Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran LCD  Proyektor terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi hubungan. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel random atau sampel acak yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Rumus persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= a+bX maka hal tersebut ditinjukkan dalam persamaa Y = 93,212 + 0,195X yang artinya nilai konstanta adalah 93,212, uji hipotesis uji t hitung > t tabel, karna nilai t hitung > t tabel 2,533>2,001, maka Ha diterima atau “terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi”. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning media LCD projector to student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of linkage studies. Samples were taken using random sampling techniques or random sample of 60 students. Simple linear regression equation Y = a + bX then in the equation Y = 93.212 + 0,195X which means a constant value is 93.212, test hypothesis test t count> t table, because t count> t table 2.533> 2.001, then ha received or "there is the effect of the use of learning media to student learning outcomes on economic subjects". Abstract

Abstrak: Skripsi ini berjudul,? Pengaruh Motivasi Pengurus Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Karyawan Tirta Dharma Kota Pontianak?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Motivasi Pengurus Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel dalam penelitian adalah terdiri dari 2 variabel.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi non partisipan, wawancara terstruktur, angket, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah validitas instrumen, reliabilitas instrumen, regresi linear sederhana, korelasi Rank Spearman dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa bentuk persamaan regresi teruji adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Selain itu juga di dapat koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,88%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh 62,88% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar 37,12% adalah variabel-variabel lain. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi, terhadap pelaksanaan motivasi yaitu kurangnya dana untuk menambah tenaga kerja atau mengangkat karyawan dan pimpinan kurang mengevaluasi terhadap hasil kerja para karyawan, sehingga pelayanan terhadap konsumen kurang maksimal. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pengurus, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: his thesis entitled, "The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance Management Employee Cooperative Tirta Dharma Pontianak City". This study aims to find out How Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance Management. Variables in the study is comprised of two variabel.Metode research is descriptive. Data collection technique is non-participant observation, structured interviews, questionnaires, and library research. Data analysis technique used is the validity of the instrument, instrument reliability, simple linear regression, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and determinasi.Hasil research, shows that this form of regression equation tested the influence of motivation on employee performance, in addition can also determination coefficient of 62.88 %. This suggests that the motivation to have influence on employee performance 62.88% and the remaining 37.12% is other variables. Obstacles encountered, the implementation of the motivation is the lack of funds to increase employment or less raised leaders and employees, evaluating the results of the employees, so that the service to the consumer less than the maximum. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang Prosedur pinjaman pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Perhitungan bunga angsuran pinjaman pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Apakah Akuntansi Piutang simpan pinjam sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan Standar Akuntansi. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan menjadi dua yaitu sebagai berikut: 1.Data primer. Dan 2. Data sekunder. Analisis data, yaitu melakukan pengolahan terhadap data yang telah diperoleh dan menghubungkan teori-teori yang telah sesuai guna mendapat suatu kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam hal pemberian pinjaman kepada anggota diakui pada saat uang diserahkan kepada peminjam, sedangkan untuk piutang yang timbul dari kegiatan/transaksi penjualan barang secara kredit diakui pada saat barang diserahkan kepada pembeli. Namun untuk pencatatan piutang tidak sesuai dengan Standar Akuntasi Keuangan  karena dalam hal pencatatan piutang simpan pinjam pihak koperasi tidak memisahkan pencatatan pendapatan bunga dengan angsuran piutang. Kata Kunci : Perlakuan Akuntansi Piutang Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know about the loan procedure on Civil Servants Cooperative (KPN) Tanjongpura University Pontianak. Calculation of interest on the loan installments Servants Cooperative (KPN) Tanjongpura University Pontianak. Are Accounting savings and loan receivables is in conformity with the provisions of Accounting Standards. The type of data used into two is as follows: primary 1.Data. And 2. Secondary data. Analysis of the data, which do the processing of the data have been obtained and linking theories that are compliant in order to get a conclusion. Based on the research results, in terms of granting loans to members are recognized at the time the money handed over to the borrower, while receivables arising from the activities / transactions on credit sale of goods is recognized when goods are delivered to the buyer. However, for the recording of accounts in accordance with Financial Accounting Standard for recording receivables in terms of savings and loan cooperative does not separate recording of interest income in installments receivable. AbstractThis thesis is entitled Analysis of the Implementation of the Values of the Unity of Indonesian Unity in PPKn Subjects in Class X SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. The problems in this study are 1) How is the understanding of grade X students of SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak about the values of the Indonesian Unity precepts 2) How is the implementation of the values of the Indonesian Union precepts of class X students of SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak 3) What are the attitudes of grade X high school students SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak against the values of the Indonesian Unity precepts. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the extent of students' understanding of the values of the unity of Indonesian unity2) To find out how the implementation of the values of Indonesian Unity Sila grade X students of SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak and 3) To find out how the attitude of students of class X SMA SANTUN UNTAN Pontianak against the values of Sila Persatuan Indonesia. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative with an observation guide tool and an interview guide with the author's own research instrument. Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to 1) find out the learning outcomes before using the snowball throwing learning model. 2) find out the learning outcomes after using the snowball throwing learning model. 3) find out the differences before and after using the snowball throwing learning model. The method in this study was an experiment with pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was class XI MA Raudatul Ulum Meranti in Academic Year 2018/2019 with 32 male students as the samples. Sampling was carried out by a purposive technique. The research instrument used was 15 pretest and posttest questions. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive statistical data analysis and effect size test. Based on descriptive analysis obtained data on learning outcomes of students namely the average pretest score was 49.68 while the posttest was 76.18 occured an increase with a difference in value of 26.50 was 53.34%.based on the effect size test that is 1.94 with a high category. It can be concluded that, there is an increase in student learning outcomes when the use of snowball throwing learning models means that Ho is rejected. If Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means there are differences in the learning outcomes of grade XI students, MA MA Raudatul Ulum Meranti. Keywords: Snowball throwing implementation, Civics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractA thesis is entitled this research covers learning process using discussion method and thinking critically in learning civics after using the method. The method used in this research is descriptive research on the form of survey. The subject of this research was 10th grade students of SMA Mujahidin Pontianak. Data collection obtained in this research were interview and observation. Based on the result of data analysis concluded: 1. Learnig data obtained from interview and direct observation. 2. Summarizing data by constructing abstract. 3. Arranging data in parts. 4. Rechecking reliability of data. 5. Analyzing data by proceeding data to theory of subtantive. Abstract

Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Powerpoint dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X IPS pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran powerpoint efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi ini terlihat dari uji-t, t hitung < t tabel (-3,112<-2,003) dengan perhitungan effect size sebesar 0,7975 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran powerpoint efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.   Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran Powerpoint, Hasil Belajar Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the powerpoint learning media in improving student learning outcomes class X IPS on economic subject in SMAN 6 Pontianak. The method applied is the experimental method to form quasy experimental design. The result showed that the powerpoint media is effective in improving student?s learning outcome on economic subjects it seen from  the t-tes , t calculate (-3,112<-2,003), with the calculation of effect size is 0,7975 that included in high category. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan musik klasik terhadap pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian eksperimen semu dan menggunakan rancangan pecobaan Posttest-Only Control Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi langsung, teknik pengukuran serta teknik studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi langsung, butir tes dan kertas kerja dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pemahaman siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pemahaman siswa di kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil post-test dari penelitian, rata-rata nilai post-test di kelas eksperimen 83.23 dan di kelas kontrol 75. Besar efektifitas penggunaan musik klasik terhadap pemahaman siswa adalah 0.786. Jadi dapat disimpulkan penggunaan musik klasik lebih efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa daripada tanpa penggunaan musik klasik.   Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Musik Klasik, Pemahaman Siswa, Ekonomi Abstract: This research aims to know the effectiveness of using classic music towards the students understanding in learning economy at tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The method of this research is Quasy experimental research which uses Posttest-Only Control Design. The sample of this research is 52 students. The techniques of data collecting are by using observation, test and documentation. The data collecting instruments are observation sheet, post-test and documentation sheet. Based on observation, the students’ understanding in the experimental group was better than the control group. Based on the post-test result, the average score in the experimental group was 83.23 and control group was 75. The amount of effectiveness of using classic music towards the students’ understanding was 0.786. It can be concluded that using classic music is effective to increase the student’s understanding. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of using examples non-examples learning model to increase the students? learning outcomes in the Civic Education Subject. This is an experimental study on the 10th-grade Social 1 Students of SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa, Kubu Raya Regency. This study was conducted in the form of pre-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. 30 students participated in the study. The research instruments used are 20 multiple-choice test items for the pretest and 20 for the posttest. The average scores collected from the pretest and posttest are 53,33 and 77,83. Accordingly, it indicates that there is a difference in the results of students? learning outcomes; therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. With the effect size by 1,64 (high category), it is concluded that the applied learning model highly improved the students? learning outcomes in the Civic Education subject at Grade 10 Social 1 SMA Bumi Khatulistiwa Kubu Raya Regency, especially on the material discussing Threat to the state in the frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.Keywords: Civic Education, Example Non Example, Learning Model, Learnig Outcome

Abstract

This thesis entitled "Application of Thematic Simulation Methods In Improving Student Comprehension Lesson In Economics in class XI IPS IPS 1 SMA. Goal to see the involvement of the student after class to follow the learning process with simulation methods in social studies thematic Economics. Action research conducted by 2 cycles shows: The class to be fun for the students, the students became very enthusiastic in following lessons. No longer looking students silent and sleepy in following and understanding lesson. liveliness students in learning activities increases, the more students critically, creative, confident and motivated to follow the social studies Economics. Which before were given the actions of student learning outcomes were measures 5.66 after the first cycle to cycle two climbed 68.90 81.12. (3) There was an improvement in the performance of teachers in an effort to improve the learning process, teachers use thematic simulation method in the teaching and learning activities . Abstrak Skripsi ini dengan judul Penerapan Metode Simulasi Tematik Dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Ekonomi di kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Borneo Bengkayang.Tujuan untuk melihat keaktifan siswa kelas setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan metode simulasi tematik pada mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus menunjukkan:Suasana kelas menjadi menyenangkan bagi para siswa, yaitu siswa menjadi sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Tidak lagi tampak siswa yang hanya diam saja dan yang mengantuk dalam mengikuti pelajaran.Keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran meningkat, yaitu siswa lebih kristis, kreatif, percaya diri serta termotivasi untuk mengikuti pelajaran IPS Ekonomi. Yang sebelum diberi tindakan hasil belajar siswa 5,66 setelah diberi tindakan pada siklus pertama 68,90 siklus ke dua naik 81,12.(3) Terjadi perbaikan pada kinerja guru dalam usaha memperbaiki proses pembelajaran, guru menggunakan metode simulasi tematik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kata kunci: Metode simulasi tematik, keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa.
