Abstract

The study examines how workload affects performance mediated by job stress and job satisfaction at BKPSDM employees of Melawi Regency, West Borneo. SPSS 22 and path analysis are used for data processing and analysis. While workload influences job stress and job satisfaction, it has no effect on employee performance. Similarly, job stress does not influence employee performance, but job satisfaction does. Workload also influences job satisfaction, which in turn influences employee performance. With an emphasis on lowering stress and raising job satisfaction, the study assists management in developing more effective workload management techniques. This can enhance worker performance when given more responsibilities, which affects the standard of public services and the effectiveness of the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in millennial employees in the finance department of state-owned companies in Indonesia, the companies studied were PT Jasaraharja. The method and approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative with an associative causal level of explanation. The sample used in this study amounted to 213 samples, namely millennial generation employees ranging in age from 26-42 years. Sampling technique through a survey using a questionnaire distributed via social media using a Likert scale as a measure. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 24 was employed for model analysis in this research. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence between work-life balance and job stress on employee performance. and analysis of the mediating variable proves that there is an indirect influence between work-life balance and job stress on employee performance through job satisfaction. this research is expected to overcome the problems of work-life balance and job stress for millennial employees and through this research it is hoped that PT. Jasaraharja can increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and emotional intelligence on affective commitment and job satisfaction as mediating variables among millennial employees in medium to large-scale industries in West Kalimantan. The study utilizes a descriptive quantitative research design with a sample of 200 millennial employees who participated in the survey via questionnaire. The sampling technique utilized the purposive sampling method, targeting employees working in the industrial sector in West Kalimantan, encompassing both contract and permanent employees from various divisions. A five-point Likert scale of 1 (Strongly disagree) to 5 (Strongly agree) was employed for data collection. In this study, the use of statistical software for measurement and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 24. The findings indicate that the work environment and emotional intelligence positively and significantly impact job satisfaction. Additionally, both job satisfaction and the work environment positively and significantly impact affective commitment. Nevertheless, affective commitment is not significantly impacted by emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the influence of human resource development and compensation on the performance of procurement actors in goods/services. The research used random sampling techniques and data collection was carried out in stages. The procurement actors in the Government of the City of Pontianak consist of Budget User (PA)/Proxy Budget User (KPA) as Commitment Making Officials (PPK), Procurement Officials, Selection Working Group, Other Personnel in the Government of the City of Pontianak, and Civil Servants (ASN) in the City Procurement Unit of Pontianak, with a population and sample size of 171 (one hundred seventy-one) people. This study uses Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) application, which is an alternative variance-based analysis method to calculate multiple linear regression methods. Based on the research results, it is concluded that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of procurement actors in goods/services in the government of the City of Pontianak, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of procurement actors in the government of Pontianak City, and Human Resource Development and Compensation jointly influence the performance of procurement actors in the government of Pontianak City.

Abstract

Teluk Kapuas Village faces economic and environmental challenges, with the MSME sector still not developing and the low quality of the products produced. One of the main problems is students' lack of knowledge about digital marketing and e-commerce, which can support the development of MSMEs. The socialization program designed aims to provide education to students regarding digital marketing and e-commerce. It is hoped that this program will improve the skills of the younger generation in digital technology so that they can contribute to increasing the quality and quantity of MSMEs in villages. Through this program, students gain a better understanding of digital marketing strategies, the use of e-commerce platforms, as well as the importance of an online presence in business. Program results show increased student understanding of the topic, which is expected to support local economic growth. is expected to support local economic growth.

Abstract

Innovation is needed for creative businesses, especially crafts. Innovative behavior is closely related to innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters and how the effect of self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters. The study was conducted on 50 weaving craftsmen in Sambas Regency, Kalimantan Barat Province. The conclusion of descriptive statistical analysis is the innovative behavior of weaving crafters in the very high category, knowledge sharing behavior in high category, and self efficacy in the very high category. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, with SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study concluded that there was no significant influence of knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters, and there was a significant effect of self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of online ride-hailing services has transformed urban mobility; however, sustaining user engagement remains a major challenge due to the interplay of psychological and technical factors. Despite widespread adoption, the determinants influencing users’ continued use of such applications remain inconsistent and not fully understood. Therefore, this study examines the effects of Customer Satisfaction (CS), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Conditions (FC) on Use Behavior (UB) of online transportation applications, with Behavioral Intention (BI) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted in Surabaya with 150 active users of online ride-hailing services, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that FC significantly affects both BI and UB, while CS and SI have significant positive effects on BI but not directly on UB. Moreover, BI is identified as the strongest predictor of UB and acts as a significant mediator in the relationships CS → BI → UB, SI → BI → UB, and FC → BI → UB. These results highlight the central role of intention in linking psychological and technical factors to actual use behavior. The study suggests that service providers enhance customer satisfaction, utilize social influence, and strengthen facilitating conditions to sustain user engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh ulasan pelanggan daring (online customer review) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc; (2) pengaruh penilaian pelanggan daring (online customer rating) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc; dan (3) pengaruh ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan daring secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara online melalui Google Form dan secara offline melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial, ulasan pelanggan daring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,007 0,05 dan nilai t hitung t tabel (2,771 1,661); (2) secara parsial, penilaian pelanggan daring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan nilai t hitung t tabel (4,947 1,661); dan (3) secara simultan, ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan daring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan nilai F hitung F tabel (64,447 3,090). Koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,755 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang cukup kuat, sedangkan nilai R square sebesar 0,571 mengindikasikan bahwa 57,1% variasi keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc dapat dijelaskan oleh ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan daring, sementara sisanya sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
