Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the process of establishing the Indonesian Supreme Trust Council organization in Banyuwangi and the impact of the founding of this organization. The method used is historical methodology which includes five stages, namely topic selection, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The Supreme Council of Indonesian Beliefs or commonly known as MLKI is an organization that aims to be a forum and a bridge between communities of believers in Indonesia. In general, MLKI Banyuwangi is an organization that organizes communities of believers in Banyuwangi. MLKI Banyuwangi was founded on November 20 2020 and was inaugurated by Mr. Otto Iskandar as Presidium of MLKI East Java Province. The foundation of MLKI was motivated by social conditions and regional contours. Differences in beliefs or religions as well as ethnic and cultural diversity were one of the triggers for the founding of MLKI Banyuwangi. The impact of MLKI Banyuwangi during 2020-2022 includes several points, including; assisting people who adhere to their beliefs in changing the status of religion in their population identity, providing protection for people who adhere to their beliefs in Banyuwangi, assisting the government in organizing religious events, especially traditional activities.

Abstract

Desa Sidogede, yang terletak di Kecamatan Grabag, Kabupaten Magelang, memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kesejahteraan warganya. Proyek "Bakti Sosial Pemberdayaan Keamanan dan Kesejahteraan" bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi CCTV, Digital Marketing, dan Website Desa Interaktif sebagai solusi holistik untuk meningkatkan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi di desa ini. Penggunaan CCTV akan memperkuat keamanan dengan memonitor aktivitas publik dan rumah-rumah warga. Digital Marketing akan membantu mendukung pengembangan usaha lokal dan mempromosikan produk-produk desa. Sementara itu, Website Desa Interaktif akan menjadi sumber informasi penting dan sarana partisipasi warga dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proyek ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat keamanan fisik, tetapi juga ekonomi desa melalui promosi produk lokal dan peningkatan akses ke informasi. Dengan demikian, proyek ini diharapkan akan berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan dan kehidupan masyarakat Desa Sidogede, menjadikannya sebagai contoh terbaik bagi upaya pemberdayaan desa-desa di wilayah sekitarnya.

Abstract

This research aimed to classify achievement factors for electrical engineering students at Tidar University using K-Means and Agglomerative Clustering classification algorithms. The goal was to understand if any parameters influence high-achieving student performance. The Indonesian government and private sector for university students provide significant education funds. Student scholarships are awarded based primarily on GPA and entry path, overburdening staff and causing confusion during distribution to eligible recipients. A system was needed to accommodate additional eligible criteria. The researcher selected factors to identify engineering student performance, including school origin, entry path, tuition fees, and GPA. These inputs could determine graduation status. The results compared calculation methods based on collected data accuracy, processing times, and characterizing clustered data to determine the best classification method. Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering performed better. Accuracy testing on 600 training data points yielded 73.94% for improved K-means and 90.42% for AHC. The Average processing time was 674.92 seconds for improved K-means and 554.35 seconds for AHC. Silhouette testing also characterized calculation methods, with improved K-means scoring best at 0.654 and AHC at 0.787 using two clusters.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted to help identify diseases early and provide suggestions for recommendation systems for these plants in general that are beneficial for farmers.Design/methodology/approach: This research goes through several stages, namely planning , analysis, design, and implementation.Findings/result: CLIPS-based Horticultural Plant Disease Identification Expert SystemOriginality/value/state of the art: In the process of diagnosing plant diseases, it requires the accuracy and thoroughness of an expert or experts on symptoms that indicate a disease because of the similarity of these symptoms. Misdiagnosis of existing symptoms causes differences in the results of the diagnosis with the actual disease suffered by the plant. Along with the development of technology, a system was devised that would help report early identification of diseases and provide suggestions for recommendation systems for these plants in general that are beneficial to farmers.

Abstract

Sebuah proses pengambilan informasi berkualitas tinggi dari sebuah teks yang akan diproses disebut sebagai text mining. Informasi tersebut biasanya diperoleh melalui peramalan pola dan berbagai kecenderungan melalui sarana seperti pembelajaran pola statistik. Adapun pada saat ini, jumlah arus informasi yang sangat besar telah tersedia dalam dokumen online. Penambangan teks (text mining) berkembang dari kebutuhan untuk memproses data tak terstruktur (unstructured data) dalam bentuk teks. Penambangan teks diturunkan dari penambangan data (data mining) dan karenanya banyak memiliki kesamaan metode dalam penerapannya. Sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk lebih mengatur informasi tersebut bagi pengguna, maka dilakukan penyelidikan masalah agar teks dapat terkategorisasi secara otomatis. Makalah ini membahas tentang pemrosesan text mining menggunakan berbagai macam metode klasifikasi yang digunakan untuk dapat mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat peminatan pemirsa terhadap sebuah acara review film. Dataset yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari sebuah data berita. Dataset yang disediakan terdiri dua direktori yakni direktori pos dan neg pada direktori data_review_film dalam penelitian ini. Data ini merupakan data opini publik tentang sebuah proses review film yang kemudian akan dilakukan prediksi berapakah jumlah opini tersebut yang merupakan kombinasi kemungkinan dari review positif dan negatif. Pada bagian pembahasan dilakukan perbandingan untuk masing-masing metode klasifikasi yang dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini, algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes merupakan algoritma yang paling efektif dibandingkan dengan algoritma lainnya.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas pemodelan sistem kendali fuzzy yang diterapkan pada dispenser menggunakan simulasi piranti lunak Matlab. Dispenser dilengkapi dengan sensor dan pengendali temperatur yang dikenal sebagai thermostat dan dua buah lampu indikator untuk warna merah sebagai penanda dalam proses pemanasan keadaan standby ditandai dengan warna hijau. Secara keadaan semula, dispenser saat ini belum dapat membedakan kapan heater dapat dikendalikan dengan beberapa kondisi kebutuhan tertentu. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah mekanisme agar dispenser dapat membedakan diantara kondisi tiga keadaan dimana error, delta error dan control action agar sesuai dengan keluaran dari temperatur air yang dibutuhkan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah pemodelan yang dapat menjelaskan bagaimana pengendali termostat tersebut dapat melakukan control action yang terdiri dari tiga buah kondisi. Salah satu piranti yang digunakan untuk memodelkan plant tersebut menggunakan Matlab simulink agar didapatkan control action yang sesuai dan bisa digunakan untuk merancang sistem kendali berikutnya yang lebih praktis dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rule base yang telah dirancang, dapat diterapkan pada pemodelan simulasi dengan keadaan termostat yang sesuai untuk menentukan control action yang sesuai. Input signal step dapat digunakan pada plant ini dan didapatkan scope pada bagian output berupa grafik kontrol yang sesuai dengan nilai target.

Abstract

Technology has a crucial role in information dissemination, creating a need for interactive and user-friendly communication tools. One of tools that can be used in this research is chatbot. Chatbots serve as effective intermediaries in the information exchange process, providing a simple and interactive interface. This research aims to develop a Button-Based Chatbot using the Smojo AI platform, with an easy-to-use interface for delivering college preparation information to prospective students. The development of the chatbot employs the SDLC Waterfall method. The chatbot is named "KaKa: Campus Companion" and it provides information on interest tests recommendations, effective study methods, admission pathways to public universities, and scholarship recommendations. The results of this research demonstrate the successful development of a chatbot that delivers simple and interactive information. The implementation of the SDLC Waterfall method in chatbot development ensures a well-structured and coordinated approach, focusing on each menu within the chatbot. Based on the test results, which have been carried out both white-box and black-box testing, the application can run correctly 100% and UAT testing with an accuracy level of 91%.
