Abstract

Currently, the transportation mode which connects Jombang City to Babat City in Lamongan Regency on trip is still using bus. This current transportation mode is under appropriated to serving passengers because there are lack of comfortable, unclean, and long headway time approximately 2 – 3 hours for a same routes. Based on these problems, research about intermodal transportation and modal choice probability is suitable. Intermodal transport is designed to revitalize train routes from Jombang to Babat City. A modal choice probability study obtains the number of predicted passengers which can be switched from the existing transportation mode (bus) to the designed transportation mode (train) by using the Stated Preference method. By creating intermodal transportation, obtained train circulation time plan was 303,49 minutes, the headway time plan was 118,6 minutes, the rolling stock plan requirements are three sets of trains and the ticket price plan is IDR 11.500/passenger. According to the difference between train and bus ticket price when the price of train ticket is lower than bus the result of modal choice probability is 0,88. According to the difference between train and bus travel time when train travel time is faster by 42 minutes than bus the result is 0,87. Then due to departure frequency between train and bus when the number of train departures is more thanfive times per day, the probability analysis results is 0,83.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jombang, terutama Kecamatan Ploso di wilayah utara Sungai Brantas, merupakan pusat perekonomian dan perdagangan yang menarik minat pengusaha dan investor untuk membangun perusahaan baru di sana. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang mengoperasikan Bus Damri dengan trayek Ploso-Plandaan-Kabuh untuk mendukung mobilitas masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Namun, terdapat masalah yaitu sepinya penumpang pada Bus Damri Trayek Ploso-Plandaan-Kabuh diindikasikan karena kurangnya kebersihan yang diterapkan pada Bus Damri serta keterlambatan Bus Damri dengan rencana waktu yang telah dijadwalkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kinerja pelayanan Bus Damri Trayek Ploso-Plandaan-Kabuh menggunakan metode Supply and Demand dengan fokus pada kenyamanan, keamanan, dan ketepatan waktu. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada penumpang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan Bus Damri Trayek Ploso-Plandaan-Kabuh secara umum mencerminkan tingkat kepuasan atau kualitas pelayanan yang cukup baik, dengan atribut pelayanan mendapatkan nilai " cukup memuaskan". Hasil analisis supply and demand menunjukkan bahwa beberapa elemen yang kurang memenuhi kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai selisih lebih dari 1 (satu) yang mengindikasikan bahwa memang benar pelayanan Bus damri Trayek Ploso-Plandaan-Kabuh belum memenuhi harapan penumpang.

Abstract

Mensesneg menggagas kawasan Cepu Raya menjadi pusat ekonomi perbatasan Jatim – Jateng. Semakin meningkatnya perekonomian, kualitas sarana transportasi juga harus diperhatikan. Kereta Api Blorasura adalah kereta api yang menghubungkan Jawa Timur dengan Jawa Tengah dengan rute stasiun Cepu – stasiun Ps. Turi. Kereta Api Blorasura masih mendapat keluhan mengenai fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanannya, yang dinilai belum memenuhi standar pelayanan minimum. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 penumpang Kereta Api Blorasura. Dari penelitian ini didapat nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara kenyataan dan harapan yang terbesar adalah 98,01% yaitu aspek ketersediaan petugas keamanan dan yang terkecil adalah 52,16 % yaitu aspek ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung (CCTV). Kualitas pelayanan Kereta Api Blorasura secara umum memiliki skor sebesar 3,459 (Cukup Memuaskan).

Abstract

Jombang Regency is one of the regencies in the East Java region that boasts numerous tourist destinations. One of the religious attractions in Jombang Regency is the Tomb of K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid. Suboptimal road traffic conditions occur in the tourism area, particularly on K.H. Hasyim Asyari Street. This road segment frequently experiences high traffic volume due to tourism activities, numerous obstacles such as roadside parking, and non-motorized vehicles moving around the tourism area. This research adheres to the Guidelines for Indonesian Road Capacity (PKJI) 2014 regarding Urban Road Capacity. The primary data required for this study include geometric road data, traffic volume data, and roadside obstacle data. Meanwhile, secondary data in this study comprise road network data and Average Daily Traffic (ADT) data from the relevant authorities, namely the Jombang Regency Transportation Agency. From the traffic performance calculations, the saturation degree values for the existing conditions on K.H. Hasyim Asyari Street towards the south (DJ) = 0.7624 and towards the north (DJ) = 0.7075 were obtained. Based on the survey results, K.H. Hasyim Asyari Street towards the north has a capacity (C) = 2465, and towards the south, it also has a capacity (C) = 2465. The parking space requirements in the Religious Tourism Area of the Tomb of K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) are planned to be 171 parking spaces for motorcycles, 54 parking spaces for cars, and 53 parking spaces for buses.

Abstract

Seiring dengan bertambahnya populasi penduduk, maka kebutuhan akan transportasi yang digunakan untuk berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain juga meningkat. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan pada transportasi umum. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan dalam penggunaan transportasi umum, hal itu belum menjadikan transportasi umum sebagai moda transportasi utama. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki transportasi umum Bus Trans Jatim yang diharapkan mampu mengurangi kemacetan, peningkatan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi umum, serta kemudahan dalam perpindahan masyarakat yang memiliki tujuan di kota lain. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat keterisian penumpang, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan kemauan penumpang dalam membayar jasa Bus Trans Jatim. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode load factor, analisis Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor SK. 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum Penumpang di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur, serta metode Willingness To Pay (WTP). Hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh nilai okupansi rata-rata Bus Trans Jatim dari bulan Agustus 2022 – Februari 2023 sebesar 1,32 (132%). Dari nilai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bus Trans Jatim merupakan angkutan umum sangat baik karena memiliki nilai okupansi diatas 70%, namun melebihi batas nyaman angkutan umum sebesar 70%. Besarnya biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) Bus Trans Jatim yaitu sebesar Rp 531.649.491 per bus-tahun atau Rp 21.074 per bus-km. Tarif penumpang Bus Trans Jatim sesuai perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan saat ini apabila menggunakan tinjauan tarif penumpang aktual yaitu sebesar Rp 33.000,00 dan menggunakan tinjauan load factor 70% sebesar Rp 71.000,00. Hasil analisis kelayakan tarif berdasarkan WTP golongan umum sebesar Rp 6.500,00 dan golongan pelajar / mahasiswa / santri sebesar Rp 5.300,00. Hal itu menunjukkan kemauan penumpang dalam membayar sudah di atas tarif yang berlaku saat ini.   Kata Kunci: Bus Trans Jatim, Load Factor, Tarif, Biaya Operasional kendaraan, Willingness To Pay

Abstract

The increase in road traffic has caused traffic jams in the market area of New Turi Surabaya. The traffic jams on this street were caused by visitors' exits to the Surabaya New Turi Market. In this study on traffic impact analysis was carried out to find out the performance of bridges, side obstacles, level of service in the area of New Turi Market Surabaya. This study uses the intersection method guided by the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) on Traffic Signalling Tool Abnormalities. (APILL). This research was conducted for a week in busy hours. From the results of the calculation of traffic performance, obtained the saturation degree (DJ) Highway Dupak by 0.91, Market Road Turi by 0,93, Tembaan Road by 0.89, Semarang Road by 0.091. Whereas for saturation degrees (dJ) with APILL in the conditions of existing Road Dupak By 0.93 and the average delay (T) = 36.96 seconds/skr, Market Street Turi was 0.92 and the mean delay(T) was 49.76 seconds/sk, Tembaan Street was 0.89 and the medium delay was (T)) = 40.34 seconds/kr, Semarang Street was (0.93 and average delays(T)) was (49.02 seconds/sek). The highest saturation degree (DJ) is 0.93 with the level of service (LOS) E, because the area belongs to the crowded and center of market activity and the density of traffic flows.

Abstract

The train is a means of land transportation that continues to experience improvements in its services. Services and regulations change with the times, thus making PT. The Railways are making efforts to improve quality in terms of service, comfort and safety where all trains use AC facilities and eliminate all hawkers who sell on trains and at train stations in order to provide comfort to passengers. From these changes, each mode of transportation, especially the Gajayana Executive Train and the Jayabaya Executive Train, has different characteristics in terms of travel time and travel fare. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the probability of train selection based on the factors reviewed by distributing questionnaires and using the Stated Preference method to obtain primary data. The data obtained was then analyzed using Binomial Logit regression with Microsoft Excel software. From this research, significant results were obtained regarding the probability value of choosing a mode of transportation based on the difference in ticket prices of IDR. 40,000,- then the PKAG probability value is 0.226 and the PKAJ probability value is 0.774. So it can be concluded that respondents have more interest in the Jayabaya Executive Train because ticket prices are cheaper than the Gajayana Executive Train. Meanwhile, the probability value for choosing a mode of transportation is based on the travel time difference of -62 minutes, so the PKAG probability value is 0.904 and the PKAJ probability value is 0.096. So it can be concluded that respondents have more interest in the Gajayana Executive Train because the travel time is faster.

Abstract

Flexible pavement is designed with regard to the load that will be received in order to achieve optimal performance throughout its service life. However, conditions in the road reveal indications of overloading by each category of vehicles, especially overload vehicles. Driyorejo industrial area road is a provincial road that connects the main industrial areas in Gresik Regency. With traffic dominated by overload vehicles, especially large trucks carrying a lot of goods, indications of damage to the pavement are becoming increasingly clear and obvious. This research aims to assess the impact of traffic load on the remaining life expectancy of flexible pavement, focusing on the load of vehicles crossing the road in the Driyorejo industrial area as the study variable. The calculation method used is the Bina Marga 2017 Method. The data used are Average Daily Traffic (LHR) data and vehicle load data. From the calculation results, the actual traffic growth (i) value is 32.7%. Vehicle overloading causes a decrease in the planned life of the road as indicated by the truck factor value of 1.06. The Remaining Life (RL) calculation represents a 14% decrease from the standard RL value of 69.3% to 55.3% under overload conditions, so it can be concluded that the overload significantly reduces the life of the road which was originally designed for 10 years to only 7 years.

Abstract

Flexible pavement is the most commonly found type of road pavement in Indonesia. One asphalt mixture used in road construction is the Lataston Hot Rolled Sheet. The quality of road pavement can be enhanced by carefully selecting materials such as asphalt, aggregate, and filler. Filler plays a crucial role in asphalt pavement mixtures, and fly ash, containing pozzolanic elements, can be used as it fills voids and binds the mixture effectively. This research investigates the use of fly ash as a filler in the HRS-WC asphalt mixture, aiming to determine the optimum asphalt content, the best filler content, and the impact of fly ash as a filler on the performance of asphalt road materials in the Lataston Hot Rolled Sheet mixture (HRS-WC). The study employs the Marshall testing method in accordance with the 2018 General Bina Marga Specifications (Revision 2) The results of research on Marshall characteristics, obtained an optimum asphalt content value of 7.5% and an optimum filler content value of 1.35%. The addition of fly ash as a filler to the HRS-WC asphalt mixture increases the stability, durability and stiffness of the mixture by filling empty spaces, increasing density, reducing air voids and binding the asphalt mixture. However, excessive use of fly ash can make the mixture too stiff and reduce the flexibility of the pavement.

Abstract

Railways in Indonesia still show problems, such as time delays. To make train services in Indonesia better, government efforts are needed, one of which is the development of new infrastructure, such as the construction of a double-track train such as Sepanjang to Mojokerto segment. So it is necessary to analyze the level of service both in existing conditions and after construction. The analysis was carried out in two conditions, namely, full single track and full double track. For full double-track reference, a simulation is carried out with an auxiliary program, namely the Railway Operation Simulator (ROS). By entering data in the form of station layouts, train facilities, and signaling systems and blocks. Based on the analysis results, it shows that the double track in the Sepanjang-Mojokerto segment affects the level of service. The prediction of service levels for the Sepanjang-Mojokerto segment shows that three road plots have LoS A. So, overall, with the construction of the double track, this segment is operating below capacity and has low traffic.
