Abstract

WHO tahun 2020, menyebutkan sebanyak 295.000 wanita di seluruh dunia kehilangan nyawa mereka selama dan setelah kehamilan dan melahirkan. Afrika, Sub-Sahara dan Asia Selatan menyumbang sekitar 86% dari seluruh kematian ibu di seluruh dunia.Penyebab langsung kematian ibu sebesar 90% adalah komplikasi yang terjadi pada saat persalinan dan setelah bersalin. Infeksi yang sering terjadi pada ibu setelah melahirkan adalah infeksipada perineum. Penatalaksanaan penyembuhan luka perineum menggunakan antiseptik non farmakologis masih sangat jarang dilakukan. Antiseptik dengan metode non farmakologi, salah satunya adalah rebusan daun sirih dan madu. Tujuan Penelitian adalah Diketahui efektivitas daun sirih dan madu terhadap lamanya penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas. Metode Penelitian menggunakan Quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan posttest group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu post partum yang mengalami luka perineum pada bulan Maret-April 2022 sebanyak 40 orang, teknik pemgambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Distribusi frekuensi penyembuhan luka perineum pada kelompok pemberian daun sirih yaitu cepat dan normal jumlahnya sama  (50%) sedangkan pada kelompok pemberian madu sebagian besar normal (80%). Rata-rata lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada kelompok pemberian daun sirih sebesar 6,70 dan pada kelompok pemberian madu sebesar 11,70. Ada efektivitas daun sirih dan madu terhadap lamanya penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di BPM Marlina tahun 2022 (p.value 0,000). Diharapkan bidan memberikan informasi kepada ibu nifas dalam perawatan luka perineum menggunakan daun sirih supaya lebih cepat penyembuhannya.

Abstract

Burnout syndrome has been studied extensively as a three-dimensional syndrome involving emotional exhaustion (EE), cynical treatment  and negative thoughts towards patients and health care teams (or depersonalization, DP), and low levels of personal achievement (PA) regarding the work performed by a person. individual. Burnout can be experienced by various professions, one of which is Midwife. Emotional intelligence means using emotions effectively to achieve a goal, build productive relationships to achieve success at work. Emotional intelligence is the bridge between what individuals know and do.

Abstract

The quality of health services as an indicator of the quality of health services is one of the determining factors for the image of health service institutions in the eyes of the community. This happens because it is a professional group with the highest number, at the forefront and closest to patients and their families. One indicator of the quality of health services is whether the health services provided are satisfactory or not. Satisfaction is a comparison between the quality of services obtained with the desires, needs, and expectations. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of health services on the satisfaction of outpatients at RSU UKI. and whether there is an influence between the physical appearance of the nurse/midwife, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for patient satisfaction. This research used descriptive method with cross sectional approach, sampling technique and total sampling consisted of 86 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of service on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.001). there is an influence between the appearance of health services on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.001 less than 0.05). there is an influence between the reliability of health services on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.000 less than 0.05), there is an influence between the responsiveness of health services to patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.000 less than 0.05), there is an influence between health care insurance and patient satisfaction ( p-value = 0.000 less than 0.05), there is an effect of empathy for health services on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.000 less than 0.05). It is recommended that nurses/midwives continue to develop knowledge about the quality of health services so that each nurse/midwife can maximize the best service. Abstrack: Mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagai indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang terjadi salah satu faktor penentu citra institusi pelayanan kesehatan dimata masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena merupakan kelompok profesi dengan jumlah terbanyak, paling depan dan terdekat dengan pasien dan keluarganya. Salah satu indikator dari mutu pelayanan kesehatan itu adalah apakah pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan itu memuaskan atau tidak. Kepuasan merupakan perbandingan antara kualitas jasa pelayanan yang didapat dengan keinginan, kebutuhan, dan harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan RSU UKI, dan ada tidaknya pengaruh antara wujud/tampilan fisik perawat/bidan, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel dan total sampling terdiri dari 86 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,001). Adanya pengaruh antara wujud/tampilan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,001 kurang dari 0.05). adanya pengaruh antara kehandalan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,000 kurang dari 0.05), adanya pengaruh antara ketanggapan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,000 kurang dari 0,05), adanya pengaruh antara jaminan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,000 kurang dari 0,05), adanya pengaruh antara rasa empati pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value=0,000 kurang dari 0,05). Disaranankan perawat/bidan untuk terus mengembangkan ilmu tentang mutu pelayanan kesehatan supaya setiap perawat/bidan dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan yang terbaik.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Bidan memiliki peran penting dalam perawatan luka perineum setelah melahirkan. Perawatan perineum yang tidak benar dapat mengakibatkan kondisi perineum yang terkena lokhea akan lembab dan sangat menunjang perkembangbiakan bakteri yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya infeksi. Edukasi pada pasien sangat penting tentang manajemen perawatan luka perineum pada tingkat penyembuhan luka dan kepatuhan terhadap perawatan luka. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yaitu memberikan penguatan tentang edukasi pada ibu hamil trimester III melalui metode pendidikan kesehatan dalam upaya manajemen perawatan luka perineum. Kegiatan Pengabdian dilakukan oleh dosen kebidanan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Abdi Nusantara dengan sasaran ibu hamil trimester III. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian ini tercapai target luaran dari mencapai keberhasilan 100%. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat juga memiliki potensi yang sangat bagus sebagai suatu aset dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Selain itu kegiatan ini mampu mensupport ibu hamil trimester akhir yang berfikir kritis dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi padanya Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari kegiatan edukasi manajemen perawatan luka perineum post partum antara lain meningkatnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil trimester III tentang manajemen perawatan luka perineum post partum.

Abstract

Prevalensi hipertensi dalam kehamilan di Indonesia mencapai prevalensi 12,7%, hipertensi kehamilan dapat menyebabkan pre eclampsia, resistensi vaskular sistemik, afterload, penurunan curah jantung bahkan kematian. Mentimun (cucumis sativus) dapat memodulasi faktor relaksasi turunan endotelium (EDRF) yang diproduksi dari oksida nitrat (Nitrit Oxide) sehingga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian jus mentimun dalam penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil hipertensi.Metode penelitian adalah quasy eksperimental. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 ibu hamil.tekhnik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Anyar pada bulan April 2023. Analisis bivariat yang digunakan adalah uji Mann Whitney. Berdasarkan analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Mann Whitney disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian jus mentimun terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil dengan hipertensi dengan p value sebesar 0.006 yang berarti p value < a (0.05). Jus mentimun terbukti efektof dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil dengan hipertensi.

Abstract

Aims: The nursing field needs to be more professional because people are becoming more picky about the health services they want.  Service providers need to make sure their customers are happy, especially when it comes to emergency services. This can be judged by a number of things, such as how quick and confident nurses are with their services.  How the community sees a hospital can depend on how happy its patients are.  The way the hospital grows will be affected by how few patients are happy with their care.  The number of visits will be affected by how unhappy patients are with health services.  One way to measure how well a hospital is doing at giving health care is by how happy its patients are.  The goal of this study is to find out how the response and confidence of nurses in the Emergency Room of the UKI General Hospital in 2022 affects how happy patients are. Methods: This study is of the analytical type and uses a cross-sectional methodology.  The people in the study were all 5,201 people who went to the Emergency Room at the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta.  Using the Slovin method, a sample of 84 people was taken. Using the accidental sampling technique, a sample of 77 people was then taken.  Chi Square is used to analyze data with single and bivariate tests.  Results: According to the findings, nurse services comprised responsiveness (87.0%) and safe assurance (89.6%), and respondents were happy with nursing care (88.3%). Conclusion: In the IGD Room of the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta, there is a significant relationship between nurse responsiveness (responsiveness) and patient satisfaction (p-value 0,000 0,05).  In the IGD Room of the UKI General Hospital in Jakarta, there is a strong relationship between nurses (assurance) and patient satisfaction (p-value 0,000 0,05).

Abstract

Aims: menopause is the final stage of the biological processes experienced by women. Hormonal changes during menopause will cause physical and psychological symptoms, with education and knowledge about menopause can encourage ability and readiness aimed especially at premenopausal women. Purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between knowledge about menopause and the readiness level of premenopausal women. Methods: this type of research is quantitative with a case control research design. The population is premenopausal women aged 40-48 years and residing in Pisangan Jaya Village. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, and the sample in this study was 73 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire about knowledge and readiness for menopause. The statistical test used is Chi-square. Results: the results of this study indicate that of the 57 respondents the level of readiness to face menopause is in the ready category, mothers with a good level of knowledge about menopause are in the good category (64.4%), in the sufficient category (13.7%), and in the poor category (0.0%). Of the 16 respondents, mothers with a level of readiness to face menopause were in the unprepared category, mothers with a good level of knowledge about menopause were in the good category (2.7%), in the sufficient category (15.1%), and in the poor category (4.1%). Conclusion: the results of this study also showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about menopause and the level of readiness to face menopause with a correlation value (p = 0.000). Because the significance value is less than the alpha value (<0.05).

Abstract

Aims: This study was to determine the factors of early complementary breastfeeding in infants 0-6 months in the Working Area of ​​the Community Health Center, Campaka District, Kab. Purwakarta Year 2022. Method: The research design is analytic descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were all mothers who had babies aged (0-6) months who were in the working area of ​​the Puskesmas, Campaka District, Kab. Purwakarta, amounting to 30 people. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis. Result: The results of the univariate analysis of this study showed that of the 30 respondents, almost half (53%) had a supportive attitude, more than half (60%) worked, almost some (40%) had supportive husbands and more than half provided early MP ASI. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained attitudes with a value of p = 0.003 ≤ α = 0.05, thus indicating that attitude factors have an influence in giving MP ASI to infants aged 0-6 months at the Campaka District Health Center, Kab. Purwakarta in 2022. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the attitude variable is most related to early complementary breastfeeding to infants aged 0-6 months at the Campaka District Health Center, Kab. Purwakarta in 2022. It is hoped that the puskesmas will increase the dissemination of information through outreach to the community through the role of cadres in order to increase knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Aims: A study of birth mothers in England showed that 93.5% of women described severe or unbearable pain. Pain that cannot be handled alone will result in anxiety and stress. Anxiety can cause labor to go slow. Stress increases catecholamine and interferes with the release of oxytocin resulting in decreased blood flow to the uterus resulting in acidosis and hypoxia in the fetus. For mothers giving birth, it can reduce uterine contractions, so that labor will take longer. The gate control theory states that many factors influence an individual's perception of pain intensity, and some of these factors are psychological, not physiological. One of the factors that can be done is that midwives can provide mental support by providing good communication to mothers during labor, which is known as Therapeutic Communication. Methods: This research employs a Quasy Experimental research design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 44 respondents. The T-Test is used to process data. Results: The results showed that there was an effect of providing therapeutic communication in reducing the intensity of labor pain in mothers in the first active phase of labor at Cengkareng Hospital with a p value <0.005, namely a p value obtained 0.000. Conclusions : There is an effect of the application of therapeutic communication on reducing labor pain in mothers in the active phase of the first stage of labour. Suggestion: It is expected to be able to apply therapeutic communication to mothers in labor.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kepemimpinan merupakan pola hubungan antara individu-individu yang menggunakan wewenang dan pengaruhnya terhadap kelompok orang agar bekerja bersama demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Kepala ruangan adalah manajer tingkat pemula yang fokus utama kegiatannya berada di unit kerja, kepala ruangan harus mampu memberitahu, menjelaskan, bekerja sama dan memonitor perilaku perawat sesuai dengan situasi yang ada untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat sehingga dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan yang telah disepakati bersama. Rumah Sakit merupakan organisasi dimana mempunyai nilai-nilai budaya diantaranya kebersamaan, kejujuran, integritas, tanggung jawab, melayani, fokus pada mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Tujuan Penelitian: Meneliti hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya Rumah Sakit terhadap motivasi kerja perawat di RS YPK Mandiri tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi yaitu hubungan sebab akibat atau hubungan timbal balik antara dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di RS YPK Mandiri pada bulan November tahun 2022, yang berjumlah 66 orang perawat. Hasil Penelitian: Gaya kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja nilai signifikannya 0,010 < 0,05, sedangkan pada budaya Rumah Sakit dengan motivasi kerja perawat nilai signifikasinya 0,000 < 0,05.Kesimpulan dan Saran: Terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya Rumah Sakit terhadap motivasi kerja perawat.
