Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi citra merek, harga, digital marketing dan Keputusan Pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen mie gacoan cabang Solo Baru. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, uji R2. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek, harga, dan digital marketing secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie gacoan cabang Solo Baru, variabel citra merek, harga dan digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie gacoan di cabang Solo Baru.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the counseling program for the management of Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency is to provide discourse to business actors on the importance of understanding financial management for UMKM in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about how business actors are able to manage financial management properly and how business actors are able to compile financial reports in the form of powerpoint) (b) Questions and answers and discussion the result of the implementation of the extension program is that actors in Joho Village who are members of UMKM are able to understand the meaning of financial management well, business actors are able to manage finances well, and business actors can prepare simple financial reports. Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing Marketing Knowledge for Small and Medium Enterprises" (UKM) is to overcome the challenges often faced by SMEs in developing their businesses in an era of increasingly tight market competition. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about knowledge of marketing concepts as well as marketing knowledge in business management, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance in the form of power point) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the extension program from Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) actors in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results of outreach activities are expected to provide a strong understanding of marketing concept knowledge and marketing knowledge in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) businesses, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah lembaga keuangan BMT Insan Kamil Solo.2) Untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah lembaga keuangan BMT Insan Kamil Solo. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berupa penilaian responden tentang penilaian dimensi kualitas pelay-anan dan kepuasan nasabah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisa data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh bukti fisik, kendala, daya tanggap, jaminan, danempati secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah lembaga keungan BMT Insan Kamil, 2) Ter-dapat pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah lembaga keungan Insan Kamil Solo. Dilihat dari besarnya koefisien determinasi(adjusted R square) yang memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,851, menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen nasabah lembaga keuan-gan BMT Insan Kamil Solo dijelaskan oleh variabel bukti fisik/ tangibles, keanda-lan/ reliability, daya tanggap/ responsiveness, jaminan/ assurance, dan empati/ em-phaty sebesar 85,1 % dan sisanya sebesar 14,9 % menggambarkan adanya variasi bebas lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, training and development, and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The hypotheses in the research include: (1) transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Jateng (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch, (2) Training and development have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Jateng (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch, and (3) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The research method used is a quantitative research method using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 48 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The data collection method used in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents taken as samples. Data analysis used in this research was statistical tests including instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the t test and F test show that transformational leadership, training and development, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that transformational leadership (X1), training and development (X2), and work motivation (X3) have contributed to the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK JATENG (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch was 87.9% while the remaining 12.1% was influenced by other factors such as organizational culture, work-life balance, reward and recognition system, working conditions and facilities, etc. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Training and Development, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. Another output is an article in this journal

Abstract

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price to the purchase decision of batik products in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected brand image, product quality, and price have a significant effect to purchasing decision of batik product in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample counted 100 responden. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the brand image, product quality, and price significantly influence the purchase decision of batik products in Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta, 2) the effect of prices on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta, 3) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Yamaha motorcycles NMAX in Surakarta City, 4) Simultaneous influence of brand image, price, product quality on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycle in Surakarta City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study whose conclusions are obtained based on the results of statistical analysis with the object of research are Yamaha NMAX motorcycle users in the city of Surakarta. The sample is 100 respondents, where the sampling technique is accidental sampling technique.The instrument used with the questionnaire and data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. Regression analysis results obtained by the regression equation: Y = -10,906 + 0,395X1 + 0,366 X2+ 0,410 X3, which means that purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta City are influenced by brand image, price and product quality. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) brand image significantly influences the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta. (2) the price significantly affects the purchase decision of NMAX motorcycles in the city of Surakarta.  (3) product quality significantly influences the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta. (4) brand image, price, and product quality simultaneously significantly influence NMAX motorcycle purchasing decisions in Surakarta. Judging from the coefficient, the brand image, price, and product quality were determined to influence the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta by 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of work experience, training, and quality management of human resources on employee performance either partially or simultaniously. This research is a quantitative research which collects data using questionnaires and uses 94 respondents as the research sample. The analysis technique that used in this research are multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficients of determination ( ). Based on the analytical technique can be concluded that  work experience, training, and human resource quality management and either partiall or simultaneiously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for shadow puppets in Wayang Village, Kepuhsari Manyaran Wonogiri. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents from consumers or people who have bought leather puppets in Wayang Village. Primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed via google form. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). Based on the F test and t test, the results obtained were that the variable cultural factors and digital marketing partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of shadow puppet in Wayang Village. In this study, the coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained at 0.430. This shows that 43% of the decision to purchase shadow puppets in Wayang Village is influenced by variations in the two independent variables, namely cultural factors and digital marketing. While the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
