Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of influence between display design, trust, and easy on customer interest in using mobile banking to support green marketing. The problem is increasing in QRIS transaction volumes in Central Java in 2023 by 301.70%, in addiction mobile banking has an impact on increasing e-commerce transactions by 10.66%. This can reflect the wishes of customers with bank operations at all times using fully digital. A drastic increase will have an impact on the continuity of banking operations and risks. The data used are primary data using questionnaires. The population in 8this study is all banking customers who use mobile banking. Sample in research is all customers domiciled in Semarang, with the age of over 20 years old who use mobile banking with purposive sampling techniques. The analysis model of multiple linear regression analysis test is processed SPSS 25.00. The results of and discussion show that design, trust, and convenience simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest in using mobile banking in supporting green marketing. While convenience partially has a significant effect on customer interest in using mobile baking in supporting green marketing.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang pesat, persaingan di berbagai industri juga semakin ketat, termasuk industri air minum, termasuk industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kondisi AMDK di Indonesia, di mana terdapat banyak merek dari berbagai perusahaan, termasuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berkontribusi dalam persaingan pasar. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan konsumsi AMDK sebagai sumber air rumah tangga di Indonesia. Kesadaran merek di kalangan konsumen, memainkan peran penting dalam persaingan di industri AMDK. Penelitian ini mencantumkan hasil riset pendahuluan yang menunjukkan bahwa merek AMDK "KH-Q" memiliki tantangan dalam menciptakan Kesadaran Merek yang kuat di berbagai daerah pemasaran mereka. Meskipun memiliki cakupan yang luas, KH-Q belum berhasil membuat merek mereka dikenal secara luas oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh KH-Q dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek mereka. Penelitian akan berfokus pada Kesadaran Merek KH-Q dengan melihat strategi pemasarannya melalui Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) dan Aktivasi Merek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian langsung, yaitu hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber dari perusahaan KH-Q. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Proses uji validitas dan reliabilitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi.

Abstract

Adanya internet sebagai platform komunikasi dan sumber informasi telah mengubah cara individu berinteraksi dengan dunia di sekitarnya. Internet membuka pintu lebar akses ke berbagai sumber daya dan pengetahuan yang sebelumnya yang sulit dijangkau. Penyedia jasa internet di wilayah Indonesia salah satunya adalah PT Telekomunikasi Selular, yang umumnya dikenal sebagai Telkomsel dengan salah satu produk layanan internet yang bernama Telkomsel Orbit.  Penelitian ini ingin melihat apakah ada experiential marketing yang sudah disampaikan oleh Telkomsel Orbit sehingga membentuk customer journey map yang baik sehingga produknya dapat diterima oleh masyarakat yang sudah terbiasa dengan internet fiber optic, seperti IndiHome, yang merupakan produk Telkomsel juga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap narasumber dari pihak manajemen dan 3 narasumber yang sudah menjadi pelanggan Telkomsel Orbit. Dari hasil wawancara tersebut, ditemukan bahwa Telkomsel Orbit sudah melakukan berbagai macam strategi pemasaran dengan experiential marketing dengan membuat titik sentuh pada pemasaran digital dan non-digital. Pihak Telkomsel Orbit percaya diri bahwa mereka sudah memberikan customer journey map yang baik untuk pelanggannya sehingga pelanggan dapat dengan mudah mengakses produk saat proses menimbang hingga melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Dalam bisnis kuliner pelanggan merupakan prioritas utama, upaya yang dapat dilakukan restoran untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu melihat kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan sebuah restoran. Salah satu faktor utama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan yaitu kualitas pelayanan dari sebuah restoran (Maimunah et al., 2019). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan strategi dalma meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di restoran Torimoshi Yakitori Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi  dengan Teknik populasi data melalui survey dan wawancara terhadap beberapa responden. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan pada penelitian ini ditemukan masih terdapat kendala dari karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik di Torimoshi. Kendala yang terjadi seperti kurang fokus dan terampilnya karyawan yang menyebabkan proses penyajian pesanan menjadi terhambat, ketidak telitian karyawan sebelum menyajikan pesanan dan kurangnya fasilitas westafel, kipas angin, dan tempat sampah di area konsumen. Dengan demikain upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan manajemen restoran antara lain; mengadakan pelatihan kembali terhadap semua karyawan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan setiap karyawan serta selalu melakukan briefing sebelum memulai shift. Melakukan pendampingan karyawan oleh supervisor sehingga karyawan dapat menerapkan standar operasional restoran yang sudah ada. Melakukan penambahan fasilitas berdasarkan urgensi dan prioritas dari rencana kedepan dari restoran, dimana dengan penambahan fasilitas yang diharapkan oleh konsumen, dapat meningkatkan performa pelayanan di Torimoshi.

Abstract

Empowering the regional economy as an economic foundation through the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth at the regional level. This research aims to examine the success of MSMEs in Pasar Badung and analyze MSME development strategies to enhance local economic empowerment. The study employs a descriptive approach to analyze workforce trends in MSMEs during the 2020-2023 period, with data collection through in-depth interviews with MSME actors and relevant stakeholders. The findings reveal that MSMEs in Pasar Badung face various challenges in their development, including resource limitations, restricted market access, and resistance to change. Nevertheless, through strengthening human resource capacity and implementing appropriate marketing strategies, MSME actors can overcome these challenges and achieve sustainable growth. This research contributes to understanding the significance of MSMEs in strengthening local economies and regional development. The study also emphasizes the urgency of empowerment policies and programs that can drive MSME growth and improve community welfare.

Abstract

In today's digital era, financial inclusion is one of the main challenges, especially in rural areas of Indonesia, which still face limited access to financial services. With only 70.13% of the rural population financially included, many people remain dependent on the informal sector, which often falls short of meeting optimal financial needs. Amid these challenges, digital payment technology emerges as a promising solution to bridge the financial access gap. This study examines the impact of digital payments on financial inclusion in rural West Java, using a quantitative survey method through questionnaires distributed to digital payment users. The analysis results indicate that the use of e-wallets and QR payments significantly increases community access to financial products and services. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in designing more effective strategies to enhance financial inclusion in rural areas, thereby promoting economic growth and overall community well-being.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and changes in consumer behavior have encouraged the banking sector, including Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), to adapt by improving the quality of human resources (HR In this context, it is important to design an optimal education and training model for BRI employees, especially RM Briguna, to be able to compete in the digital era. This study aims to evaluate the education and training needs of BRI Briguna RM in the digital era and and design a model that aligns with the specific characteristics and needs of workers, particularly in the eastern region of Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through literature studies, which includes an analysis of various education and training models applied in the banking sector, as well as a review of best practices in HR development. The results of the study indicate that effective training models include competency-based training, on-the-job training, e-learning, blended learning, and gamification. Each model has advantages and limitations that need to be considered in its design. Evaluation of existing training programs indicates the need for adjustments to the curriculum and methods to ensure relevance to industry needs and current technological developments. The optimal education and training model must be flexible, innovative, and in accordance with the specific needs of employees. Investment in HR development and partnerships with educational institutions will be the key to BRI's success in facing challenges in the digital era. By implementing the right model, BRI can build a competent and adaptive workforce, especially RM Briguna in the eastern region of Indonesia, ready to contribute to the company's progress.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital banking on the financial behavior of millennials. Utilizing a literature review methodology, the research compiles and analyzes findings from various studies exploring the relationship between digital banking services and millennials' financial management practices. The results indicate that digital banking significantly enhances accessibility to financial services, encouraging millennials to engage more actively in budgeting, saving, and investing. Furthermore, factors such as convenience, security, and financial literacy play critical roles in the adoption of these technologies. The contribution of this research lies in providing valuable insights for financial institutions to tailor products and services that meet the needs of the younger generation, while emphasizing the importance of financial education to maximize the benefits of digital banking.

Abstract

Value Chain Financing (VCF) is a financing approach that leverages financial instruments, practices, and technology to optimize the management of working capital and liquidity throughout the value chain process, involving the parent company, supplier companies, distributors, or agents as end users. By effectively utilizing data, Bank BRI can enhance its financial performance, strengthen its competitive position, and deliver added value to customers. For the marketing staff at Bank BRI in the Jakarta 2 Regional Office, particularly in the context of the retail loan business, this database plays a pivotal role in formulating strategies to improve performance in credit initiatives based on the Value Chain database. In the retail loan sector at Bank BRI, the value chain database significantly contributes to improving efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This study adopts a qualitative approach to explore and gain insights into the marketing performance behavior at the Jakarta 2 Regional Office, specifically in relation to the execution of value chain-based credit initiatives. The aim of this research is to examine how the Value Chain Database can enhance the performance of the marketing staff at Bank BRI in the Jakarta 2 Regional Office, enabling them to devise strategies that improve marketing outcomes, supported by value chain-based credit initiatives.

Abstract

In the modern digital era, achieving financial inclusion remains a significant challenge, particularly in rural areas of Indonesia, where access to financial services is still limited.
