Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis penyebab kegagalan inverter DC-AC dalam sistem back-up daya di Gardu Induk Cibatu. Meskipun telah dilengkapi dengan berbagai sistem proteksi seperti overload, overvoltage, short circuit, dan overtemperature, namun adanya insiden kebakaran menunjukkan kegagalan sistem proteksi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA), yang mencakup inspeksi visual, pengumpulan data, analisis sistem proteksi, dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa kualitas material yang rendah dan usia komponen yang tua adalah penyebab utama kegagalan. Penelitian merekomendasikan penggantian komponen dengan bahan berkualitas tinggi, peningkatan prosedur pemeliharaan, dan monitoring operasional yang lebih ketat.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri (self-awareness) siswa SMK sebagai dasar pembentukan karakter belajar yang disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMK Mekar Murni, Desa Sukamurni, Kecamatan Sukakarya, Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan sasaran 25 siswa yang menunjukkan perilaku kurang disiplin dan motivasi belajar rendah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) melalui penyampaian materi psikoedukatif, diskusi partisipatif, dan praktik wall of reflection. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Self-Awareness Scale yang terdiri atas 27 pernyataan skala Likert dan diberikan sebelum serta sesudah intervensi (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor rata-rata dari 42,88 (SD = 14,20) menjadi 75,20 (SD = 5,69). Proporsi kategori rendah turun dari 36% menjadi 16%, sedangkan kategori sedang meningkat dari 52% menjadi 68%, dan kategori tinggi naik dari 12% menjadi 16%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan berbasis refleksi diri efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap emosi, perilaku, dan tanggung jawab akademik. Implikasinya, kegiatan ini dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan oleh sekolah melalui layanan bimbingan konseling dan program penguatan karakter untuk membentuk budaya belajar yang positif di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Perencanaan SDM, Pemberdayaan, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Iwasa Autoparts Nusantara. Fenomena fluktuasi kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan menunjukkan perlunya pengelolaan SDM yang lebih strategis dan terukur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan 120 responden, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM–PLS (SmartPLS 4.0). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan SDM (β = 0,276; p = 0,002), Pemberdayaan (β = 0,312; p = 0,001), dan Kompensasi (β = 0,298; p = 0,002) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja (β = 0,341; p < 0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai R² sebesar 0,614 untuk Kepuasan Kerja dan 0,702 untuk Kinerja Karyawan menunjukkan model memiliki daya jelaskan yang kuat. Hasil mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berperan sebagai mediator parsial antara ketiga variabel independen dan Kinerja Karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang efektif, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan kompensasi yang adil meningkatkan kinerja melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Implikasi manajerialnya, perusahaan perlu memperkuat perencanaan tenaga kerja, memperluas partisipasi karyawan, dan meninjau kebijakan kompensasi agar lebih transparan dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan explanatory survey terhadap 50 responden tetap yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen kuesioner telah diuji validitas dengan hasil seluruh item valid (Sig. < 0,05) dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70 pada semua variabel, sehingga layak digunakan. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan residual berdistribusi normal, model bebas multikolinearitas (Tolerance > 0,10; VIF < 10), dan tidak terdapat heteroskedastisitas berdasarkan uji Glejser. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,594, yang berarti 59,4% variasi perencanaan karier dijelaskan oleh kompetensi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Uji F menghasilkan F hitung 22,426 dengan Sig. 0,000, menandakan model signifikan secara simultan. Secara parsial, kompetensi (Sig. 0,001) dan kepuasan kerja (Sig. 0,000) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perencanaan karier, sedangkan motivasi (Sig. 0,347) tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi berbasis digital dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor utama dalam perencanaan karier karyawan, sedangkan motivasi individu melemah dalam konteks pasca-merger. Secara praktis, perusahaan perlu memperkuat program pengembangan kompetensi dan sistem kepuasan kerja yang jelas. Secara akademis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur manajemen SDM di industri telekomunikasi serta membuka peluang riset lanjutan dengan variabel tambahan seperti budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the main problems inhibiting the improvement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning quality. Using a qualitative method, it was found that the obstacles stem from three crucial dimensions: (1) Teachers: Limited competency in methodological innovation and technology utilization; (2) Curriculum: The gap between dense material and relevance to student needs in the modern era; and (3) Environment: Lack of interactive facilities and a suboptimal school environment for moral practice (akhlak laboratory). The conclusion indicates that improving PAI quality requires an integrated strategy through continuous professional development for teachers and curriculum reorientation to be more contextual and adaptive to the challenges of the 21st century. Abstract

Curriculum innovation in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning is a strategic effort to improve the quality of education in order to remain relevant to the development of the times, the needs of learners, and global challenges. The IRE curriculum is not only oriented toward mastery of religious content, but also toward character building, the development of moderate attitudes, and critical thinking skills. This study aims to examine the concept, forms, and urgency of curriculum innovation in IRE learning. The method used is library research by analyzing various sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant curriculum documents. The results indicate that curriculum innovation in IRE can be implemented through the development of learning objectives, the integration of Islamic values with science and technology, the application of active and contextual learning methods, and the use of varied and digitally based learning media. These innovations are expected to create an effective, engaging, and meaningful IRE learning process, thereby shaping learners who are faithful, have noble character, and are capable of facing the dynamics of modern life. Abstract

Efficient and flexible control systems for remote real-time monitoring are highly needed by modern industries. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) has become a core technology in automation. Most commercial SCADA systems, however, are costly and complex, thus limiting their adoption in small industries and educational institutions. Therefore, this study develops an integrated SCADA–PLC–HMI model for low-cost control and real-time monitoring of three-phase AC motors. The model is designed as an economical, portable, and user-friendly system that supports various control configurations, including Direct On-Line (DOL), Forward-Reverse, and Star-Delta. Adopting the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model, the development process involves needs analysis, system design, hardware/software development, system implementation, and performance evaluation through testing and data logging. Experimental results show that the system can alternately operate two three-phase motors, present real-time monitoring through the HMI, and automatically record operational data. The log file records system validity, operating time, and Start/Stop button responses, with timers operating at the configured 5-second delay. Motor 1 and Motor 2 run as programmed, with Motor 2 operating for 14 seconds before shutting down. These findings confirm that the proposed SCADA–PLC–HMI system is reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, thus providing a practical solution for motor control that is both affordable and adaptable. This study contributes to supporting competency development in engineering education and offers a viable automation alternative for small- and medium-scale industries.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology plays a crucial role in fostering regional economic growth and tourism. Bekasi Regency, recognized as Indonesia’s largest industrial area, has vast potential to develop its tourism sector and creative economy. However, limited public understanding of digital utilization remains a major challenge, particularly in promoting village potential and local products in Sukamurni. To address this issue, and the socialization of the Industrial Tourism Portal was carried out to improve community skills and awareness of technology as an effective promotional tool. The program adopted a participatory approach through counseling, training, and direct practice, enabling active engagement of participants throughout the process. The residents of Sukamurni Village became the main actors in using the portal to highlight local tourism and broaden the market reach of MSME products. The outcomes indicated that participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practical competence in accessing and applying portal features effectively. Moreover, the activity successfully raised awareness of the significance of digitalization in enhancing business competitiveness and long-term sustainability. With this important initiative, and Sukamurni Village is expected to strengthen its position as an innovative, productive, and technology-adaptive tourism village, while also actively supporting sustainable community welfare and inclusive regional development.
