Abstract

The transformation of e-commerce for fresh food is shaped by the convergence of customer-focused digital strategies, innovation, and the pursuit of sustainable competitive advantage, particularly in enhancing food accessibility in urban areas. This study explores how digital technology and customer-centered innovation contribute to operational efficiency, personalized service delivery, and environmental sustainability across the fresh food distribution network. This research uses a narrative qualitative approach, synthesizing insights from academic literature, industry reports, and case studies to examine the strategic alignment between technology adoption, innovation practices, and competitive positioning. The findings show that digital transformation, including blockchain, precision agriculture, and smart logistics, not only enhances transparency and traceability in the food supply chain but also fosters trust and responsiveness among urban consumers. Fresh food e-commerce platforms leverage this technology to minimize food waste, improve delivery accuracy, and quickly adapt to dynamic demand patterns. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of green innovation in strengthening business sustainability, with digital platforms serving as a key driver for environmental monitoring, consumer engagement, and ethical sourcing.

Abstract

Organizational sustainability has increasingly become a central focus in human resource management (HRM), particularly through the implementation of innovation-based green compensation and reward mechanisms. This study aims to present a systematic review of the role of green compensation and rewards in promoting employees’ pro-environmental behavior and enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative strategies. The review includes 100 articles categorized into five key themes, such as the impact on employee behavior, integration of green HRM practices, green incentives, and the effectiveness of green rewards. The findings indicate that green compensation significantly influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior by enhancing green motivation and organizational commitment (K, 2024). Furthermore, the integration of green HRM practices including green recruitment and innovation-focused training reinforces the alignment between corporate sustainability strategies and employee behavior (K, 2024). Both financial and non-financial incentives designed with a sustainability focus and innovative approaches have also been shown to increase employee engagement in environmental initiatives (Beck-Krala, 2020).  Green reward mechanisms not only raise environmental awareness but also play a crucial role in driving eco-innovation in the workplace (Performance Analysis, 2020). In addition, effective and innovation-based reward systems help organizations achieve higher levels of sustainability by improving employee retention and environmental performance. This study concludes that green compensation and reward are key strategies in green HRM to support sustainability. Further research is needed to explore the implementation of these mechanisms across different cultural and industrial contexts.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of organizational innovation on management strategy in the education sector, focusing on the mediating role of strategic change. Quantitative data were collected through a structured survey (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.7) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach. Key relationships were identified: organizational innovation significantly impacts management strategy (β = 0.45, p < 0.01), while strategic change mediates this relationship (β = 0.30, p < 0.01). Qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with 20 educational leaders revealed three critical themes: strategic alignment with institutional goals, the importance of participative leadership, and barriers such as resource constraints and bureaucratic inertia. These findings highlight the necessity of integrating innovation with strategic change to optimize management practices. The study contributes to literature by validating the dynamic capabilities framework in the education sector and addressing gaps related to the operationalization of innovation. Practical implications include fostering participative leadership, aligning innovation with institutional objectives, and streamlining resources to support transformative strategies. Policymakers and educational leaders are advised to implement context-sensitive frameworks to sustain innovation and enhance institutional adaptability.

Abstract

PKK Asoka, located on Karyawan Street 3, RT 002/RW 09, Karang Tengah, Cileduk, Tangerang, faced issues with the accumulation of organic waste such as vegetable scraps and fruit peels, as well as plastic waste, leading to an unclean environment and unpleasant odors that could cause disease. The main challenges were the lack of knowledge and facilities for proper waste management. The PKM team from Budi Luhur University (UBL) conducted observations and provided assistance in applying appropriate technology. Residents were trained to process organic waste using a composter to produce liquid fertilizer through fermentation. Meanwhile, inorganic waste was recycled into valuable items such as wallets and trash bins that could be sold. The PKM team also provided training in financial recording and sales techniques, and introduced a smart financial application to help PKK Asoka record transactions and prepare financial reports. As a result, the community became more environmentally conscious, gained the ability to manage waste independently, and increased their income by utilizing waste materials, contributing to the realization of a Green Economy in their neighborhood.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial literacy programs on organizational performance, focusing on how such training influences employee financial behavior, workplace satisfaction, and productivity. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes in-depth interviews, focus groups, and document analysis to explore the subjective experiences and perspectives of employees participating in financial literacy initiatives. The results reveal that financial literacy programs significantly enhance employees' financial behaviors, including improved budgeting, saving, and debt management. These improvements lead to increased financial security and reduced stress, contributing to higher workplace satisfaction and engagement. Furthermore, the study finds that financial literacy positively affects organizational performance by reducing absenteeism, lowering turnover rates, and enhancing productivity. Employees with better financial literacy are more likely to participate in employer-sponsored benefits and report greater job satisfaction. The integration of financial literacy into broader employee wellness strategies is shown to be particularly effective, fostering a more holistic approach to employee well-being. Technological advancements, such as digital tools and online platforms, enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of financial literacy programs, making them more engaging and adaptable to various learning preferences. The study concludes that investing in tailored, ongoing financial education is crucial for organizations seeking to improve employee well-being and achieve long-term business success. Future research should continue to explore the long-term effects of financial literacy programs and the role of technology in providing effective financial education.
