Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis of Coffee Shop Business Development with the Post-Covid-19 PEST Approach in Denpasar City. This study intends to understand the effect of the analysis of coffee shop business development with the PEST approach after the Covid-19 pandemic in Denpasar city, with a sample of 48 respondents and using saturated sampling techniques in sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data the data analysis method used is validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial significance test (t test), and simultaneous test (t test). The result of study prove that partially, politics has a positive and significant influence in increasing the development of the Coffee Shop business in the city of Denpasar, this can be seen from the results of the t-test, namely the t coefficient is 3,465. The economy has a positive and significant influence in increasing the coffee shop business development in the city of Denpasar, this can be seen from the results of the t-test, namely the t coefficient is 3,588. Social has a positive and significant influence in increasing the coffee shop business development in the city of Denpasar, this can be seen from the results of the t test, namely the t coefficient is 2,958. Technology has a positive and significant influence in increasing the coffee shop business development in the city of Denpasar, this can be seen from the results of the t-test, namely the t coefficient is 2.436. Simultaneously Politics, Economy, Social and technology have a positive and significant influence on the Coffee Shop Business Development in Denpasar City by 55.10%, while the remaining 45.90% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.Keywords: Political, Economic, Social, Technological and Business Development ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memahami Pengaruh Analisis Pengembangan Usaha Coffee Shop dengan Pendekatan PEST Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Denpasar, dengan sampel 48 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan menggunakan skalalikert. Jenis data yang dalam penelitian ini memakai data kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, Koefisien determinasi, uji signifikan parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial politik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengembangan usaha Coffee Shop di kota Denpasar, ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t-test yaitu koefisien t diperoleh sebesar 3.465. Ekonomi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengembangan usaha Coffee Shop di kota Denpasar, ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t-test yaitu koefisien t diperoleh sebesar 3.588. Sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengembangan usaha Coffee Shop di kota Denpasar, ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t-test yaitu koefisien t diperoleh sebesar 2.958. Teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengembangan usaha Coffee Shop di kota Denpasar, ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t-test yaitu koefisien t diperoleh sebesar 2.436. Secara simultan Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Coffee Shop di Kota Denpasar sebesar 55,10%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,90% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial, Teknologi, dan Pengembangan Usaha

Abstract

Pandemi virus Covid-19 ini telah menimbulkan kekacauan di sektor ekonomi. Salah satunya adalah para pelaku UMKM Tahu Garing yang berada di Desa Adat Jimbaran, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung. Pelaku UMKM mengalami penurunan penjualan, karena kurangnya promosi terutama melalui media sosial. Media sosial yang digunakan sebagai media promosi adalah Instagram. Tujuan dari Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini adalah membantu pembuatan akun instagram. Serta manfaatnya untuk menerapkan dan mempraktekkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang diperoleh selama mengikuti kuliah di masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah menghasilkan flyer dan video promosi di dalam akun Instagram yang telah dibuat. Simpulan laporan ini bahwa Instagram telah dibuat beserta flyer dan video promosi. Saran yang dapat disampaikan penulis diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat terus melanjutkan pengelolaan akun isntagram yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Pertamina (Persero) selama periode 2006 – 2019. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembalian modal, pengembalian aset, dan margin laba bersih. Strategi empiris dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan kinerja keuangan mengalami penurunan secara bertahap dari tahun 2006 sampai 2019, artinya PT Pertamina tidak efisien terhadap modal kerja selama periode penelitian. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam jangka panjang inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil yang berbeda pada jangka pendek, ditemukan inflasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan. Pihak yang berkepentingan dapat memperhatikan variabel makroekonomi lainnya untuk menguji perubahan kinerja keuangan PT Pertamina (Persero). Penelitian dimasa yang akan datang tidak hanya mempertimbangkan sektor migas tetapi juga sektor lain di pasar keuangan.

Abstract

The garbage on Jimbaran Beach poses a serious ecological problem because it causes pollution and has disrupted beauty and health. Jimbaran Village Beach is a beach tourism area that needs to be managed properly, considering that tourist visits have started to increase so that the potential for waste disposal is also increasing. This service activity seeks to (a) raise awareness and the active role of the community in environmental conservation and (b) increase community self-reliance through waste management. The solutions and methods applied are participatory. The community, as the main actor in healthy environmental action, processes waste into products of economic value. The results of service activities show the formation of community mindsets and behavior in waste management based on the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, and recycle). Waste is processed into organic fertilizer with the help of waste processing equipment. The community becomes skilled in processing organic waste into fertilizer that can be used in the agricultural industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable in the consumer sector non-cyclical listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2021. The population of this research is all issuers that are included in the non-cyclical consumer sector, purposive sampling used to select samples so as to produce a total of 31 samples. Using SPSS 26 to process data, the results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant influence with a positive influence on firm value, liquidity and firm size do not have a significant effect. If viewed simultaneously, profitability, liquidity, and firm size have a significant influence on firm value. As a moderating variable, based on research results, capital structure has not been able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and firm size to firm value.

Abstract

Subak Pulagan was designated by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage (WBD) which is the location of a rice planting cluster with System of Rice Intensification (SRI) to strengthen Subak Economic Business Institution (LUES). This research is Action Research because includes two stages, research and action aspects regarding potential and assistance for LUES development efforts in the Pulagan Subak. Survey method through in-depth interviews and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through Focus Group Discussions. The research results are; (1) Inhibiting factors strengthening LUES for sustainable agriculture are: The management system still conservative, human resources have limited management skills, organizational nature is socioreligious, entrepreneurial spirit hasn’t maximally, low trust of funders (banks), competition and weak information of market; (2) LUES strengthening strategy for sustainable agriculture are: Subak requires legal entity status, business assistance from stakeholders, business management skills training, support from government and society, transformation and reconstruction of modern management as socio-agrarian-religious-economic

Abstract

Kutuh Village currently has an integrated business entity named BUMDA (Bhaga Utsaha Manunggal Desa Adat) Management. One of the potentials possessed by the Kutuh traditional village is the Gunung Payung Cultural Park as a Tourist Attraction. Kutuh Traditional Village is now managed directly by the BUMDA management of Kutuh Village. The purpose of this research is to find out about the potentials that can be developed in Gunung Payung Tourist Attraction and how BUMDA management strategies in marketing and development are carried out at Gunung Payung Tourist Attraction. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that there are several potentials that can be developed such as the Dhang Khayangan Temple, Gunung Tedung (Gunung Payung), white sand beach with be beautiful cliffs, monkey forests, alang alang gardens that adorn the cliffs, sports arenas such as soccer fields, jogging tracks with beautiful views as they are on a cliff, as well as a stage for cultural arts performances for the Kecak fire dance and barong dance as well as cultural attractions owned by Kutuh Village.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia tengah dihadapkan permasalahan lingkungan terbesar, yakni masalah sampah plastik. Adanya peningkatan jumlah penggunaan plastik membuat jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan ikut meningkat. Berdasarkan pada sebuah riset yang dilakukan oleh Bali Partnership pada tahun 2019, menunjukkan bahwa Bali menghasilkan sampah sampai dengan 4.281 ton per hari. Desa Pemogan ialah salah satu desa yang juga masih berjuang dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah ini. Beberapa masyarakat di Desa Pemogan memiliki kebiasaan membuang sampah ke sungai atau pun membakarnya. Dalam permasalahan sampah plastik di Desa Pemogan penulis memberi solusi dengan penerapan Ecobrick. Ecobrick merupakan pemanfaatan sampah plastik menjadi blok-blok yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi meja, tempat duduk maupun bangunan. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan cara mengisi botol plastik dengan limbah plastik yang sudah di cacah dengan padat. Ecobrick berfungsi untuk menambah usia plastik agar dapat diolah dan dipergunakan kembali. Penerapan Ecobrick ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi jumlah sampah yang terbuang ke lingkungan di sekitar Desa Pemogan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health service management of provincial hospitals (RSUDs) in Bali from the perspective of local wisdom, especially Tri Kaya Parisuda values and the integration of Tri Kaya Parisuda values with human capital theory (HCT). Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied as the analysis technique in the study. The results showed that the management of health services at Bali’s provincial hospitals was considered satisfactory and in accordance with the existing health service standards, although there were certain staff members who had not provided maximum service. Intellectual intelligence to think properly (manacika), communication equivalent to correct sayings (wacika),  and good employee behavior (kayika) contributed significant effects on the performance and service quality of RSUDs in Bali. This study discovered that the performance and quality of service were more dominantly affected by employee behavior than by intellectual intelligence or communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi yang dapat dimoderasi oleh perilaku keuangan pada mahasiswa di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi sampel sebanyak 130 orang mahasiswa di daerah Kota Denpasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM berbasis PLS. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan menggunakan Skala Likert yang diisi melalui Google Form dengan sistem Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Kemudian, perilaku keuangan mampu memoderasi pengaruh hubungan literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi
