Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan yang berwawasan HAM merupakan perencanaan pembangunan yang menjadikan nilai-nilai HAM sebagai rambu-rambu dalam perencanaan pembangunan. HAM harus dipatuhi oleh negara atau pemerintah dalam menjalankan misinya sehingga tidak menjadikan pembangunan sebagai tujuan dengan mengorbankan manusia demi pembangunan, melainkan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan penegakkan hak atas pembangunan. Dari sisi pembangunan hukum, hukum yang relevan untuk dikembangkan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai HAM adalah model humanis partisipatoris. Manifestasi dari model pembangunan hukum ini adalah memberi perhatian pada aspek dan dimensi manusiawi sebagai tujuan utama pembangunan yang memberi akses kepada warga negara untuk ikut serta dalam pengambilan keputusan di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hukum memberi alokasi wewenang yang lebih besar kepada warga negara untuk menentukan realisasi dirinya sebagai subjek, bukan objek yang dibentuk dan dikontrol oleh subjek lain. Kata-kata kunci: Pembangunan, Hak asasi manusia, hukum, pendidikan.

Abstract

The formation of a quality generation is started from an output of Islamic education that it has both as individuals, socially, and believes in God Almighty. Indicators that appear in the current dynamics are rampant brawls, immoral acts, and a lack of etiquette in the association among students. The restructuring or transformation of Indonesia's national education is able to take advantage of the opportunities that are open and shape the character that contains the value of human behavior. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational design, this study aims to determine the relationship of a variable with other variables by using a multiple linear regression test. Regression analysis is used to examine the relationship between two or more variables, especially to explore the pattern of relationships whose models are not yet fully known. The results of this study are: Student motivation has an effect on the growth of character values in State Senior High School students in Salatiga City; The example of PAI teachers have an effect on the growth of character values in State Senior High School students in Salatiga City; The personality of the PAI teacher has an effect on the growth of character values in State Senior High School students in Salatiga City; PAI teacher learning strategies affect the growth of character values in state high school students in Salatiga City; There is an effect of effectiveness on the variables of student motivation, exemplary, and GPAI learning strategies on the growth of character values in students in SMA Negeri in Salatiga City. The variable that has no effect on the growth of character values in students at SMA Negeri in Salatiga City is the personality variable.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out how the influence of moral education on the character formation of former prostitutes, 2). To find out how the influence of prayer coaching on the character formation of former prostitutes, 3). This study aims to determine the effect of moral education and moral development on character building for former prostitutes at the "Wanodyatama" Surakarta Women's Social Service Institution in 2022. This research is a type of quantitative research at the Women's Social Service Institution "Wanodyatama" Surakarta. This research was conducted from February to March 2022. The subjects of this study were 100% of the 67 former prostitutes as research respondents. Data were taken through questionnaires with validity and reliability tests. The research data were analyzed by multiple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant effect of moral education on the formation of the character of ex-prostitutes, There, is a significant influence of prayer development on the formation of the character of ex-prostitutes, and There is a significant influence of moral education and prayer development on the formation of the character of ex-prostitutes in the orphanage. Women's Social Services "Wanodyatama" Surakarta in 2022. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for the head of the orphanage maximize activities that are not yet optimal and develop methods of religious development that already exist.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation model of the learning concept multiple intelligences in an Islamic perspective at SMP Bayt al-Hikmah Pasuran Islamic Boarding School (SBP). The type of research used is a qualitative approach descriptive. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and a review of documents. Data that has been collected were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The theory of multiple intelligences can be used as a bridge to transfer a concept of knowledge that can be digested easily easier. The proof is that it can increase interest, talent. (2) Student input; by continuing to hold tests to find out the child's basic abilities about Pesantren and knowing that children are not children who have needs especially because this institution has not been able to prepare the facilities. Whereas the amount received is in accordance with the capacity of the class and available rooms, then held Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR). Teacher input; condition. The main thing is to be willing to continue to learn and be committed, a written test is carried out, practice (micro-teaching), and interviews. Learning process; Composing teacher lesson plan based on MIR and SOP results, implementing multiple strategies bits of intelligence based on how the brain works, and evaluate/assess competence students, accompanied by a consultant “Guardian Angel. Student output. Student outputs; student competencies include cognitive, psychomotor, and effective, which are assessed based on authentic assessment with the concept of ipsative-discovery ability. While teacher competence is assessed based on 4 components (student learning outcomes, lesson plan, creativity, and teacher behavior). Every semester students and teachers receive reports. The teacher's report card serves as a determinant of achievement resulting in an increase in salary and rank.

Abstract

The research is aimed to: (1) identify a factual model of learning evaluation of Islamic Religious and Moral Education (PAI-BP); (2) develop the PAI-BP learning evaluation model to suit the needs of the high school education level; and (3) knowing and analyzing the effectiveness of the PAI-BP learning evaluation development model at the high school education level in Karanganyar Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. The type of the research is development research targetting the evaluation model for Islamic Religious and Moral Education (PAI-BP) for high school level. The data collection method was done using observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis, tests, and questionnaires techniques. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research concluded that: (1) The factual model of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education (PAI-BP) at the high school education level currently done separately between the process of learning and its product; (2) The evaluation model developed has two main components, namely: the learning process and output. The learning process includes four subcomponents, namely: (a) teachers’ performance in the classroom, (b) teachers’ personality, (c) students’ behavior, and (d) learning facilities. Whereas the learning output includes four sub-components, namely aspects: (a) akidah akhlaq, (b) Qur'an-Hadith, (c) Fiqh, and (d) Islamic history; and (3) The effectiveness of the PAI-BP learning evaluation model developed shows that based on the experts, user and practitioner assessments, the model developed is considered as a Good model to evaluate PAI-BP learning at high school level education.

Abstract

The study aimed at describing the achievement of evaluation model of character education program in learning Islamic Religion and Attitude subject, in implementing teaching learning activity, extracurricular and implementing character education program in SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The study used CIPP (Contest, Input, Process, and Product) model as means to conduct evaluation. The approach used in this study was descriptive. The data were collected during evaluation process were by interview, observation, document and questionaire. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The data sources were headmaster, committee, Islamic Religion teachers, students’ parents, and students of VIII and IX year. Result of the study showed that character education program in learning Islamic Religion and Attitude subject have achieved good result implemented by the school holder. On the stage of context, the mean achievement was 88.33% belonging to effective category. On the stage of input, it has achieved 91.78% belonging to effective category. On the stage of process, it has achieved 87.60% belonging to effective category. Finally, the stage of product showed the mean of 90.04% belonging to effective category. Overall, the implementation of character education program in learning Islamic Religion and Attitude subject has fulfilled the criterion standards, but there were several things to improve, such as: 1) headmaster in coordinating the activity together with the school holder needs to develop school activity to achieve excellent school, 2) teachers of Islamic Religion and Attitude use the whole competences in performing their duties as educator full of affection and improving character values in daily activity at school, 3) students in implementing their the character education values at school must be improved, 4) parents must give more attention for their children in educating and implementing habit in doing good behavior in daily life.

Abstract

This study aims to be able to understand and apply educational values ??in Muhammad Sholeh Darat's view, so that ongoing education becomes more meaningful, not capital-oriented and only material-oriented. The method used in this research is descriptive-explanative research, where the author tries to describe first how the basic construction of Islamic education epistemology, context and situation behind Muhammad Sholeh Darat. Based on the results of the epistemology of Muhammad Sholeh's educational thought, it is carried out through three main elements, namely: riyadhoh (spiritual practice), maqamat (stages of ascent of Sufism), and ahwal (Sufism experience). Riyadhah is an exercise of the soul in truth and sincerity in the context of istiqomah in worshiping Allah SWT. The mental development carried out in this guidance process is as exemplified and carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. There are three forms of riyadhoh that can be done by a student to know Allah SWT through three activities, namely; seek knowledge, be consistent with sunnah practices, and always keep time.

Abstract

Abstract

Law No. 1 of 2021 mentions that there are basic materials stipulated in the IE-CEPA Agreement, among others, dispute resolution. This paper aims to explain the implementation of economic dispute resolution in the approval of a comprehensive economic partnership between Indonesia and EFTA countries perspective of the Arbitration Law. This research uses a library approach, where the data collection technique uses literature and document studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is a triangulation technique. The results showed that the approval of a comprehensive economic partnership between Indonesia and the EFTA country as stipulated in Law No. 1 of 2021 does not clash with Law No. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration. This is because there is an accompanying Arbitration Event Law, especially concerning the selection of arbitration panels. In all, there are 8 (eight) perspectives that show the similarity of the two Laws, namely: Written application in choosing dispute resolution through Arbitration; Conciliation and Mediation; Selection of arbitrators; Examination by the Arbitrator; Language of Arbitration; Determination is final and binding; Peaceful efforts; And not willing a person to be elected as an arbitrator.Keywords: Arbitration, Disputes, EFTA.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis ontologi pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus. (2) Menganalisis epistimologi pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus. (3) Menganalisis aksiologi pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus. (4) Menganalisis ontologi, epistimologi, dan aksiologi pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus menjadi rujukan pembelajaran tahfidzul Qur’an Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research). Analisis data model ini memiliki empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah: (1) Model pembelajaran tahfidz di Pon.Pes. Tahfidz Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus didasarkan pada aspek ontologi, pembelajaran tahfidz bertujuan membentuk manusia berakhlaqul karimah dan hafal Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan model Bimbingan, Intensif, Íalaqah, Integrasi, Madrasah,Target, Hafalan, Al-Qur’an, Faham, Evaluasi, Deresan, dan Ziyadah yang disingkat dengan BIHIM TAHFIDZ.(2) Proporsi epistemologi dengan Model pembelajaran sains di Pon.Pes. Tahfidz Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus didasarkan pada pembelajaran sains yang terintegrasi pada satuan Pendidikan Madrasah dan Pesantren tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan tujuan membentuk manusia berjiwa IMTAQ yang menguasai IPTEK dengan menggunakan model bimbingan, riset, intensif, sains, integrasi, agama, informatif, laboratorium, mentoring, unggul, intelektual, tuntas, dan evaluative yang disingkat dengan BRISIA ILMU ITE.. (3) Model pembelajaran tahfidz pada aspek aksiologi di lembaga Pendidikan yang berbasis pesantren tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan tujuan membentuk manusia berakhlakul karimah, unggul dan hafal Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan model BIHIM TAHFIDZU. (Bimbingan, Intensif, halaqah, Integrasi, Madrasah, Target, Hafalan, Al-Qur’an, Faham, Evaluasi, Deresan, Ziyādah, dan Ulang). (4) Secara ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran sains dan tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus, dengan model semaan satu halaman, ¼, ½, satu juz setiap pekannya dalam setiap kelompok, karena menurut pengamatan peneliti belum semua halaqah melaksanakannya agar dapat diperbaiki kembali.
