Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the value of relation between collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources that can affect the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees, either partially and simultaneous. This research is focused on quantitative case study. Data obtained using the documentation and interview methods. Population in this research were 245 employees working in Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta. Twenty percent was used as a sample, so many as 49 respondents were obtained taking by random sampling techniques. Data in this research were tested by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and also coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research are: 1). Collegial organizational behavior and performance appraisal measures as partially has a positive relation and significant effect. 2). Management quality of human resources as partially has a positive relation but isn’t significant. 3). Collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources as simultaneous has a significant on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. All of data analysis results supported by previous research, except the variable of management quality of human resources has not a significant effect on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. The reason is the higher somebody’s ages, the lower physical quality and healthy of employees, so that will be easier to affect management quality of human resources considering Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta has many elderly employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product reviews, price, and promotions on purchasing decisions for Shopee marketplace users in Sragen Regency either partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative researcah. The population of this research are Shopee marketplace users in Sragen Regency. While the samples taken were 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of the research show that partially, product review variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price variable has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product review, price, and promotion variables influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Cabang Klaten.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus kuantitatif, data priimer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh nasabah, sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 1 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 2 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima, dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 3 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima. Selanjutnya Kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 4 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

The research objectives are based on the research of Bohnert, A., et al., 2023 and Nguyen, Lan, et al. 2021, namely to examine the impact of size and leverage on firm value with enterprise risk management (ERM) as mediation. The sample technique used is purposive sampling, and the data used is secondary data from annual financial report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020, totaling 15 property and real estate industry sectors. Path analysis and the Sobel test are used in the data analysis technique. The findings indicated that: (1) firm size has a negative and insignificant impact on ERM; (2) leverage has a positive and insignificant impact on ERM; (3) firm value is positively but insignificantly impacted by company size and leverage; and (4) ERM has a negative and insignificant impact on firm value. (5) The impact of firm size and leverage on firm value is not mediated by ERM

Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing knowledge of the use of technology in facing opportunities and challenges for MSME business actors" is to empower MSMEs in Selomoro Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency with the knowledge, skills and support needed to utilize technology in marketing them, so that they can compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive global market. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is the marketing challenges faced, the potential use of technology for MSME business actors, and digital market opportunities for MSME business actors; in powerpoint form) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the outreach program provide an opportunity for participants to exchange information and discuss the challenges and solutions they face in facing the digital market. In this session, it is hoped that MSME business actors in Selomoro Village can overcome the challenges they face and take advantage of the opportunities available to improve their overall business performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan peningkatan pemahamaman mengenai literasi keuangan kepada pelaku UMKM Karak, di desa Gadingan, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. Jumlah peserta pelaku UMKM karak berjumlah 15 peserta dan setelah dilakukan uji pre-test dan post-test menghasilkan bahwa ada perbedaan perilaku mengenai pemahaman pelaku UMKM Karak. jika dilihat hasilnya maka menunjukkan hasil bahwa setelah pelaku di beri penyuluhan pelaku UMKM Karak meningkat.

Abstract

This literature review describes the latest developments in the field of Sustainable Marketing in the Digital Age, focusing on a systematic review of the latest strategies and tactics used by companies in meeting the demands of consumers who are increasingly aware of environmental and social issues. In an ever-evolving digital age, sustainable marketing has become essential in achieving sustainable business goals, while still considering the positive impact on society and the environment. This study analyzes the use of digital technology in sustainable marketing, with an emphasis on the use of social media and digital platforms to educate and interact with consumers about sustainability issues. The integration of sustainable values in marketing strategy is also in the spotlight, illustrating how companies apply sustainable principles throughout the life cycle of products and business processes. In addition, this study discusses the importance of big data analysis in sustainable marketing decision making, as well as the role of consumer engagement through interactive content and participation in sustainable initiatives. The results of this literature review provide important insights for marketing practitioners, business managers, and researchers in understanding the latest trends and leveraging them to create effective sustainable marketing practices in the ever-evolving digital age. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan di industri pembuatan tahu tradisional “Berkah Tahu” milik Sidik Suwarno yang berlokasi di Desa Jati Kecamatan Jaten Kabupaten Karanganyar. Industri pembuatan tahu oleh mitra masih dilakukan secara tradisional dengan alat alat yang masih sederhana yaitu tungku terbuka dan boiler diatasnya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan penggunaan biaya produksi yang tinggi untuk pemenuhan bahan bakar kayu, sekam atau tongkol jagung sebagai akibat efektifitas pembakaran yang rendah dan tidak maksimal yang diikuti pendapatan yang juga tidak bisa maksimal serta pencatatan keuangannya yang masih menghitung belanja dan omzet yang didapatkan saja. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah mencakup bidang produksi dan manajemen keuangan. Bidang produksi adalah meminimalkan biaya bahan bakar dalam proses produksi usaha pembuatan tahu dengan pengadaan tungku berteknologi gasifikasi dengan sekam padi sebagai umpan dan menjadi satu dengan boiler penghasil uap bertekanan untuk pemasakan bubur kedelai yang disebut Tungku Boiler. Bidang Manajemen Keuangan yaitu melalui peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha melalui pelatihan membuat catatan keuangan dan analisa pendapatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program kemitraan pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan prioritas mitra agar mitra mampu meningkatkan pendapatan, memberdayakan hasil penelitian dosen agar bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan memberikan mahasiswa mendapat pengalaman di luar kampus. Adapun Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penggunaan teknologi yang diterapkan dalam proses produksi yaitu TUNGKU BOILER sehingga beban produksi (keuangan) mitra berkurang dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan dan analisa usaha sehingga mitra dapat mengetahui dengan pasti keuntungan setiap proses produksi.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di indonesia masih dihadapkan pada berbagai permasalahan, terutama rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis siswa di kelas vii MTsN. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTsN 2 medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa-siswa kelas vii MTsN 2 medan yang berjumlah 400 siswa. Dalam menentukan sampel peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, dari 10 kelas yang ada terpilih 2 kelas sebagai sampel yaitu kelas vii-a sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas vii-b sebagai kelas kontrol. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui instrument tes berupa soal uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model konvensional.ABSTRACT Mathematics learning in indonesia is still faced with various problems, especially the low creative thinking and mathematical communication skills of students. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that can help improve creative thinking and mathematical communication skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the creative thinking and mathematical communication skills of students in class vii MTsN. This research was conducted at MTsN 2 medan. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were all 400 students in class vii MTsN 2 medan. In determining the sample, the researcher used the cluster random sampling technique, from 10 classes, 2 classes were selected assamples, namely class vii-a as the experimental class and class vii-b as the control class. Data collected through test instruments in the form of essay questions. The results of the study showed that the creative thinking and mathematical communication skills of students taught using the Project Based Learning model were higher than those taught using the conventional model.
