Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata kerajinan tembaga di Desa Cepogo melalui pendekatan digitalisasi usaha dan inovasi lingkungan. Desa Cepogo memiliki potensi besar di bidang ekonomi kreatif, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam hal literasi digital, promosi daring, dan pengelolaan limbah wisata. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan teknologi, pendampingan lapangan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi keuangan mitra hingga 85%, adopsi sistem akuntansi digital oleh 75% pengrajin, peningkatan omzet 30%, dan kenaikan kunjungan wisata sebesar 25%. Program ini menghasilkan sistem reservasi digital, unit maggot edukatif, serta publikasi promosi wisata digital yang berkelanjutan. Integrasi antara teknologi dan kearifan lokal memperkuat Desa Cepogo sebagai model digiwisata berbasis budaya dan lingkungan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok Tani KOMPAK merupakan kelompok tani yang berada di Dukuh Tumpang, Desa Porang-paring Kecamatan Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati, terletak di lereng Gunung Kendeng yang merupakan gunung berbatu dan tanah cenderung kapur berbatu sehingga tanaman yang tumbuh terbatas, yaitu tanaman tahunan dan tanaman buah-buahan. Buah yang cukup baik berproduksi adalah buah sirsak, pisang, nangka, alpukat. Produksi buah tersebut cukup melimpah dan cepat busuk, sehingga perlu pengolahan lebih lanjut untuk mempelambat kerusakan. Hasil analisis kondisi eksisting mitra adalah kurang tertanganinya hasil panen terutama sirsak yang cukup melimpah, sehingga harga jatuh dan tidak dapat dijual lagi. Hasil panen mudah rusak sehingga perlu ditangani dan diolah menjadi produk lanjutan seperti tepung, produk kering dan produk awetan lainnya. Hasil pengeringan akan diolah lebih lanjut menjadi produk makanan seperti selai, geplak, kerupuk, cookies dan snack stik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan anggota kelompok dalam mengolah produk sirsak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan pembuatan olahan sirsak dengan melibatkan pesert secara langsung sehingga mereka mendapatkan pengalaman. Peserta adalah anggota kelompok yang berjumlah 32 orang. Peserta cukup antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta tentang pengolahan buah dan sayur meningkat menjadi 100%, karena selama ini mereka menjual buah dan sayur dalam bentuk segar.Abstract: KOMPAK Farmers Group is a farmer group located in Dukuh Tumpang, Porang-paring Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, located on the slopes of Mount Kendeng which is a rocky mountain and the soil tends to be rocky limestone so that the plants that grow are limited, namely annual plants and fruit plants. Fruits that produce quite well are soursop, banana, jackfruit, avocado. The production of these fruits is quite abundant and rots quickly, so further processing is needed to slow down the damage. The results of the analysis of the existing conditions of partners are that the harvest, especially soursop, is not handled properly, so the price falls and cannot be sold anymore. The harvest is easily damaged so it needs to be handled and processed into further products such as flour, dry products and other preserved products. The drying results will be further processed into food products such as jam, geplak, crackers, cookies and snack sticks. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of group members in processing soursop products. The method used is training in making soursop products by directly involving participants so that they gain experience. Participants are group members totaling 32 people. Participants were quite enthusiastic in participating in the training and it was very useful for the community. Evaluation was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, the results showed that participants' knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing increased to 100%, because so far they have been selling fruits and vegetables in fresh form.

Abstract

In the field of economics, the concept of financial management behavior is highly regarded. It encompasses all aspects of acquiring, utilizing, and managing funds within a company. The focus of this study is to examine how financial knowledge, income, financial attitudes, and personality impact the financial management behavior of MSMEs operating in lurik weaving craft centers in Cawas District, Klaten Regency. The subjects of this research were 94 MSMEs at the lurik weaving craft center in Cawas District, Klaten Regency. Various data analysis methods were utilized including multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The findings of the study indicate that there is a notable impact of financial literacy on the financial management practices of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the lurik weaving industry in Cawas District, Klaten Regency. The level of income plays a vital role in shaping the financial management practices of small and medium enterprises operating within the lurik weaving craft centers in Cawas District, Klaten Regency. The attitudes towards finances also play a crucial role in determining the financial management behavior of MSMEs in these areas. Additionally, the personality traits of individuals involved in running MSMEs at lurik weaving craft centers in Cawas District, Klaten Regency have a significant impact on their financial management practices.

Abstract

This research investigates how Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Equity Ratio (ER), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Loan Loss Provision (LLP) impact the financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), in Activity Management Units (UPK) located in Boyolali Regency. A method of purposive sampling was employed to choose 15 UPKs from various regions within the district. Data analysis employed classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing through F-tests, t-tests, and R-square analysis. Results reveal that while Debt-to-Equity Ratio and Equity Ratio individually do not significantly affect financial performance, Non-Performing Loans and Loan Loss Provision demonstrate significant individual effects. Collectively, all four variables significantly influence Return on Assets, explaining 40.2% of financial performance variation. The study suggests improving credit analysis quality and loan write-off processes while highlighting the need for future research with extended timeframes and broader geographic samples.

Abstract

Attention to national values ​​and insight has almost disappeared among the majority of residents of Gudangkahuripan village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency (KBB). In their daily lives, residents are more focused on meeting daily consumption needs than increasing and honing their knowledge of national insight. The only knowledge they ever acquired about national insight was during elementary and secondary school. After graduating, some continued on to college, while most focused on finding work. From that point on, they were almost no longer connected to national symbols and terms. Likewise, refresher courses on national values ​​and insight in the form of seminars, meetings, or discussions were almost never received. Starting from this condition, Community Service (PkM) lecturers and students of the Communication Science Study Program (Prodi Ilkom) of the National University of the Republic of Indonesia (UKRI) were directed to revitalize knowledge of national insight among the residents of Gudang Kahuripan village. The approach used was a lecture method by communicating the elements, components, mission and vision, and goals of nationality. PkM succeeded in raising awareness and interest among Gudangkahuripan villagers to trace the essence and identity as citizens of the nation. Awareness also occurs regarding the position of citizens as part of the digital world cycle.

Abstract

 The digital space can be utilized for various purposes. For empowerment goals, it can be used to enhance capabilities, improve quality, or boost community competencies. The same applies to business actors. The great benefits of the digital space are accessible to all without discrimination based on business scale or level—from conglomerate-class businesses, MSME-scale enterprises, to micro-level individual ventures, all have equal opportunities to leverage the digital space. Problems with digital tool usage arise when micro-level individual business actors remain unaware of the digital space's benefits. This is the background for the Community Service (PkM) activities conducted by lecturers and students from the Communication Science program at the National Republic of Indonesia University (Ilkom UKRI) in Madalajati Subdistrict, Bandung City. The PkM aims to provide knowledge and enhance skills for micro-sector business actors in accessibility and trading activities transformed into digital networks. To achieve this, the method used is lectures based on specific themes related to basic digital tool usage skills. PkM results show that residents' knowledge improved after receiving in-depth, comprehensive explanations on digitalization, and even commitments emerged to link their trading activities by first accessing digital networks

Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan industri manufaktur yang semakin dinamis menuntut organisasi untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis karyawan, tetapi juga memahami faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi efektivitas pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran persepsi karyawan terhadap program pelatihan sebagai determinan kinerja karyawan. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada penekanan persepsi karyawan sebagai mekanisme kognitif yang menjembatani efektivitas pelatihan dengan hasil kinerja, yang masih relatif terbatas dikaji secara empiris dalam konteks perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori terhadap 30 karyawan yang telah mengikuti program pelatihan. Variabel persepsi pelatihan diukur melalui dimensi kesesuaian materi, metode, kualitas instruktur, dan manfaat pelatihan, sedangkan kinerja karyawan diukur melalui produktivitas, kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, dan kemampuan adaptasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen memiliki konsistensi internal yang sangat tinggi (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,90). Analisis regresi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara persepsi pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 99,6%. Namun, temuan ini perlu diinterpretasikan secara hati-hati, mengingat potensi bias metodologis seperti ukuran sampel yang terbatas, kemungkinan redundansi item, serta penggunaan data self-report yang berisiko menimbulkan common method bias. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya persepsi karyawan sebagai faktor yang memperkuat efektivitas pelatihan. Secara praktis, hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan pelatihan tidak hanya bergantung pada desain program, tetapi juga pada bagaimana pelatihan tersebut dipersepsikan oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pengembangan model yang lebih komprehensif dan penggunaan desain metodologis yang lebih kuat pada studi selanjutnya untuk menguji konsistensi temuan.Kata kunci: persepsi karyawan, program pelatihan, kinerja karyawan, perusahaan manufaktur

Abstract

The development of sustainable lightweight composites with reliable structural integrity is important for transportation and construction applications. This study investigates a bio-hybrid sandwich composite comprising carbon fibre skins and Oil Palm Frond Fibre (OPFF) as a natural porous core, with emphasis on improving interfacial integrity through chemical modification. The primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of sequential NaOH and H₂O₂ treatment in enhancing mechanical performance, interfacial bonding, and thermal stability of the composite system. Hybrid composites were fabricated using an epoxy matrix, combining carbon fibre reinforcements with untreated and chemically treated OPFF cores in various fibre configurations. Mechanical properties were assessed under tensile, flexural, and impact loading, while interfacial morphology and thermal behaviour were examined using microscopy and thermal analysis. The results demonstrate that NaOH + H₂O₂ treatment improves composite performance, with treated unidirectional hybrids exhibiting the highest tensile and flexural strengths. Microscopic observations reveal a substantial reduction in fibre pull-out, debonding, and skin–core delamination, indicating enhanced interfacial integrity and more efficient load transfer. In addition, treated composites show improved thermal stability. The novelty of this work lies in demonstrating that chemically treated OPFF can function as a sustainable sandwich core, where improved interfacial bonding plays a decisive role in suppressing delamination and enhancing overall composite performance.
