This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and communication skills on the performance of high school teachers in North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study used multiple regression analysis with the classical least squares method (Ordinary Least Square), then assumption tests include; multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, normally distributed. While the statistical hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the analysis of variable X1 obtained t-count = 2.644 and p-value = 0.027 / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, meaningful leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the analysis of variable X2 obtained t-count = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013 / 2 = 0.006 <0.05. In conclusion, communication skills have a positive effect on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a direct positive relationship between teachers of public high schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study was designed using a survey method and in data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 38 teachers from Public High Schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on innovation. The conclusions from this study are the results of the transformation of effective principals, the innovation of high teachers. Keywords: Influence, Transparency of Leadership, Innovation, Teacher.

The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management in the SMA Negeri 2 Model Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview and documentation. To determine the validity (trustworthiness) of the data required inspection techniques. There are four criteria that can be used to test the validity of data, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability and the certainty of data and research results, data analysis techniques using techniques; editing, category, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusion, classroom management in Lubuklinggau City Model 2 Senior High School is quite good, this can be seen from the classroom atmosphere and students' motivation in learning quite well and then also adequate facility support in managing classroom management. The purpose of this research is to manage an android-based lecturer performance database. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with a waterfall model. The steps in developing the model are; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, the results of the database expert validation include; study programs, lecturers, courses, classes, students, and reports are appropriate to use. Website expert validation is carried out on 5 indicators, namely; a) content, b) readibility, c) speed, d) technological sophistication, and e) access worth using. This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. The purpose of this study was to determine madrasa management in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman interactive model, with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The results show that Madrasahs have planned a tahfiz qur'an program by preparing supporting facilities such as tahfiz huts in front of the class, educators, and education staff who are fluent and memorize the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community. especially in supporting the tahfiz al-qur'an program. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Giriyoso has planned, organized, implemented, evaluated the tahfiz and English programs in improving the quality of graduates.
