Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pembuatan keputusan dalam pembelian produk kopi Casim Coffe, mengetahui sikap konsumen terhadap produk kopi Casim Coffe, mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk, serta menentukan strategi dalam mengembangkan produk berdasarkan evaluasi atribut produk oleh konsumen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang telah mengkonsumsi kopi Casim Coffe. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode deskriptif, Fishbein, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Luaran dari penelitian berupa satu artikel pada jurnal online

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pentingnya audit sosial di Indonesia melalui studi literatur. Hasil riset mengindikasikan : 1) Indonesia sangat membutuhkan audit sosial untuk menjelaskan dan proses kontrol isu laporan CSR di perusahaan supaya kredibel dan konsisten. 2) Beberapa negara telah menjalankan audit sosial dan Indonesia bisa mengadopsi audit tersebut, namun disesuaikan dengan kondisi riil program audit yang ada di Indonesia. Kontribusi dari riset ini munculnya kesadaran para stakeholder lebih tinggi terhadap evaluasi dan monitoring pelaksanaan CSR melalui audit sosial, karena audit sosial sangat diperlukan bagi kita, pemerintah pada umumnya dan perusahaan secara khusus. Kemudian kita harus concern terhadap audit sosial ini.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015, using qualitative measurement of CSR disclosure. This study aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure quality on the financial performance of mining companies in BEI through web.IDX. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method 100 Mining company. The analyzes used include instrument test data (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). Research Results The quality of CSR disclosure positively affects the accounting performance (ROA) of mining companies in BEI period 2012-2015.Keywords: Quality of CSR Disclosure, ROA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of corporate strategy moderation in the influence of CSR performance on corporate financial performance. Company strategy is measured by Product Differentiation, CSR performance measured using Global Reporting Association (GRI) index, and financial performance measured with Return on Assets (ROA) period 2016-2017. Research population Mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 and 2017 and Companies that issue annual reports during the period 2016-2017. The results of this study indicate that the performance of CSR does not show significant influence to the company's financial performance and use the company's strategy as a moderator variable indicates that the company's strategy variable turns out to moderate significantly the impact of CSR performance on the financial performance of the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Word Of Mouth (WOM), pelayanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian layanan jasa rental sound system, tenda dan alat pesta (studi kasus pada Arjuna Production). Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian yaitu konsumen yang pernah bertransaksi atau menggunakan jasa Arjuna Production. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden. Dan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa WOM, pelayanan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada layanan jasa rental sound system, tenda dan alat pesta (studi kasus pada Arjuna Production).

Abstract

Manajemen Pemasaran Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dan strategis bagi kelangsungan sebuah lembaga. Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan harus sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat dengan memperkirakan sekaligus menentukan kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat serta penyerahan jasa yang memuaskan secara efektif dan efisien. Desa Andongsari memiliki sekolah taman kanak-kanak yang saling bersaing strategi pemasarannya. Hal ini TK ABA III Ambulu memiliki strategi yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan. Strategi yang dilakukan lembaga sehingga dipercaya oleh masyarakat dalam mengembangkan pendidikan memiliki keseimbangan antara akademik, non akademik dan keagamaan. Adapun perumusan pemasalahannya yaitu bagaimana strategi manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kuantitas pada TK ABA III Ambulu. Dari perumusan permasalahan tersebut peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kuantitas pada TK ABA III Ambulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data antara lain : observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh oleh peneliti bahwa TK ABA III Ambulu dalam strategi manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan dinilai oleh masyarakat cukup baik dan sudah sesuai. Dengan hal ini peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa TK ABA III Ambulu sudah baik dalam strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan 7 tahapan dan untuk pengimplementasiannya sudah sesuai dengan menggunakan marketing mix 7P.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the effect of lifestyle and price on beauty product improvement decisions on Shopee. This type of research is quantitatively descriptive. The population in this study is students of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember Faculty of Economics Management program class of 2018 who buy beauty products through the Shoppe application. Abstract

Customer loyalty is an important aspect that is considered by a company, as well as in the food business, along with the development of the culinary business in the city of Jember, the competition faced by Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember is also getting tougher, to overcome competitive competition and also maintain customer loyalty. it is necessary to have a strategy, namely through product diversification, price and customer satisfaction to continue to increase customer loyalty so that they can continue to compete and open up opportunities to expand their business. This research was conducted on Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers. The purpose of this study was to measure whether there is an effect of product diversification, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study were customers of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. The data analysis technique used to test the hypotheses in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and the coefficient of determination (R2) which was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 23 program. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample of this research is 150 respondents of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers using purposive sampling technique which aims to determine the respondent's perception of each variable. The results of this study prove that Product Diversification, Price, and Loyalty have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember

Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia is a potential market. New businesses in the food and beverage industry emerged as a result of the Indonesian people's tendency to like fast food. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence PT's marketing performance. Cipta Aneka Selera, including digital marketing, product creativity and service quality. It is hoped that this research will be useful as a source of evaluation and information regarding the influence of digital marketing, product creativity and service quality on marketing performance. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be useful in determining PT's marketing strategy. Create a variety of tastes more effectively. This research uses associative quantitative methods. In this research, the manager of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera throughout East Java was involved. A total of 87 people who answered were taken as a saturated sample. The research results show that digital marketing, product creativity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on PT's marketing performance. Create Various Tastes.

Abstract

Every company will always try to make a strategy to maintain the sustainability of its company. The business that is currently competing is a business that produces food or beverages, this is because food or beverage products are always needed by everyone, so there are many companies competing to produce these products with several flavor variants and certain menus. This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification variables (X1), product quality (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) of the Mixue Jember ice cream outlet. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample size of 98 respondents. Sampling used probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of halal certification, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of the Mixue Jember ice cream outlet.
