Abstract

The study aimed to determine the product flow, financial flow and information flow of the rice supply chain in North Mopuya Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months, from July to August 2023. The research was conducted in Mopuya Utara Induk Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi. The data used in the study were primary data collected by conducting documentation, observation and direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaire), and secondary data collected through the results of literature studies and related offices or agencies. The sampling method used by purposive sampling method was taken 7 farmers, after selecting 7 farmers continued with the snowball sampling method to know the institutions involved in the supply chain. The data analysis method used in this research is the analysis of the flow of the rice supply chain in North Mopuya Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency which is presented in a descriptive form that describes and explains the research subject. The results showed that the rice supply chain in North Mopuya Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency based on product flow, financial flow and information flow has been running very well, starting from farmers as producers to the community as consumers.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the profile of Lumintang Beach tourist attraction in Bentenan Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for two months with research time from June to July 2023. The research was conducted at Lumintang Beach tourist attraction located in the Bentenan Village Tourism Area, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with processors. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research, literature or previous research. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling, namely samples taken deliberately and the sample is the tourist attraction officer. The analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that the Lumintang Beach tourist attraction in Bentenan Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency is a tourist spot that has potential and destinations that can be an attraction for visitors by using existing facilities such as boats to visit the islands around Lumintang Beach, jetski and banana boat for visitors to use to play on the water and gazebo visitors can use as a place to relax or carry out thanksgiving events, to support the economy of the Bentenan Village community, the community can make a culinary place as a livelihood.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction at Cafe 57'FU from the aspects of product, price, place, promotion and service quality. This research was conducted in August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 50 people using accidental sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The research results show that the level of consumer satisfaction at Cafe 57'FU in Talikuran Village, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency is classified as satisfied (P), based on research results with an index of 77.33%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from March to May 2023. The research was conducted in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. The data used were collected from primary data through surveys and direct interviews with farmers and using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from previously documented data, both in the form of data from the Tomohon City BPP office and sources obtained from the internet. Sampling using simple random sampling method, which was taken from Sweet Corn farmers in Wawo Plantation Tomohon City as many as 51 farmers. The research data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis method to determine the total cost, revenue and income. The income of sweet corn farming in Wawo Plantation, Tomohon City was Rp13,107,131 per farmer per growing season and Rp7,461,444 per hectare per growing season where this amount was obtained from the total revenue of Rp18,900,000 per farmer per growing season and Rp10,444,000 per hectare per growing season minus the total cost of Rp5,792,869 per farmer per growing season and Rp2,982,556 per hectare per growing season from this amount of income shows sweet corn farming is profitable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the characteristics of traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City. The research was conducted for three months from October to December 2022 from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research place is Bersehati Market, Manado City. The data collection method used in this research is primary data obtained from the research field, namely to fruit traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City by direct interview to traders using a list of questions (questionnaire). Secondary data obtained from the market office, literature and journals related to the research. The research sampling method used purposive sampling technique to fruit traders in Bersehati Market, Manado City which was taken as many as 15 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of fruit traders in Pasar Bersehati Manado City included traders aged between 21 years and 60 years, the gender of fruit traders was dominated by female traders, the last education of fruit traders was elementary school (SD) to senior high school (SMA) and equivalent, the number of dependents owned by traders was 1 to 5 family members, the capital of fruit traders varied from Rp1,000,000 to more than Rp3,000,000. The working hours of fruit traders vary from 10 working hours to 16 working hours, and the trading experience of fruit traders ranges from 1 year of work experience to the longest 30 years of work experience.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much or how low the costs, receipts and income of lowland rice farmers in Tumani Village, Maesaan District are and to find out what problems lowland rice farmers face in running their business. This research was carried out for 3 months, namely from July 2022 to September 2022. This research used 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions and secondary data was obtained from various sources related to the required data such as the Tumani Village office, the Maesaan District BPP Office, and even scientific writing. Sampling in this research used the method (Simple Random Sampling) or simple random. The number of farmers was 34 farmers and the respondents studied were 10 people or 30 percent of the total respondents. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production costs, revenue and R/C. Based on the results of research on lowland rice farming in Tumani Village, it is different. The amount of income received by farmers depends on the area of land owned by the farmer and whether rice farming in Tumani Village is feasible or profitable. We can see this from the results of the R/C analysis, namely 3.95, which means more than 1 and the average income of all respondent farmers in Tumani Village is IDR 19.289.769.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the profit of kale vegetable retailers in Wilken Tomohon Market, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for two months from June to July 2023 from the preparation stage to the preparation of research results located at Wilken Tomohon Market, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) to kale vegetable traders in Wilken Market, Tomohon City. Secondary data were obtained from available books, such as local books and the internet and accessing articles from various scientific journals. The sampling method was simple random sampling and a sample of 10 kale traders was taken. The research data analysis method is based on the data obtained, processed and tabulated in accordance with the results of the analysis, to test the data that has been collected in order to obtain the amount of profit, which is obtained through profit analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the profit of kale vegetable retailers at Wilken Tomohon Market is obtained from total revenue of Rp1,142,000 per week less total costs of Rp703,020 per week, the profit of kale vegetable retailers is Rp438,980 per week.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how social capital is in the Keong Mas farmer group and Pangan Jaya farmer group in Kunciango Village, Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 25 respondents from members of the Keong Mas farmer group with 13 respondents and Pangan Jaya farmer group with 12 respondents using a questionnaire and secondary data obtained from the village government office in Kunciango. The sampling method was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling). The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the elements of social capital, namely trust, network and norms, the two groups were very different in that the Keong Mas farmer group had very good social capital. So as to increase the existence and cohesiveness of group members. On the other hand, in the Pangan Jaya farmer group, the elements of social capital are rarely even reduced, so to increase their existence and cohesiveness, the Pangan Jaya farmer group needs to increase social capital such as the Keong Mas farmer group so that it will be better in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the income and feasibility of papaya farming in Tatelu Rondor Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out from June to August 2023. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The number of research respondents was 5 farmers. This research uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis using R/C Ratio analysis. The research results show that the revenue and cost ratio (R/C Ratio) of Bangkok papaya farming in Tatelu Rondor Village, Dimembe District is 1.86. The results of this analysis show that this farming is profitable and worth pursuing because the R/C Ratio value is > 1. The income of farmer respondents from Bangkok papaya farming in Tatelu Rondor Village is IDR7,572,020 with an average income of IDR1,514,404.
