Abstract

Location map is a location image that shows related locations on the earth's surface, location maps are made using a certain projection system so that they can be presented in a flat plane. The function of the location map is to show the size of the area, distance and direction of a place on the earth's surface. This map is made for comparison with the existing map in 2020. Ridomanah Village needs a location map so that it can compare with the existing location map with 2020 and compare with 2024 whether there is an expansion or widening of the distance, therefore the latest location map is made so that it can be clearly seen the area and distance of Ridomanah Village. The ArcGIS application has high capabilities in making digital maps to spatial analysis. The community service method applies science and technology diffusion by utilising the ArcGIS application combined with the socialisation method. The impact of community service is that the community and village officials can find out the distribution of the population, find out the distribution of production forests.

Abstract

The need for clean water is currently very urgent to meet industrial and household needs. Clean water has an important role for health for the wider community, including pregnant mothers. The understanding related to clean water among residents in Sindangmulya village before and after receiving education and training, their understanding of clean water is increasing based on the data list of questions asked by participants with interactive dialogue from questions and answers discussed in two directions proved that there was a significant increase in understanding of clean water both for daily living needs and for drinking water consumption so that they could maintain a healthy lifestyle for their families. Education and understanding regarding clean water is a very relevant program to support the healthy lifestyle of Sindangmulya village residents. Increased understanding of clean water for Sindangmulya village residents is reflected in simple techniques based on clean water quality standards according to regulations that apply in everyday life where residents are very critical of checking clean water before use. This increase in understanding of clean water also indirectly helps reduce unnecessary expenses such as purchasing refillable drinking water and family medication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan kursi line follower berbasis Arduino Uno R3 yang mampu mengikuti garis dengan akurasi tinggi. Fokus penelitian mencakup penggunaan sensor TCRT5000 dan pengendalian dengan Arduino Uno R3. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tegangan baterai sebesar 15,96 V, dan pengujian komponen lain menunjukkan hasil sesuai spesifikasi. Pengujian pada lintasan menunjukkan waktu tempuh keseluruhan sebesar 49 detik untuk pergi-pulang pada lintasan sepanjang 274 cm, dengan rincian sebagai berikut, pertama, kursi ditempatkan di posisi start dan diarahkan menuju posisi finish. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai posisi finish adalah 24 detik. Saat kembali dari posisi finish ke posisi start, waktu yang ditempuh adalah 25 detik. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pergi dan kembali pada lintasan ini adalah 49 detik. kedua, kursi ditempatkan di posisi start dan kembali diuji untuk bergerak menuju posisi finish dan kembali lagi. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai posisi finish adalah 24 detik, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk kembali ke posisi start adalah juga 24 detik. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk perjalanan pergi dan kembali ini adalah 48 detik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tempuh untuk perjalanan pergi lebih konsisten dibandingkan dengan waktu tempuh untuk perjalanan kembali. Pada pengujian pertama, terdapat perbedaan waktu sebesar 1 detik antara perjalanan pergi dan kembali, sementara pada pengujian kedua, waktu tempuh pergi dan kembali sama persis.

Abstract

Aggressive driving is driving under the influence of emotional instability that has a risky impact on others. Aggressive driving behavior occurs when drivers have difficulty controlling their emotions while they are driving. Adolescence is a time of searching for identity, therefore adolescents often show forms of aggressive behavior, one of which is driving aggressively. This community service program aims to increase understanding and awareness of driving and stabilizing emotions when driving using electric bicycles for students in one of the classes in Sukamukti Village, Bojongmangu. This activity was attended by 33 students in grade 6 MI. The research method used community education by means of observation and socialization with the homeroom teacher of grade 6 MI, through three stages, namely, pre-test, psychoeducation, and evaluation in the form of a post-test. There are final results, namely, before conducting psychoeducation, the understanding was 0% and after psychoeducation, the percentage was 18%, there was an increase of 18%.

Abstract

Motorbikes are a means of transportation that is often used in daily activities, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology has begun to be combined with the help of electronic control circuits such as injection systems to control combustion in the motorcycle combustion chamber or indicators to show hot engine temperatures that make it easier for motorcycle owners to carry out vehicle maintenance. Therefore, due to the lack of workshops or vehicle service services, here the author will share information about motorcycle maintenance that can be done by yourself to save costs and can be developed as a form of business, such as a workshop. With this lack of information, most people only use motorbikes for their daily needs and ignore motorcycle maintenance. Here the author will educate the community on how to maintain their two-wheeled vehicles in Citeureup 1 hamlet by socializing the importance of maintaining two-wheeled vehicles, training on maintaining two-wheeled vehicles, and evaluation to ensure that the community can maintain their own motorbikes. This program also has the aim that the people of Sirnajaya Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency are able to maintain their own motorbikes and can be developed as a form of business, namely a workshop. Based on the light service training, there are several impacts, among others can increase understanding related to light service procedures such as engine oil change, axle oil, CVT maintenance and replacement of front brake lining and understand about safety riding and have understood how to drive properly.

Abstract

This service activity aims to train the community so that people can be more aware or given awareness about the maintenance of their personal vehicles, so that they are more independent in maintaining their motorbikes. Because many people only use their vehicles and don't think about maintenance, this will become a complex problem because over time, the vehicle's performance will decrease, and at any time this can have fatal consequences for the driver himself. From this problem, a solution was found by creating a motorbike maintenance training program to educate and introduce the procedures for maintaining motorbikes, especially in the automatic motorbike transmission section. The result of this activity is that residents understand more about the parts in automatic motorbike transmissions, how to maintain them, can practice the correct maintenance methods, and the dangers that arise if spare parts in automatic motorbike transmissions are not properly maintained.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Auto Bending Lead Capacitor PCB Control Unit machine in manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency and production capacity. The study begins with a literature review on the use of bending machines in various manufacturing industries, including integration with polarity inspection using Keyence Fiber Optic sensors. The implementation of this machine is based on kaizen and improvement initiatives for continuous improvement in production efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality enhancement. The findings show significant increases in production capacity with a time efficiency improvement of 2.87 seconds per product and monthly cost savings of Rp. 11,671,647. The Break Event Point (BEP) analysis indicates that the initial machine investment can be recouped within 2.7 months post-implementation. Recommendations for improvement include adding distance sensors for bend result detection and integrating production monitoring systems to enhance overall operational control. This research contributes significantly to improving manufacturing process efficiency through cutting-edge technology in electronic component production.

Abstract

Assistance in preparing the Budget Plan (RAB) through the Community Service Program (KKN) aims to help the Lubangbuaya Village community understand and apply budget management concepts for the construction of a two-story house. This activity consists of several stages, including socialization, training, and direct simulation, to provide comprehensive knowledge on systematic and transparent RAB preparation techniques. The results indicate that the community is better equipped to prepare RAB, understand the key components of budget calculation, and recognize the importance of RAB in ensuring project efficiency and accountability. It is expected that the acquired skills can be applied to various village development projects, leading to more effective and structured financial management.supports more sustainable village development.

Abstract

The lack of practical skills among orphans and economically disadvantaged youth often limits their opportunities for employment or entrepreneurship. To address this issue, a one-day graphic design training program was organized by BAZNAS Bekasi in collaboration with Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The program aimed to equip 25 participants with basic graphic design skills using CorelDRAW, focusing on creating business cards, flyers, stickers, calendars, and other print-related products. The training was conducted through a hands-on approach, beginning with an introduction to the software interface, followed by practice using essential tools, and concluding with independent design tasks under expert guidance. Participants demonstrated significant improvements in technical skills, as evidenced by their ability to produce quality designs despite having no prior experience. The program also boosted participants’ confidence and provided them with insights into career opportunities within the creative industry. This initiative effectively empowered participants to achieve economic independence while fostering the development of practical skills aligned with labor market demands.

Abstract

This community service activity is a collaboration between BAZNAS Bekasi and Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi which is realized in the form of graphic design training using Adobe Photoshop software. This activity is carried out at the SAINSTECH Laboratory which has modern and adequate facilities to support direct practice. This training targets orphans, half-sixties, and the poor as the main participants, with the main goal of improving their digital skills in the field of graphic design. The training process is guided by experienced lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering, who provide intensive guidance both in theory and practice. The results of this activity show an increase in the participants' ability to operate Adobe Photoshop and produce designs that can be applied to various printing media. In addition, this training is expected to equip participants with relevant skills to face the modern world of work, open up independent business opportunities, and encourage economic independence in the future. This activity is also a real manifestation of the contribution of universities in empowering underprivileged communities.
