Abstract

When issues regarding a democratic constitution and respect for human rights and citizens' rights are specifically conditioned from the perspective of gender equality, they must be observed through the principle of balanced justice between men and women. Talking about gender equality certainly cannot be separated from the equal rights and responsibilities of women, which in their development are starting to be aligned with the rights of men in various areas of life. This research aims to analyze gender equality in the context of general elections. The method used by researchers to conduct this research is the literature review method. The results of the analysis explain that gender justice leads women and men towards equality where equal conditions and status to obtain opportunities and enjoy their rights as human beings so that they are able to play a role and participate in development, politics, economics, social, culture, education, defense and security in enjoying the results of this development. Election laws and political parties open up opportunities for women to be equal to men through this 30% quota. Women's struggle to increase women's representation in the legislature through affirmative action can be done by involving women more actively in political parties. Empowering women in political parties is the first step to encourage equality and justice to be achieved between men and women in the public world in the not too distant future.

Abstract

The neutrality of ASN has always been an issue and news that has received a lot of public attention, especially during the lead up to, implementation and end of elections, both presidential, legislative and regional head elections. The fact of violations of ASN neutrality cannot be denied from several cases that have occurred, such as involvement in campaign activities, using state facilities related to office duties, making decisions or actions that favor their constituents, holding activities that lead to bias towards candidate pairs participating in the General Election (PEMILU), and so forth. This research aims to examine the neutrality of state civil servants in public policy and general elections. This research uses normative research methods. The State Civil Service Commission explains that neutrality is a very important principle to be implemented in efforts to create a professional ASN, so this concept is related to 4 things, including: political activities, public service delivery, policy making, and ASN management. Regulations regarding ASN are regulated in Article 2 letter f, Article 5 paragraph (2) letter h, Article 9 paragraph (2) Law no. 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, "ASN employees must be free from the influence and intervention of all groups and political parties.

Abstract

Elections are an important moment in the implementation of the democratic system in Indonesia, as a form of freedom for the people to express their aspirations in choosing representatives who will sit in parliament. The large costs that must be incurred in participating in the election process, in this case, of course have a lasting impact on reviewing the involvement of third parties or the dominance of entrepreneurs in entering parliament. The inclusion of entrepreneurs in parliament can of course have a big impact on the national system, especially in the aspect of utilization and development of new renewable energy. This research was then analyzed conceptually sociologically, which attempted to analyze the extent to which the conception of legal science plays a role in social society and carries out its function optimally. The results of this research are that the involvement of entrepreneurs in running as legislative candidates must of course be limited through term limits.

Abstract

Background: Based on world data, there have been 2.7 million cases of perineal rupture in mothers giving birth. This figure is estimated to reach the highest number collected until 2050, which is 6.3 million. Perineal rupture in Asia also often occurs in society, which is around 50%. According to data from the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (SDKI), 75% of mothers who give birth in Indonesia experience perineal tears or perineal rupture. Objective: To describe the results of measuring the pain scale using the cold compress method. Method: This study method uses a case study method with a descriptive design and uses a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain measurement sheet, in the cold compress method, the variable measured is perineal wound pain that has been given intervention 3 times a day in a span of 5-10 minutes for 3 days. Results: After cold compresses were given to two respondents who experienced perineal wounds, there was a change in the pain scale which was included in the mild pain category. Conclusion: The application of cold compresses can reduce the scale of perineal wound pain in postpartum patients.

Abstract

Background:Data obtained from Central Java, on average 40% of DM patients from those aged 40-69 suffer from DM, people who suffer from DM on average have feelings of anxiety about their disease. Anxiety is a vague feeling of restlessness due to discomfort or fear accompanied by a response that causes the individual to be unspecific or unknown. One way to treat anxiety is five finger hypnosis therapy. Objective: To describe the results of applying five finger hypnosis to the health of diabetes mellitus patients. Method: This study method uses the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) Method: According to the HARS scale, there are 14 symptoms that appear in individuals who experience anxiety. Each item observed is given 5 levels of score (Likert scale) between 0 (Zero Present) to 4 (severe). Results: After performing hypnosis on Mrs. E and Mrs. R, which initially had a score of 27, became 20 and a score of 25 became 18. Conclusion: The application of five finger hypnosis therapy can reduce anxiety in Diabetes Millitus patients.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension or what can be called high blood pressure that occurs when blood vessel pressure is too high, said to be high if the blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or more. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence year is 1.28 billion people who experience hypertension aged 30-79 years. The prevalence of hypertension in Pucangsawit Health Center in 2022 was 4.492 hypertensive patients in Surakarta City, One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be given to hypertensive patients is anti-stroke gymnastics. Objective: Describe the results of blood pressure comparison and after the application of Anti- Stroke Gymnastics in patients with hypertension. Method: This study uses a descriptive research design with a case study approach by observing blood pressure in 2 respondents with hypertension, conducted 2 weeks for 6x within 30 minutes. The instruments used are observation sheets, Blood Pressure Monitors, and anti-stroke gymnastics SOP videos. Results: There is a decrease in blood pressure after giving Anti-Stroke Gymnastics to Mrs. E from 148/81 mmHg to 130/78 mmHg and to Mrs. S from 157/111 mmHg to 143/101 mmHg. Conclusion: The application of anti-stroke gymnastics can potentially reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients in both respondents.

Abstract

Perilaku kekerasan merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku yang bertujuan untuk melukai seseorang secara fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu penanganannya yaitu dengan memberikan strategi pelaksanaan menggunakan komunikasi yang terapeutik. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi strategi pelaksanaan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik pada pasien resiko perilaku kekerasan di Rsjd Dr. Rm. Soedjarwadi Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode : Rancangan penelitian ini dilakukan pada 2 responden dengan cara pretest posttest dengan wawancara dan memberikan lembar obervasi Hasil : resiko perilaku kekerasan sebelum dilakukan strategi pelaksanaan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik menunjunkan hasil intensif 2, setelah dilakukan tindakan strategi pelaksanaan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik menjadi hanya membutuhkan perlakuan intensif 1. Terdapat perkembangan dan perbandingan yang cukup baik terhadap kedua responden resiko perilaku kekerasan. Kesimpulan : terdapat perbandingan perkembangan antara pasien resiko perilaku kekerasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan strategi pelaksanaan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik

Abstract

This research is a form of analysis regarding the Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 and its implementation as public policy within the framework of the 2024 Election. This analysis is important because Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 is seen as a critical decision that is extremely controversial and exceeds the authority of the Constitutional Court itself. This research emphasizes the use of normative legal research, conceptual approaches, and qualitative analysis methods. The results of this research indicate that Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 must be constructed separately from the controversy that accompanies it and must be institutionalized constructively. The advice conveyed in this paper is the importance of assuming socialization first regarding the implementation of the new norms settled in Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023.

Abstract

Elections are clear evidence of a form of democratic system in which the people are involved in determining the direction of the country's political policies for the next five years. Elections are held directly in addition to improving the implementation of the democratic system in the political process. The 2019 election left behind many problems, especially in the case of many KPPS (Polling Organizing Group) officers as election organizers at the TPS level who died. According to a release from the Ministry of Health, as of May 15 2019, 527 2019 election officials had died and 11,239 people were sick. This research aims to analyze the policies implemented by the KPU in the KPPS recruitment process in the 2024 elections. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the KPU as the main election organizing institution which supervises ad hoc officers has made policies based on the principle of clear benefits. The policy formulation process has gone through various processes. From creating issues, advocating issues, to lobbying other policy makers. The KPU's policy in KPPS recruitment has been made in such a way as to accommodate the interests of KPPS as a lower level election organizer. In the policy formation process, the KPU asks for suggestions and recommendations from various parties. Various anticipations have been outlined in the policies produced by the KPU. The author is confident that looking at the pattern of policy formulation used, the KPU will produce policies that are right on target to realize elections with integrity.

Abstract

Elections are a means of popular sovereignty to elect members of the People's Representative Council, members of the Regional Representative Council, the President and Vice President, and to elect members of the Regional People's Representative Council, which are carried out directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. As an electoral contestation, elections certainly have various kinds of potential violations in their implementation. One of the violations that has the greatest potential to occur is administrative violations. This article aims to analyze the revitalization of BAWASLU's role as a quasi-judicial institution in resolving election administration violations. The method used is descriptive analysis method. This article shows that Bawaslu is a quasi-judicial institution in elections which has the authority to handle election violations after determining the national election results. The authority to handle election violations after the determination of election results nationally, in this case is limited to administrative election violations. The authority of Bawaslu, of course, cannot be ignored. Moreover, currently Indonesia is starting to implement simultaneous elections. The implementation of the election mechanism simultaneously and in a short time will of course have implications for the process that occurs in the election.
