Abstract

Sex education is very important for elementary school age students if it is implemented properly, but there are still many teachers and parents who are still unable to implement it. Characteristics of students who tend to be stubborn and difficult to advise will find it difficult to absorb important knowledge given by teachers and parents. If students lack knowledge about sex education, it is possible that sexual violence can occur. Sexual violence against children can occur if the child does not know at all about sex education. This study aims to describe the problems found regarding the urgency of sex education through character education at the age of elementary school children. This article uses a qualitative method with a case study approach model. Research that uses the case study method, carried out an in-depth examination of a case by using systematic methods of observing, collecting data, analyzing information, and reporting the results. The results of the study can be concluded that sex education can be applied in learning at school by providing knowledge about the function of the reproductive organs by instilling moral, ethical, and religious commitments, so as to avoid abuse of reproductive organs. If the child already understands about sex education, then it can be ascertained that the child can be protected from sexual violence.

Abstract

Contextual and meaningful learning is limitedly implemented in elementary schools. Whereas the learning activities stated by the Merdeka Curriculum are not only limited to learning conventionally in class but also involve various activities, such as doing a project. Furthermore, learning activities in the Merdeka Curriculum include a project called Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, or Reinforcement Project of Pancasila Student Profile (P5). Regarding the problem, this study is aimed at developing a tourism-based learning model that involves local tourism content in its implementation. To implement the dimension of P5 called global unity in diversity, this learning model was integrated into English. The model was developed by using research and development design with define, design, develop, and disseminate (4D). As a result, the syntax of this learning model includes: 1) orientation, 2) inquiry process, 3) field study or outing class, 4) data analysis, 5) exhibition, and 6) reflection. This learning model was proven to be very good by material experts and practitioners. The students also revealed that this learning model was interesting and fun. They could also work collaboratively, actively, and creatively. Finally, it is expected that the students can use their English skills to promote local tourism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar materi pecahan pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SDN Kerep Kidul Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Design penelitian menggunakan pra eksperimental design dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttes Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SDN Kerep Kiduil Nganjuik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 29 siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari 12 siswa perempuan dan 17 siswa laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis uji-t (paired sample t-test), diketahui nilai t-hitung mendapatkan sebesar 7,743 dan t table sebesar 1,701 nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian uji pihak kiri jika t hitung > t table maka H1 diterima Ho ditolak. Dapat dinyatakan nilai t hitung > t table yaitu -7,743 < 1,701 sehingga H1 diterima. Pada hasil Sig.2 (tailed) < 0,10 (0,000 < 0,10) maka Ho ditolak H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi pecahan pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SDN Kerep Kidul Nganjuk.

Abstract

Modul ajar menjadi salah satu komponen penting yang ada pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru diberikan kebebasan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Namun pada kenyataannya guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan modul ajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan apa saja yang dialami guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar serta faktor yang menyebabkan guru kesulitan dalam mengembangkan modul ajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini  diperoleh dari wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel bertujuan, dengan  subjek penelitian ini adalah guru intrakurikuler kelas I, IV-A, dan IV-B di SDN Banyuajuh 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar adalah 1) kesulitan dalam menentukan komponen modul ajar, (2) kesulitan dalam menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, (3) kesulitan dalam menentukan model dan metode pembelajaran, 4) kesulitan dalam menentukan asesmen. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar adalah 1) pelatihan yang kurang maksimal 2) karakteristik peserta didik yang beragam, 3) keterbatasan waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model project based learning pada pembelajaran matematika materi bangun ruang kelas V SDN Tanjung Jati 1. Project Based Learning berarti pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dilakukan untuk mendalami pegetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dari hasil dalam suatu permasalahan yang diselesaikan dalam bentuk proyek sesuai dengan materi dan kompetensi siswa. Sintaks dari model project based learning melalui 6 tahapan; 1) Mengajukan pertanyaan mendasar, 2) Peserta didik menyusun proyek, 3) Peserta didik merencanakan proyek, 4) Guru melakukan monitoring, 5) Menguji/ mencoba hasil, 6) Evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yang mengutamakan perhitungan dengan hasil yang di deskripsikan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh kelas V. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V sebanyak 19 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, dan tes. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi posttest sebanyak 10 butir soal yang sebelumnya telah di uji cobakan dengan sampel yang berbeda. Evaluasi posttest bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning. Proporsi tingkat kesukaran soal taraf kesukaran pada penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori II yaitu 20% kategori mudah, 60% dalam kategori sedang, dan 20% dalam kategori sukar. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model project based learning pada pertemuan pertama mendapat skor 95% dan pertemuan kedua mendapat skor 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan model project based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V di SDN Tanjung Jati 1. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa sudah baik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model project based learning.

Abstract

The pandemic COVID-19has caused learning to be conducted online to minimize face-to- face interactions so that PGSD students experience limitations in implementing basic teaching skills. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of themethod lesson study in equipping PGSD students who are able to develop learning planning tools, but have never practiced teaching because of thepandemic COVID-19. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that is based on data during observation and application. In this study using themethod lesson study which is classified as action research. This research consists of three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the reflection stage. In the application of lesson study, students work in pairs and take turns as model teachers and observers . The result of this study is to prove that themethod lesson study can effectively train basic teaching skills for PGSD UTM students.

Abstract

Readiness is a condition where a person is ready both physically, mentally and mentally to carry out an activity. In this readiness, there are several teacher readiness in planning intracurricular learning in the independent curriculum. The aim of this research is to determine teacher readiness in planning intracurricular learning in the independent curriculum in classes II and V at MI Al Hidayah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In this study, the research subjects were the teachers of MI Al Hidayah, involving 8 informants, namely 2 male teachers and 6 female teachers. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used by researchers is source triangulation. The results of the analysis show that the readiness of class II and V MI Al Hidayah teachers in terms of understanding CP says that the existing CP is in accordance with the character of students, in terms of formulating TP teachers have several steps in formulating TP, in preparing ATP there are things that teachers must pay attention to. in its preparation. Class II and V MI Al Hidayah teachers are given freedom in planning this lesson, but the dominant teacher chooses the teaching module. Class II and V teachers and other teachers involved have prepared various intracurricular learning plans for the independent curriculum in classes II and V at MI Al Hidayah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to provide an overview regarding the implementation of the Pancasila student profile in elementary level Pancasila education textbooks, which is an important foundation in forming the character of the nation's children. It is important to ensure that all dimensions of the Pancasila student profile that have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2022 are covered comprehensively in textbooks. The absence of one of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in textbooks can cause unbalanced development in the understanding of the Pancasila student profile. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile contained in the Pancasila Education class I textbook, merdeka curriculum with Erlangga publishers and to provide an overview of the distribution of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in each chapter in the Pancasila Education class I textbook, Merdeka curriculum with Erlangga publisher. The type of research used in this research is library research. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this research show that the Pancasila education textbook published by Erlangga contains all the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile and all the elements contained in the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile have been found. The distribution of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in each chapter is uneven.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model on the Reading Literacy Ability of Grade V Students of SDN Tanah Kalikedinding II Surabaya. This study used a quantitative method of quasi-experimental type with a Pretest-Postest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study was grade V students of SDN Tanah Kalikedinding II Surabaya. The research sample was 60 students with the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection used written tests and observation sheets for the implementation of the learning model. The data analysis technique used was the Independent Samples T-Test. The results of the study showed that from the independent sample t-test, Sig. (2-tailed) was obtained, namely 0.022 <0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence in the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading snd Composition (CIRC) learning model on the reading literacy ability of grade V students of SDN Tanah Kalikedinding II Surabaya.

Abstract

In the digital era, ICT advancements have significantly influenced education, enhancing students' learning experiences. This study focuses on developing Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media for fourth-grade Indonesian Language students at SDN Larangan Luar 2, Pamekasan. Using a constructivist approach, it addresses students' low interest and motivation in learning Indonesian and emphasizes the teacher’s role as a facilitator. The Research and Development (RnD) approach follows the ADDIE framework—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Seventeen students participated in observations and interviews to assess their learning characteristics and needs. Findings indicate that traditional learning methods often render students passive, necessitating innovative teaching strategies. The study introduces an AR-based Virtual Map that merges digital objects with real-world elements to create an interactive learning experience. Validation results confirmed the media’s effectiveness, with high scores from learning design experts (86%), subject matter experts (84%), and instructional material experts (92%). The research highlights AR's potential in increasing students’ interest and motivation in learning Indonesian. It also serves as a reference for educators and developers in designing engaging and interactive teaching methods, ultimately contributing to more effective learning experiences.
