Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the BPK in providing financial reports and providing evaluations of state agencies' efforts to optimize community prosperity. Through the use of qualitative systems and strategies for reviewing legislation and literature. The research results show that performance audits are the thing that has the strongest relationship between audits and community prosperity. Performance evaluation is the only test that can guarantee the management of public funds (people's prosperity).

Abstract

Background: Orbital cellulitis encompasses a range of orbital infections with varying severity. This case series highlights the diverse clinical presentations, management strategies, and outcomes of orbital cellulitis, emphasizing the importance of prompt diagnosis and treatment. Case presentation: We present two cases of orbital cellulitis with contrasting presentations. The first case involved a 16-year-old male with acute rhinosinusitis who developed severe orbital cellulitis complicated by cavernous sinus thrombosis (CST), requiring aggressive medical and surgical interventions. The second case involved a 2-month-old female with a subperiosteal abscess secondary to ethmoid and maxillary sinusitis, who responded well to medical management alone. Conclusion: Orbital cellulitis presents a wide spectrum of clinical scenarios, ranging from localized infections to life-threatening intracranial involvement. Early recognition, appropriate imaging, and timely intervention are crucial for optimizing outcomes. While CST necessitates aggressive measures, subperiosteal abscesses can often be managed medically, particularly in young children.

Abstract

Wirid Yasin is one of the practices that are widely carried out by Muslims to get closer to Allah SWT and improve the spiritual aspects in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data related to the implementation of wirid Yasin in the school. The results of the study indicate that the routine implementation of wirid Yasin at MTsN 4 Mandailing Natal has a positive impact on improving the quality of students' religious life. Students experience improvements in spiritual aspects, such as increased piety, inner peace, and better understanding of religion. In addition, wirid Yasin also contributes to creating a religious atmosphere in the school environment, which in turn affects students' morality and attitudes in everyday life. Therefore, the implementation of wirid Yasin can be an effective effort to improve the quality of students' religious life at MTsN 4 Mandailing Natal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of securities as payroll instruments and legal components in the context of employment. This research uses qualitative methods while the type of research is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that securities as a payroll instrument are used as an effective payroll tool in the context of employment. Companies can issue securities in the form of investments to employees as a form of additional remuneration or incentives, such as company stock, bonds, or stock shares. While securities in the context of labor law that the use of securities as a remuneration instrument also has legal implications in the context of employment

Abstract

Luka perineum merupakan salah satu komplikasi yang sering dialami oleh ibu postpartum, terutama setelah persalinan pervaginam. Penanganan luka perineum membutuhkan perawatan yang tepat agar proses penyembuhan optimal dan tidak terjadi infeksi. Kombinasi antara terapi farmakologis seperti Amoxicillin dan bahan alami seperti rebusan daun sirih merah diyakini mampu mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi Amoxicillin dan rebusan daun sirih merah terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu postpartum. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group. Sampel terdiri dari ibu postpartum dengan luka perineum derajat I–II yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol (Amoxicillin saja) dan kelompok intervensi (Amoxicillin dan rebusan daun sirih merah). Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap tanda-tanda klinis penyembuhan luka. Hasil: Hasil uji menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat penyembuhan luka perineum antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol karena nilai p > 0,05 yaitu 0,151. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada perbedaan efektivitas kombinasi amoxicillin dan rebusan daun sirih merah terhadap tingkat penyembuhan luka perineum ibu postpartum.

Abstract

The dense population in Indonesia has caused poverty and unemployment problems everywhere, including in Ujong Tanoh Darat village. The problems of poverty and unemployment have increased from year to year, this has become a social problem that can cause inequality in society. One of the symptoms of poverty is low human resources caused by the lack of knowledge, especially in Ujong Tanoh Darat village. Another problem in this village is poor environmental sanitation as indicated by the rampant garbage in the environment in the village. Good waste management starting from managing inorganic waste into handicrafts (KAHASTA) and managing organic waste into fertilizer (Ecoharvest and Biowaste) is a solution to overcome these problems. This program aims to evaluate the effectiveness of assistance provided to women's groups in developing their skills, creativity, and productivity. The methods used include assistance and empowerment with the Grounded Theory approach, Focus Group Discussion, and training in utilizing local potential. The implementation of the program includes making handicrafts, Ecobrick gardens, and training in waste management and product marketing through social media.

Abstract

Under the umbrella of PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana Group, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan operates in the shipping and ship agency services sectors. The aim of this paper is to analyze the management of the Minimum Safe Manning Certificate (MSM) for the MT. Mumbai vessel through the SIMKAPEL application by PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. This certificate is crucial as it determines the minimum number and qualifications of crew members required to comply with international safety regulations. This study uses two methods: field research, which involves direct observation of the administrative process, and library research, which reviews relevant literature and regulations. The results of the study show that the use of the SIMKAPEL application accelerates the document processing, improves data accuracy, and reduces administrative errors. The implementation of this digital system also enhances service transparency and facilitates system integration. Overall, SIMKAPEL has proven to be effective in streamlining the issuance of the Minimum Safe Manning Certificate and ensuring the MT. Mumbai vessel's operational compliance with maritime safety standards. Thus, SIMKAPEL plays a vital role in supporting administrative efficiency and operational safety of the vessel.
