Abstract

The aim of this research is to dissect the influence of company size, board of directors composition, committee composition, risk tolerance and leverage on ERM disclosure. There are a total of 96 infrastructure businesses included in this analysis, all of which were listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2021. The data used in this research is secondary data collected from financial reports and annual reports of infrastructure businesses available at www.idx. co.id. The sample size of 17 companies was determined using purposive sampling techniques, and the research followed these companies for a total of five years. Secondary data was collected through a combination of note-taking and a systematic review of existing literature. In this research, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this research, neither the profitability variable, leverage variable, risk management committee, board of commissioners, nor company size have a statistically significant influence on ERM disclosure. Company Risk Management Disclosures are not significantly influenced by testing all independent variables simultaneously. As much as 92.3 percent of the variation in the dependent variable can be attributed to factors not taken into account in this analysis, only 7.7 percent can be attributed to the independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Additionally, it seeks to investigate how dividend policy moderates this relationship. The original research sample comprised 62 organizations, however, after implementing the given criteria, only 16 companies met the requirements. The study employed secondary data and applied purposive sampling procedures for selecting the sample. The data analysis employed multiple linear regression models and moderation tests. The research findings suggest that liquidity has a somewhat detrimental and statistically insignificant effect on a company's worth. The profitability of a corporation has a somewhat positive and significant effect on its value, while leverage has a moderately negative and minor effect. The variables of liquidity, profitability, and leverage have a significant influence on the value of a company. The moderation study reveals that the dividend policy lacks the capacity to moderate the influence of liquidity on the firm's value. The dividend policy has the capacity to reduce the influence of profitability and leverage on the firm's value. The Adjusted R-Square value of 21.2% suggests that the company's value is influenced by the combined effects of liquidity, profitability, and leverage. Nevertheless, it is crucial to acknowledge that 79.8% of the company's worth is impacted by additional factors that were not taken into account in this study.

Abstract

Ulos is a type of traditional textile with its own designs and motifs. In Dairi Regency there are areas of ulos cloth craftsmen, one of which is Silalahi Village 1. The implementation approach includes the socialization and dissemination stage, training stage and partner business mentoring stage which is carried out in stages to overcome partner problems. Training on designs, motifs and forms of ulos weaving begins with providing material about the nature of woven motifs, types of motifs and motif development according to market needs. Before weaving, weaving begins with a 'kneading' process, where the threads are arranged parallel to the width of the weave. Industrial design, on the other hand, includes not only industrial products but also craft patterns, including handicrafts. Therefore, the field of design includes various fields such as product design, textiles, interiors, graphics, architecture, engineering design, and urban design, which are created to meet human spiritual and material needs
