Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential for driving economic growth and creating jobs, especially within the traditional jamu industry. In Pangkatrejo Village, jamu MSMEs encounter difficulties such as a lack of branding knowledge and inefficient marketing strategies. Given the growing interest in natural products after the Covid-19 pandemic, jamu has the opportunity to emerge as a prominent product. This activity involves a support program for traditional jamu MSMEs in Pangkatrejo Village, concentrating on rebranding efforts that involve packaging design, modernizing bottles, and developing social media presence. The goal is to improve the visibility and competitiveness of jamu products, as well as to expand the market and strengthen the local economy.

Abstract

Tax evasion by Corporate Taxpayers is a significant challenge for state revenue. This study aims to develop a tax evasion behavior prediction system using a deep learning approach based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The objects of this study were 50 Corporate Taxpayers registered in Lamongan Regency during the period 2021 to 2024. The data used are secondary data from the manufacturing, trade and service sectors which include financial indicators such as Effective Tax Rate (ETR), total assets and reporting compliance. The data is then labeled into two categories, namely "risky" and "not risky" to train the CNN model. The test results show that the developed model is able to classify tax evasion behavior with an average accuracy of 84.29%. The indicators "Total Assets and Liabilities" and "Reporting Compliance" are the predictors with the highest accuracy, respectively at 86.00% and 85.71%. This study concludes that the CNN model is proven to be effective and relevant for use as a decision support system for tax authorities in detecting potential tax avoidance earlier and more efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-satisfaction, e-trust, dan e-service quality terhadap loyalitas digital pelanggan ShopeePay. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 94 mahasiswa aktif ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan yang telah menggunakan ShopeePay, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independent e-satisfaction, e-trust, dan e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas digital pelanggan ShopeePay. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi layanan dompet digital, di mana perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan kepuasan pengguna, membangun kepercayaan yang kuat, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna di tengah persaingan e-wallet yang semakin kompetitif. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan berbasis pengalaman pengguna dalam membangun loyalitas jangka panjang.

Abstract

This community service is here to open new opportunities for the PKK mothers of Turi Village through Ecoprint Training. Amidst the challenges of limited income choices and abundant natural resources in the village, ecoprint has emerged as an innovative solution that is in line with the increasing market demand for environmentally friendly products. Recent data shows significant growth in Indonesia's sustainable fashion sector, but the spread of ecoprint knowledge still needs to be improved in rural areas. The main goal of this program is simple: to hone the technical skills of mothers in making ecoprints and open additional income for their families. We use a very practical approach, involving them directly from the preparation of gauze, arranging leaves, to the steaming and finishing process. We hope that through this program, ecoprint products from Turi Village will not only be a source of pride, but also improve the economic welfare of the community in a sustainable manner. In the future, we recommend the formation of business groups, facilitation of market access, design development, advanced training, and partnerships with the village government so that Turi ecoprint can continue to grow and become an icon of the creative economy

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas efektivitas program numerasi berbasis game edukasi dan media visual yang diimplementasikan di tiga Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Lamongan melalui Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7. Lokasi implementasi ketiga adalah SDN 3 Babat, SDN 1 Songo, dan SDN Gempolpendowo. Program numerasi yang diterapkan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan permainan interaktif seperti Board Math, Jarik, Spinner Numerasi, dan Numeration PAD. Pendekatan ini dikombinasikan dengan media visual seperti film edukatif dan platform kuis dare untuk meningkatkan minat belajar matematika. Hasil pre-test dan post-test numerasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan berhitung siswa. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode numerasi berbasis game dan media visual mampu meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman konsep, serta partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) constitute a significant economic sector in Indonesia, accounting for 97% of the country's workforce and contributing 61.07% of the country's GDP (BPS, 2023). In Lamongan Regency, there are 120,235 MSMEs that contribute to 55.27% of GDP and 78.49% of the workforce. The objectives of this study are to comprehend the role that AI plays in value co-creation in MSMEs, to pinpoint and examine the ways in which AI supports value co-creation, and to create a thorough framework for examining the effects of AI on value co-creation in MSMEs. This study employs an explanatory research paradigm in conjunction with a quantitative technique. The sample studied was 120 respondents and quantitative data sampling using simple random sampling then processed using SEM PLS 3.0. The study's findings support the first hypothesis, which states that artificial intelligence improves sales performance. According to the second hypothesis, Value Co-creation can act as a mediator between artificial intelligence and sales performance. According to the third hypothesis, Value Co-Creation improves sales performance. The fourth hypothesis then demonstrates that the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Sales Performance can be moderated by Product Excellence.
