collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents for customers who have used repair services at the Ana Motor workshop at least 3 times. The sampling defined by Cochran was employed in this study, and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. For this study, multiple linear analysis techniques are used, which are conducted using the SPSS 25. 0 application for Windows. The results of the analysis show that service quality, customer trust, and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Ana Motor Badung workshop.

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every activity. Without employee support, namely adequate human resources, company activities will not be able to run well. One of the factors that can influence employee performance is work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate. This research aims to determine work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate on employees performance PT. FIF Group Denpasar Branch. The research objects in this study are work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. FIF Group Denpasar Branch. This research used a sample of 60 people. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, it can be stated that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.005 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.011 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.039 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Kemandirian koperasi diharapkan agar koperasi menjadi usaha yang mampu berdiri sendiri, menjalankan kegiatan usahanya secara mandiri, mampu memperoleh keuntungan sehingga dapat menjaga kelangsungan usahanya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota koperasi. Di Indonesia terdapat beberapa jenis koperasi, salah satunya adalah koperasi simpan pinjam. Koperasi Pegawai PD. Pasar Kota Denpasar merupakan salah satu koperasi simpan pinjam. Koperasi ini pada kepengurusan sebelumnya sempat mengalami pemutihan yang mengakibatkan kepercayaan anggota terus menurun, ditambah lagi di masa pandemi covid19, anggota enggan memasukkan uang lebih ke dalam koperasi. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah wawancara, observasi, penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program serta dokumentasi. Menurunnya transaksi simpan pinjam juga disebabkan oleh kurang menariknya programprogram yang ditawarkan koperasi dan minimnya pelayanan kepada anggotanya. Dari permasalahan yang dihadapi, dibuat program baru yang lebih menarik agar anggota kembali tertarik untuk melakukan simpan pinjam serta melakukan strategi penjemputan bagi anggota yang berada di masing-masing unit pasar Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma sehingga dapat meningkatkan citra Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi sektor perekonomian Indonesia, tidak terkecuali Toko Nyoman Custom Furniture yang berlokasi di Desa Buduk, Kecamatan Mengwi, Badung. Dalam observasi, pemilik Toko Nyoman Custom Furniture mengatakan bahwa omzet penjualan mengalami penurunan selama pandemi. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya minat beli masyarakat terutama dari luar Kabupaten Badung. Masalah ini terjadi, karena masyarakat kurang mengenal produk-produk yang dihasilkan, dan manuver pesaing memberikan nilai lebih kepada pelanggan (diskon). Selain itu, pemilik usaha belum menerapkan sistem pembukuan sederhana pada usahanya, dimana pembukuan berperan penting guna mengontrol pemasukan atau pengeluaran sebuah usaha. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dapat diberikan beberapa solusi yaitu: melakukan pemasaran dengan menggunakan media sosial instagram dan facebook, memberikan diskon bagi yang melakukan post product yang telah dibeli melalui media sosial, seperti instagram dan facebook. Kegiatan lainnya, membantu penyusunan pembukuan sederhana menggunakan aplikasi digital. Dengan dilakukan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu Toko Nyoman Custom Furniture untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan tetap eksis.

Abstract

Toko Kamen Bali merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan yang menyediakan berbagai perlengkapan pakaian adat bali, seperti kebaya, kamen endek, batik, sutra, udeng, dan selendang. Toko kamen Bali berlokasi di Pasar Seni Klungkung bangunan putih no 43 dan 44, jalan Cokroaminoto Semarapura Tengah, Klungkung, Bali. Dari hasil observasi dan pengamatan secara berkelanjutan yang saya lakukan pada Toko Kamen Bali, ditemukan adanya permasalahan mengenai penurunan pendapatan toko yang dikarenakan menurunnya daya beli masyarakat dan banyaknya pesaingan karena kurangnya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk. Selain permasalahan tersebut, ditemukan juga permasalahan dibidang pembukuan atau pencatatan. Dimana mitra tidak memiliki pencatatan keuangan dan tidak memiliki data pencatatan stok barang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Toko Kamen Bali telah terlaksana dan berhasil dengan baik, serta tepat sasaran. Dengan melaksanakan pelatihan mengenai pentingnya pemasaran produk melalui media sosial dan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan, serta memberikan pemahaman mengenai pencatatan stok barang. Dengan demikian diharapkan agar kinerja Toko Kamen Bali ini semakin baik dan meningkat.
