Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pembuatan keputusan dalam pembelian produk kopi Casim Coffe, mengetahui sikap konsumen terhadap produk kopi Casim Coffe, mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk, serta menentukan strategi dalam mengembangkan produk berdasarkan evaluasi atribut produk oleh konsumen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang telah mengkonsumsi kopi Casim Coffe. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode deskriptif, Fishbein, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Luaran dari penelitian berupa satu artikel pada jurnal online

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015, using qualitative measurement of CSR disclosure. This study aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure quality on the financial performance of mining companies in BEI through web.IDX. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method 100 Mining company. The analyzes used include instrument test data (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). Research Results The quality of CSR disclosure positively affects the accounting performance (ROA) of mining companies in BEI period 2012-2015.Keywords: Quality of CSR Disclosure, ROA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of corporate strategy moderation in the influence of CSR performance on corporate financial performance. Company strategy is measured by Product Differentiation, CSR performance measured using Global Reporting Association (GRI) index, and financial performance measured with Return on Assets (ROA) period 2016-2017. Research population Mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 and 2017 and Companies that issue annual reports during the period 2016-2017. The results of this study indicate that the performance of CSR does not show significant influence to the company's financial performance and use the company's strategy as a moderator variable indicates that the company's strategy variable turns out to moderate significantly the impact of CSR performance on the financial performance of the company

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System at Kaliwates General Hospital, with a focus on its impact on service efficiency and patient satisfaction. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, this research explores how Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and Perceived Risk influence patient attitudes and behavioral intentions toward using the system. A quantitative approach was employed with Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the relationships among these variables and their effects on SIMRS adoption. A sample of 169 patients who interacted with SIMRS at Kaliwates Hospital participated in the study. The results indicate that PEOU and PU significantly influence both Attitude Toward Using and Behavioral Intention to Use. Trust plays a pivotal role in mitigating perceived risks and shaping positive attitudes toward the system, while Perceived Risk has a significant negative impact on patient attitudes. The findings further reveal the mediating role of these factors in influencing patients’ behavioral intentions to adopt the system. This study provides valuable insights into the factors influencing technology adoption in healthcare settings and offers actionable recommendations for improving SIMRS implementation, particularly by enhancing the user experience, ensuring robust data security, and providing continuous training and support for patients. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the experiences of teachers and students in the implementation of financial literacy at school. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the Grounded Theory method, which aims to explore in depth the experiences of teachers and students in the implementation of financial literacy in schools. Data obtained from interviews and documentation through informants. The results of the study show that the implementation of financial literacy in junior high schools depends not only on the teaching materials provided, but also on interactive teaching methods, policy support and school resources, as well as family involvement in shaping students' financial habits. Therefore, to create a young generation with good financial literacy, a holistic approach involving various parties is needed, including teachers, schools, parents and students' social environment. Overall, the conceptual model developed in this study shows that the implementation of financial literacy in junior high schools cannot stand alone, but requires support from various parties, including schools, families, and the social environment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kinerja perusahaan pada PDAM Kabupaten Bondowoso berdasarkan metode balanced scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara kepada informan, teknik dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan, serta teknik kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Bondowoso tahun 2020, 2021, dan 2022 serta karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bondowoso. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling, penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang diperoleh ukuran sampel sebanyak 110 responden karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bondowoso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2022, kinerja pada perspektif keuangan tidak baik karena masih belum tepat dalam proses penganggaran, sedangkan pada kinerja perspektif pelanggan sudah cukup baik, pada perspektif proses bisnis internal memperoleh hasil kurang baik, serta tingkat kinerja pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan memperoleh hasil yang baik. PDAM Kabupaten Bondowoso harus memperbaiki pelayanan kepada pelanggan karena pendapatan perusahaan dapat meningkat jika menambah tingkat pemerolehan pelanggan baru.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of burnout and compensation on the job performance of personnel in the Surabaya Regional Police, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Using an explanatory research design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were analyzed from 84 respondents selected from a population of 518 officers using the Slovin formula. The findings reveal that lower levels of burnout and higher compensation significantly improve job performance, both directly and indirectly through increased job satisfaction. Specifically, reduced burnout enhances job satisfaction, which in turn boosts performance, while higher compensation not only increases satisfaction but also strengthens organizational citizenship behavior, further contributing to better performance. These results highlight the importance of addressing employee well-being and fair compensation in law enforcement organizations to enhance satisfaction and operational effectiveness. This research provides practical insights for human resource management in public security sectors aiming to improve workforce productivity and morale.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 telah menjadi katalisator dalam percepatan digitalisasi di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Generasi Z (kelahiran 1997-2012 berusia 12-27 tahun), yang notabene sangat adaptif terhadap teknologi, dengan cepat beralih ke platform digital untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sosial, belajar, bekerja, dan berbelanja dan kebiasaan konsumsi generasi Z telah ikut berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui variabel mediasi FOMO (fear of missing out). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Generasi Z pengguna media sosial Instagram, Tiktok dan Facebook di Kabupaten Jember dan jenis populasi yang akan diteliti adalah populasi infinite. Adapun jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan mengacu pada Rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 400 orang. Teknik atau metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah puposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa content marketing dan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FOMO. Content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan influencer marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. FOMO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Content marketing dan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan mediasi FOMO. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa FOMO berperan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to examine the effect of islamic branding and green marketing on consumer loyalty with perceived value as an intervening. Method: This research is explanatory research. The population used in this research is MSME food and beverage consumers in Jember Regency using a non-probability sampling method. This research determined a sample of 1180 respondents. Data processing in this research uses Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp-PLS 7.0 SEM PLS program. Results: Results of the research state that islamic branding and green marketing has significant effect on the perceived value. Islamic branding has insignificant effect on the consumer loyalty. Green marketing has significant effect on the consumer loyalty. Perceived value has significant effect on the consumer loyalty. Islamic branding and green marketing has significant effect on the consumer loyalty, mediated by perceived value. Novelty: This research tries to test a model related to marketing management by involving islamic branding and perceived value as intervening.

Abstract

Objective: To test and analyze the influence of perceived behavioral control, social environment, and personality on entrepreneurial intention in students of Private Universities (PTS) in Jember Regency. Method: The study utilizes SPSS for data analysis to examine the relationship between perceived behavioral control, social environment, and personality with entrepreneurial intentions among students. Results: The findings indicate that perceived behavioral control, social environment, and personality all have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions among students in private universities. Novelty: This perspective and analysis address gaps in existing research and offer practical contributions to local governments to reduce unemployment and encourage youth entrepreneurship.
