Abstract

ABSTRAK:  Perumahan Bone Biru Indah Permai Kota Watampone terletak di Kabupaten Bone Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Permasalahan sumber daya air yang terjadi di perumahan ini, adalah; di musim hujan, luapan aliran drainase seringkali mengakibatkan terjadinya genangan pada jalan-jalan perumahan dan rumah-rumah penduduk, sementara di musim kemarau, terjadi kelangkaan air bersih.  Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan sistem drainase berkelanjutan dengan teknik pemanenan air hujan (PAH), dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui besaran potensi curah hujan yang dapat dipanen dan sisa limpasan yang harus di-manage oleh sistem drainase eksisting, serta untuk menentukan besaran kapasitas sarana PAH yang dibutuhkan dalam memenuhi keperluan suplai air bersih penduduk.  Potensi air hujan dihitung dengan menggunakan tinggi hujan harian rata-rata bulanan yang diperoleh dari Metode Rata-rata Aritmetik.  Kapasitas sarana PAH ditentukan dengan Metode Simulasi Tampungan Bulanan.  Limpasan permukaan rencana dihitung dengan Metode Rasional.  Dari  hasil kajian diperoleh; potensi curah hujan yang dapat dipanen dari permukaan atap sebesar 147.009,86 m3 per tahun, sisa limpasan hujan yang bersumber dari atap sebesar 25.829,86 m3 per tahun dan  total kapasitas tampungan sarana PAH yang dibutuhkan sebesar 4.743,20 m3.  Dengan penerapan sistem PAH, mampu mereduksi jumlah limpasan drainase yang  terjadi sekaligus juga dapat mengefektifkan fungsi saluran-saluran dan gorong-gorong drainase eksisting yang ada di perumahan ini.  Kata kunci: sistem pemanenan air hujan, sistem drainase berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT: Bone Biru Indah Permai Residence City of Watampone lied in Bone Regency, Province of South Sulawesi.  Problems of water resources that happened in this residence, were; in rainy seasons, overflow of drainage caused inundation on resindence's roads surfaces and inhabitants houses alwaysly, in the other side, in dry seasons, fresh water scarecity was occured.  This research studying the implementation of sustainable drainage system by using rainwater harvesting system, with aims; to know how much potency of rainfall  that can be harvested and remaining runoff must be managed by existing drainage system, and also to determine how big capacity of rainwater harvesting storage that needed to fulfill residence's inhabitant fresh water supply needs.  Potency of rainwater was calculated by using monthly average rainfall height that obtained from height of monthly average daily-rainfall which was determined with Arithmatic Average Method. Capacity of the rainwwater harvesting storages was designed by using Monthly Storage Simulation Method. Design surface runoff was calculated by using Rational Method. Result of study showed that; there were 147.009,85 m3 in a year potency of rainwater that could be harvested from rooftop surfaces, 25.829,86 m3 rooftops-runoff which still remained in every year and 4.743,20 m3 the total of capacity of rainwater harvesting storage that needed. With the implementation of rainwater harvesting system, can reduce the total drainage run-off  and in the same time can make the functions of the channels and culverts in this residence to be more efectively too.Keywords: rainwter harvesting system, sustainable drainage system

Abstract

Underdrain Box Storage is one of the conservation drainage (eco-drainage) that can be developed for a dense residential (urban villages). Surface runoff flows into the drainage channel and the bottom were the holes are arranged along the channel as a storage function, where the base of the shelter space in direct contact with the soil is the one concept offered.Construction Underdrain Box Storage consists of open channel, vertical drain hole, and box storage. The function of open channel is received runoff in the area. Vertical drain hole is continuing drain water runoff into the box storage. And the box storage as long storage is hold runoff to fill and absorb into the ground naturally. In addition, the application of underdrain box storage is reduced runoff in Jl.Yogyakarta (Veteran) until 83,34%. This system is capable to provide infiltration until 5% for on ce rainfall within 1hour.By considering the pattern of rainfall and its duration during the last 5 years in the UB campus, then every time the rainy season UB-Drainage system is able to contribute water infiltration by 45%.Keywords: underdrain box storage, run-off, reduced, infiltration

Abstract

Abstrak: Sungai Anafre terletak di kota Jayapura. Luas daerah pengaliran sungai (DPS) sungai Anafre mencapai ±11,68 km2, dengan panjang sungai ±3,63 km. Kemiringan dasar sungai relatif curam, sering terjadi luapan pada musim hujan. Tingkat aktifitas di kawasan ini sangat tinggi. Maksud dari studi ini adalah mengetahui daerah-daerah mana saja yang menggalami banjir pada kala ulang debit 25 tahun dan 50 tahun kemudian dilakukan analisa perhitungan untuk mengetahui alternatif apa saja yang memungkinkan secara tepat dari segi teknis dan ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa kondisi eksisting sungai Anafre sehingga dapat diketahui titik-titik banjir, kemudian dilakukan normalisasi dengan perbandingan alternatif memperlebar, peninggian tanggul dan kombinasi (memperlebar dan peninggian tanggul). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh 16 titik daerah banjir pada kala ulang debit 25 tahun dan 19 titik daerah banjir pada kala ulang 50 tahun dari 61 titik saluran eksisting sungai Anafre. Secara teknis serta ekonomis terpilihlah alternatif 3 (kombinasi).Kata kunci: Banjir, Sungai Anafre, Normalisasi, Teknis dan Ekonomis Abstract:  The Anafre River is located in the city of Jayapura. The catchment area of the Anafre River reaches ± 11.68 km2, and the river length is ± 3.63 km. Its river bottom is relatively steep and the river often overflows during the rainy season. This area has a very high level of activity. The aim of this study is to determine which areas are flooded on a discharge return period of 25 and 50 years and to analyze the best alternatives from technical and economic standpoints. This study analyzes the existing condition of the Anafre River to recognize flooded areas and compares widening, embankment elevation, and combinations of both as normalization alternatives. Calculations show that there were 16 flooded areas on a return period of 25 years and 19 flooded areas on a return period of 50 years, from 61 existing Anafre river channels. Abstract

Infiltration process is one of the important processes in the hydrological cycle due to infiltration of determining the amount of rain water that seeped into the soil directly. This study aims to obtain mapping potential infiltration and recharge area. The approach used is KINEROS model, where the model was calibrated with field measurements using a turf-tec infiltrometer and tested with NSE statistical methods. Calibration results obtained after trial and error changes on three basic parameters in the model KINEROS, namely K (hydraulic conductivity of the soil), Gs (impulse capillary) and Por (porosity), also on the parameters of the Manning coefficient. After a change of 50% Manning coefficient and 75% value K, Gs and Por, test results obtained NSE = 0.460 which means that the model results are acceptable, and can be followed by a map showing the infiltration rate for and is used to determine the condition of the watershed Bodo.Key words: Infiltration, KINEROS, calibration.

Abstract

Kecamatan Sampang seringkali dilanda banjir sehingga menggenangi wilayah permukiman dan persawahan yang ada. Tujuan kajian ini yaitu menganalisa kapasitas tampungan saluran drainase dan kolam tampungan eksisiting, pengaruh pasang surut air laut dan upaya penanggulangannya. Hasil kajian ini diperoleh 8 saluran kala ulang 5 tahun dan 13 saluran kala ulang 10 tahun yang tidak mampu menampung debit banjir rencana sehingga dilakukan perubahan dimensi dengan meningkatkan kapasitas saluran. Pengaruh pasang surut air laut terhadap genangan dari sungai Kamoning dari hilir menuju hulu sejauh 537 m adalah 0.6 m. Upaya penanggulangan genangan ada 6 buah kolam tampungan yang direncanakan yaitu di desa Pliyang dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 52.966 m3, di Jl. Manggis A dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 6.402 m3, di Jl. Manggis B dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 6.168 m3, di Jl. Manggis C dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 8.370 m3, di desa Paseyan dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 17.188 m3, dan di Jl. Imam Bonjol dengan volume tampungan efektifnya sebesar 56.594 m3. Hasil analisis efektifitas bahwa kolam tampungan mampu mereduksi sebesar 100 %.   Kata-kata kunci: drainase, back water, kolam tampungan, debit banjir, curah hujan ABSTRACT: Subdistrict Sampang often hit by floods that inundated residential areas and paddy fields there. The purpose of this study is to analyze the storage capacity of the drainage channels and ponds eksisiting, the influence of the tide and preventive efforts. The study results were obtained when the 8 channels and 13 channels 5-year return period of 10 years who are not able to accommodate the flood discharge plan so that a dimensional change by changing the height and width dimensions. The influence of the tide against the inundation of the river Kamoning on peg 28 on the downstream toward the upstream channel B12 as far as 537 m is 0.6 m. Prevention efforts have 6 pieces planned pond is in the village Pliyang with the storage effective volume of 52.966 m3, at Manggis street pond with the effective volume of 6.402 m3, at Manggis street B with the storage effective volume of 6.168 m3, at Manggis street C with effective volume of 8.370 m3 effective pond, in the village Paseyan with the storage volume amounting to 17.188 m3 effective, and on Imam Bonjol street with the storage volume amounting to 56.594 m3 effective. The volume of the resulting flood of inflow into the storage pool with a return period of 5 years and 10 years for rain four hours on each pond can reduce of 100%. Key words: drainage, back water, Storage, discharge, rainfall

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perubahan secara cepat pada tata guna lahan menuntut adanya usaha penanganan sistem pembawa air yang tepat pada lahan. Sebab dengan adanya perubahan tata guna lahan tersebut, dapat berakibat terjadinya perubahan fungsi saluran irigasi menjadi saluran drainase. Studi ini dipusatkan pada DTA Intake Sengkaling Kanan, karena daerah ini mempunyai banyak titik yang mempunyai permasalahan genangan di saat musim hujan datang setiap tahunnya. Sebagai contoh pada saat musim hujan tinggi tahun 2012 genangan yang terjadi mencapai 1,5 meter. Hal ini menyebabkan terganggunya aktifitas penduduk di lokasi tersebut karena daerah ini merupakan pusat pertokoan, pemukiman, dan pemerintahan/ perkantoran. Dari permasalahan tersebut  direncanakan 2 pelimpah samping 1 diletakkan pada Sub DAS 3 mengalirkan debit sejumlah 5,47 m3/dt dan pelimpah samping 2 diletakkan pada Sub DAS 8 mengalirkan debit sejumlah 5,58 m3/dt. Kata Kunci: Banjir, Drainase, Irigasi, Saluran, Tata Guna Lahan ABSTRACT Rapid changes in land-use business management system requires proper water carrier on the land. Because with the change in the land use, may result in changes in the function of the irrigation channel into the drainage channel. This study focused on DTA Intake Sengkaling Right, because this area has a lot of points that have problems inundation during the rainy season comes every year. For example during the rainy season high inundation occurred in 2012 reached 1.5 meters. This causes disruption of activity of the population in these locations because this area is a shopping center, residential, and government / offices. From the problems of planned 2 1 put on the spillway side subzone 3 drain discharge amount of 5.47 m3 / s and 2 is placed on the side spillway subzone 8 drain discharge amount of 5.58 m3 / sec. Keywords: Flood, Drainage, Irrigation, Channels, Land Use

Abstract

The result of the study show the big of the planning debit system SUB 39 and SUB for the five years period each big are 0.0921 m 3 /second and 0.068 m /second. They found 19 drainage those cannot intercept planning debit at SUB 39 and 14 Drainage at SUB 42. Some cause of accident that cannot intercept the planning debit is that the lack of maintenance and getting many kind of rubbish at the drainage canal. The efforts to handle the drainage that are able to intercept planning debit by making new design the canal dimension and planning individual infiltration well.the form of infiltration well was circle with a diameter 1 m and a depth 3 m by 619 pieces off all infiltration well. Beside handling the design also making the handling recommendation totally about the government wisdoms at that region which should taking part of region societies and resembling to the using societies efficiently in keeping the canal of drainage, developing the well absorption at every home also getting permit in standing building.Keyword: Dainage System, Flood, Infiltration well

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to know the various learning style that was adopted by student of Building techniques Education, and to know the tendency learning style student of Building techniques Education. The sample chose as random with using technical Election stratified with sample presentation which taken every strata is Sam. The research result about the tendency student learning style accodring to David kolb show the average scores High to lob is Diverger type (62,5%); accomodator type (25,96%); Converger type (6,73%); and Assimilator type (4,81%). On the other hand, student learning style according De Porter & Hernacki show average scores from High to lob is Kinestetic (45,19%); Visual (43,27%); and auditorial (11,54%) Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai gaya belajar yang dianut oleh maha-siswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, serta mengetahui kecenderungan gaya belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Sampel dipilih secara random dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan berstrata dengan prosentase sampel yang diambil pada tiap strata adalah sama. Hasil penelitian tentang kecenderungan gaya belajar mahasiswa menurut David Kolb menunjukkan ha-sil rata-rata dari besar ke kecil adalah tipe Diverger (62,5%); tipe Accomodator (25,96%); tipe Con-verger (6,73%); dan tipe Assimilator (4,81%). Sementara gaya belajar mahasiswa menurut De Porter & Hernacki menunjukkan hasil rata-rata dari besar ke kecil adalah Kinestetik (45,19%); Visual (43,27%); dan Auditorial (11,54%).

Abstract

Keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan mangrove di Raâ??as, Air Tawar dan Teluk Semut, Pulau Sempu, Jawa Timurtercatat 30 jenis tumbuhan yang termasuk dalam 18 suku dan 24 marga. Dua belas jenis di antaranya termasukdalam Kriteria IUCN (Anonymous, 1997). Kenakearagaman jenis yang paling tinggi di Raâ??as (23 jenis), TelukSemut (17 jenis) dan Air Tawar (16 jenis). Hutan mangrove di daerah ini didominasi oleh Ceriops tagal, Rhizophoraapiculata, R. mucronata, Aegiceras corniculatum, Xylocarpus granatum dan Excoecaria agallocha.Kata kunci : Mangrove, Raâ??as, Air Tawar, Teluk Semut, Pulau Sempu, Jawa Timur, IUCN.

Abstract

Penelitian vegetasi mangrove telah dilakukan di Kalitoko, Mayalibit Bay, Pulau Waigeo, Kabupaten Raja Ampat,Papua Barat Provinsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keragaman mangrove di Kalitoko relatif tinggi.Ditemukan 65 jenis mangrove (56 marga dan 35 suku), ternyata 21 jenis diantaranya dimasukkan sebagai jenislangka berdasarkan daftar IUCN dengan status rawan (VU) dan kritis (CR). Hasil analisis vegetasi satu transekdengan luas 4.500 m2 di hutan mangrove Kalitoko tercatat 18 jenis tumbuhan mangrove dengan tingkatkepadatan pohon sebesar 549 individu / ha dan basal areanya 18.61 m2/ha. Untuk tingkat belta kepadatan mencapai1.514 individu / ha dan basal areanya 3,86 m2/ha. Sedangkan kerapatan semai mencapai 194.889 individu /ha.Kata Kunci: Mangrov, komposisi, Mayalibit, Waigeo, Raja Ampat
