Abstract

Penilaian terhadap kinerja perusahaan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam rangka memperkuat daya saing dan mengevaluasi potensi kelemahan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk pada periode 2019-2023 dengan menerapkan metode analisis rasio keuangan. Metode analisis melibatkan rasio-rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Temuan dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja likuiditas yang sangat baik, dengan Current Ratio rata-rata sebesar 153,78%, Quick Ratio 111,66%, dan Cash Ratio 72,32%, semua angka ini melebihi standar industri. Dalam hal solvabilitas, perusahaan juga menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, dengan Debt to Asset Ratio rata-rata 47,8% dan Debt to Equity Ratio rata-rata 93,2%, keduanya di atas standar industri. Namun, kinerja aktivitas perusahaan terbilang kurang optimal, dengan Fixed Asset Turnover rata-rata 2,1 kali dan Total Asset Turnover rata-rata 0,60 kali, keduanya berada di bawah standar industri. Dalam hal profitabilitas, perusahaan menunjukkan performa yang beragam; Return on Investment (ROI) rata-rata 6,2% dan Return on Equity (ROE) rata-rata 12% menunjukkan kinerja yang berbeda dari standar industri, sementara Gross Profit Margin rata-rata 31,59% dan Net Profit Margin rata-rata 10,24% menunjukkan performa yang sangat baik dan baik. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan agar perusahaan fokus pada peningkatan likuiditas, menjaga keseimbangan antara aset dan modal, memperbaiki efisiensi penggunaan aset, serta meningkatkan nilai jual produk untuk mencapai laba yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan sebagai referensi bagi akademisi dan peneliti untuk analisis yang lebih mendalam di masa depan.

Abstract

Financial management refers to a series of activities that focus on managing financial resources effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, self-control, and social media exposure on individual consumptive behaviour, especially in the context of purchasing premium products such as iPhones. This research is a survey of Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta students who use iphone. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The population in this study were iphone user students at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the t test show that financial literacy (X1) price has no significant effect on consumptive behaviour, lifestyle (X2) has a significant effect on consumptive behaviour, self-control (X3) has no significant effect on consumptive behaviour, and social media (X4) has no significant effect on consumptive behaviour

Abstract

In the context of the Indonesian economy, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a very crucial role, both in absorbing labour (more than 90%) and contributing to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (more than 50%). This study aims to examine the significance of financial technology, locus of control, and entrepreneurial orientation on the financial performance of herbal medicine MSMEs operating in Nguter Sub-district. Quantitative data obtained directly from respondents is the main source in this study. All herbal MSMEs totalling 63 units in Nguter Sub-district became the population as well as the sample in this study. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, including the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination (R-squared). The results of the analysis show that the use of financial technology has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of herbal MSMEs in Nguter Sub-district. However, the locus of control variable only has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance of herbal MSMEs, while entrepreneurial orientation has a negative effect which is also insignificant.

Abstract

Banyak ditemui pelaku UMKM di wilayah ini, khususnya pada sektor makana dan minuman. Terdapat total 341 jumlah UMKM yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Purwantoro, Wonogiri (Data UMKM Dinas UMKM dan Perindag Wonogiri, 2023). Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh inklusi keuangan, kompetensi SDM dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Purwantoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah dengan perolehan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak pelaku pihak UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Purwantoro yang berjumlah 341 jenis usaha. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan diperoleh 77 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dengan hasil penelitian yaitu: inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Purwantoro, kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Purwantoro dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Purwantoro. Hasil uji F hitung diperoleh nilai 27,097 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R2 0,507, artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh bebas (inklusi keuangan, kompetensi SDM dan literasi keuangan) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja keuangan UMKM) sebesar 50,7%.

Abstract

In the digital era, the internet has become the main source of information for the public, including when searching for hotel information. One platform frequently used for finding hotel information is Google Review, which allows hotel guests to share their experiences. This study aims to analyze sentiments towards hotel reviews, specifically for hotels in Jakarta, through Google Review to help customers choose hotels that meet their needs. The research method uses Serp API in Python to gather review data from Google Review, followed by data preprocessing and labeling with VADER. Sentiment classification is conducted using a stacking ensemble method. The stacking ensemble method in this study employs Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Extra Trees Classifier as base algorithms. The sentiment classification results are then evaluated using precision, F1-score and accuracy metrics. The research findings show that the stacking ensemble method with Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Extra Trees Classifier algorithms performs better than individual models. The precision, F1-Score and accuracy of the stacking ensemble method reach 91%, 97%, 98%, respectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand: 1) The importance of supply chain management for companies; 2) What is the role of supply chain management in improving the operational efficiency of companies? This article uses qualitative research that uses literature review as its data collection method. Research has shown that the importance of supply chain management for companies is to ensure that products and services are optimally distributed to customers and to ensure that products are delivered when customers want them, reducing costs and increasing the company's profits in the supply chain. Optimizing time, space, and the amount of resources. All this so that companies can compete in an increasingly global business. The role of supply chain management in improving the company's operational performance is as follows: 1) Helping to identify potential problems that may arise. 2) Optimizing costs; 3) Efficiency and reduction of operational costs; 4) Improving the supply chain process through spatial awareness.

Abstract

Effective asset management is a critical component in maintaining the financial and operational stability of an institution. At STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri, asset management still relies on manual processes, resulting in inefficiency and increased risk of errors. One crucial aspect of asset management is fiscal depreciation calculation, a process that considers the reduction in asset value over its useful life for fiscal or taxation purposes. Despite its importance, the fiscal depreciation calculation process at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri still depends on manual Excel spreadsheet usage. This approach is prone to errors, difficult to track, and time-consuming. This research aims to design and develop a web-based asset management information system using the Laravel Framework, employing the Extreme Programming (XP) software development methodology. XP provides flexibility for developers to adapt to changing needs and ensures the quality of the resulting product. The conclusion of this research is that by employing the XP approach and leveraging the Laravel Framework, the development of this system is expected to provide an effective solution to the challenges faced in asset management. This will ease the management of assets for STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri and simplify the fiscal depreciation calculation process for its assets.

Abstract

The majority of the people of Blorong Village make their living as farmers, this is supported by the geographical condition of the village which has many rice fields with easily accessible rivers. There are several people in Blorong Village who are developing home-based businesses, one of which is the Ceriping Singkokng business. The raw material potential in Blorong Village has a lot of cassava which is processed into chips. The demand for cassava chips has a high market demand. The workforce in Blorong Village has a lot of workers who are skilled at making cassava chips.     Regional government support provides support to MSMEs, such as training and capital assistance. The problems that exist in these MSMEs include lack of networking and collaboration between MSMEs, limited access to information and knowledge about marketing and branding, tight competition with cassava chip products from other regions, inconsistent product quality.   The impacts include, among others, the competitiveness of the cassava chip MSMEs in Blorong Village is still low, difficulties in penetrating a wider market, and the income of cassava chip MSMEs is still low. The results of this activity are able to increase the collaboration network between MSME actors so that it will increase the income and welfare of these MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how liquidity, asset structure, and business risk impact capital structure. The study focuses on Automotive and Component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the observation period of 2015-2019. The sample selection method employed in this study is purposive sampling. We selected a sample of 12 companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (https://www.idx.co.id/). The study employed secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the companies. Multiple linear regression was used as the data analysis technique. The study's results indicate that capital structure is negatively and significantly influenced by liquidity. Additionally, asset structure has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, and business risk has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. Abstract

This study discusses the design of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the website-based job applicant registration process using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. PT Pra Kerja Nusantara previously used paper forms to fill in applicant data manually. Now, the company is switching to a website-based system to improve efficiency and effectiveness, but it needs to be optimized to make it easier to use. This research focuses on designing a website for job applicant registration at PT Pra Kerja Nusantara by considering user needs through the UCD method. The design process involves problem analysis, user research, system design, high-fidelity prototyping, and testing and evaluation. The results showed a prototype job applicant registration website with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 90.71, indicating an excellent usability level. With the application of effective UI/UX, this website is expected to help PT Pra Kerja Nusantara process and store data efficiently and effectively.
