Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of criminal offenders committing motor vehicle theft and efforts to overcome Curanmor crime in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir. The type of research used is the juridical-empirical research method, which is a process of research and understanding based on methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems. Results of Discussion: first, Factors causing the occurrence of motor vehicle theft include: 1. Economic Factors, This factor occurs due to pressure on the fulfillment of basic daily needs; 2. Habitual factor, This factor is influenced because of behavior that occurs repeatedly and continuously so it is difficult to stop it. ; 3. Environmental Factors, Environmental factors/association greatly influence a person to do or not do something. Do something because in the environment is accustomed to committing criminal acts such as curanmor, then the environment greatly influences curanmor perpetrators to commit the same crime because the environment is very supportive.; 4. Lifestyle Factors, This factor is caused by the fulfillment of additional needs, outside of the general need to improve lifestyle in the community. Second, efforts to overcome the crime of theft of motor vehicles (curanmor) in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir are carried out in 2 ways, namely by preventive and repressive efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic management and brand awareness on purchasing decisions directly and indirectly through unique selling points in the context of e-commerce. By focusing on users of several marketplace applications in the former Besuki Residency which includes the regencies of Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, Jember and Situbondo. This study adopts a non-probability sampling method with a quota sampling technique to determine a sample of 200 users. Path analysis was carried out using the IBM AMOS program after the data was tested for validity and reliability with SPSS. The results of the study indicate that both strategic management and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on unique selling points and purchasing decisions, in addition, unit selling points have an indirect effect on strategic management and brand awareness on purchasing decisions. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for e-commerce business actors in designing attractive and sustainable marketing strategies, and emphasize the importance of building strong brand recognition in the face of increasingly tight e-commerce industry competition

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality, location, and price on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction serving as an intervening variable, at the Prim-A Mineral Water Store in Situbondo, Indonesia. The study population consists of customers of the Prim-A store. A simple random sampling technique was employed, resulting in 98 valid respondents included in the data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study were conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing using the PLS 3.0 application indicate the following: Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at the Prim-A mineral water store in Situbondo Regency. Location also shows a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant negative effect on repurchase intention. Location has a negative but insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Price shows a positive but insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Additionally, service quality has a negative but insignificant effect on repurchase intention; location has a negative but insignificant effect on repurchase intention; and price has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

MSMEs, especially micro-enterprises, act as a safety valve in addressing economic challenges. Although the existence of latengan stalls as micro-enterprises can absorb labor, this indicates that many workers come from the lower classes, the problem of unpaid family workers, and urban spatial planning issues. This study aims to dissect the socio-economic reality of latengan stalls through an integrative Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) and SWOT analysis. Through the RRA, data were obtained regarding latengan stall vendors with low human resources and limited capital, latengan stall operations involving unpaid family workers including children, and latengan stall cash flow problems. The Javanese trading ethos allows latengan stall vendors to utilize positive social capital for economic improvement, but this ethos also has a negative impact that causes stall cash flow to be unstable. Change strategies from the RRA and SWOT analysis include strategies to maximize the potential of the surrounding environment, participate in MSME training, utilize capital provided for MSMEs, create simple SOPs for stall operations, and maximize social capital for economic improvement.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the challenges of knowledge management in the context of the transformation of conventional banking to Islamic banking in Aceh Province, in line with the implementation of the Qanun Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (Qanun LKS) or Islamic Financial Institutions Regulation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, technology, motivation, and knowledge assets on the knowledge management of state-owned and regionally-owned bank employees in Banda Aceh, as well as to examine the role of religiosity as a moderating variable. The research data came from primary sources obtained from questionnaires distributed to 163 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah (BTNS), and Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS). The results showed that technology and motivation had a significant positive effect, while organizational culture, knowledge assets, and religiosity had no effect, and religiosity did not moderate the relationship between variables. These findings indicate that improving the quality of knowledge management can be achieved through investment in information technology systems, optimization of knowledge sharing processes, and strengthening employee motivation, while ensuring that its implementation is in line with Islamic values and work ethics. This study suggests that Islamic banks in Aceh should strengthen internal training, develop knowledge documentation systems, and create a work environment that supports knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate strategies in the recruitment and selection process of interns as part of companies' efforts to build sustainable talent development pipelines, using a desk-based approach. Information was collected through a review of relevant academic journals, scientific articles, and research reports. The study results indicate that successful recruitment strategies include utilizing social media platforms, strengthening the company's image as an attractive employer, and collaborating with higher education institutions. Furthermore, a systematic intern selection process—through interviews, aptitude tests, and the use of technology such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—has been shown to improve accuracy in selecting suitable candidates and reduce potential bias. Several supporting factors identified include management involvement, the use of digital technology, and partnerships with educational institutions, while key barriers include limited resources and intern readiness. Overall, the implementation of a well-planned internship program not only improves the effectiveness of the recruitment process but also strengthens workforce loyalty and sustainability within the company. These findings provide theoretical contributions to human resource management studies and offer practical recommendations for organizations in optimally managing talent development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi  terhadap Kinerja melalui Etika Kerja Islami dan Kepuasan Kerja Islami sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dengan membagikan kuesioner dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Utama dengan sampel sebanyak 110 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etika kerja islami; (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (4) etika kerja islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (6) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui etika kerja islami; (7) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Utama.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat industri perbankan syariah menempatkan peran strategis pada pengelolaan sumber daya insani sebagai pilar utama dalam melayani nasabah. Pentingnya menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya insani tersebut menjadi fokus utama bagi bank syariah yang ingin memenangkan persaingan terutama dalam memberikan layanan terbaik. Setiap karyawan diharapkan mampu menjaga etika, sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi dan rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas, sehingga reputasi dan kredibilitas bank dapat terjaga dengan baik di tengah persaingan industri perbankan yang semakin ketat. Abstract

A purchase decision is an action taken by consumers to purchase a desired product or service. Brand and price are two factors among other factors that can influence purchasing decisions, especially among generation Z. Therefore, it is important to understand the influence of brand and price on purchasing decisions to design effective marketing strategies. Therefore, it is important to understand the effect of brand and price on purchasing decisions to design effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand and price on purchasing decisions for sneakers by generation Z in Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach method with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the brand and price variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand and price together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for sneakers for generation Z in Banda Aceh. Keywords: Brand, price, purchase decision
