Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is currently undergoing a renewal, one of which is by conducting a zoning system during the implementation of New Student Admissions. The purpose of this study was to see how the Implementation of New Student Admission Policy Using the School Zoning System in the Second Zone in Denpasar State Junior High School.Based on research in the field, the implementation of PPDB Policy with the School Zoning System in the Second Zone in Denpasar State Junior High School measured by Van Meter and Van Horn shows that this policy has worked well but not yet maximized due to the finding of several problems that occur in the field such as, websites for PPDB registration with the school zonas system had experienced interference, lack of public understanding related to socialization about the school zoning system, and falsification of family cards Keyword : Implementation, Admission of new students, School zoning

Abstract

ABSTRACT Various health insurance program innovations were created by the central government or regional governments. Like one of them the Badung Regency Government, created an innovative health insurance program to the whole community through the KBS program. The purpose of this study was to see how the implementation of the KBS health insurance program policy in Badung Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. KBS program which is measured according to Charles.O Jhones by using 3 indicators, namely the organization has been running well but there are still deficiencies such as infrastructure. Second, Interpretation has not run optimally due to lack of socialization to the community. Application has not been going well because there are obstacles in mobilizing the population in the South Badung area so that card distribution is hampered.From these problems, of course the need to hold socialization and pick up the ball back to the community. Abstract

Social movements do not only come from workers who are marginalized by the capitalist system, but social movements have turned into new social movements that originate from complaints from community groups regarding changes in government policies whose main problem is inequality of gender relations. By appointing GiGa as an institution rejecting the P-KS Bill. As a theoretical basis, the writer uses Putnam Tong's theory of liberal feminism and McAdam's theory of Political Opportunity Structure. Then the DPR as the holder of power responded by reconsidering the P-KS Bill. This has resulted in various reactions from feminist and conservative movements to those who support and reject the P-KS Bill. The theoretical implication shows that liberal feminism gives a difficult position to the P-KS Bill and the structure of political opportunities affects how the response is given to thwart changes in government policy. ABSTRACT Thisxstudyxaims toxfind out how the policyxmaking process that involves many parties to carry out a collaborative mechanism that forms relationships between politics actors in the effort to fulfill the renewable energy policy inxBali onx2019th. This study using the Policy Windows theory by John Kingdon as a formulation of the policy agenda of the problems in this study. Thexresearch methodxused in this research is axdescriptive qualitative,which is more concerned about the characteristics, xquality,xnterrelationships of activities in relation to politicsxactors and relations in the fulfillment ofx2019 renewable energy policies. Results of This research is: energy problems in the Province of Bali, which if the agenda setting through cooperation (actorxrelations) to give birth to several MoUs that become the reference for the Government ofxBali Province in formulating policies in the form GovernorxRegulation no.45 about cleanxenergy and encourage the legislature to immediatelyxdraft about clean energyxpolicy. Abstract

In addition to media information is also evidence that can be justified. Archives are products created by any agency for their daily activities that underlie taking action, carrying out daily activities, and organizational memory. The number of samples used were 38 people from employees and the public who were taken by accidental sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. technique The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, and got the result Y = 29,156+ 2,395X1. The positive coefficient of competence is 2.395, meaning that if the employee's competence increases, the employee's performance will increase. Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Badung Regency Archives and Library Office employees. 60.2% is the magnitude of the influence of competence on the performance of the employees of the Archives and Library Office of Badung Regency. Abstract

The KUBE Smart Store Project in Jatiluwih Tourist Village is one of the Tabanan Regency Social Office’s plans to improve the welfare of beneficiaries of social assistance and is a representative place to accommodate and release quality products from KUBE members. In terms of developing product innovation and using social media, the implementation of the KUBE Smart Shop plan is still not the best choice. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the KUBE smart store program in Jatiluwih tourist village. Collect data through interviews, observations and literature research. Based on the study of effectiveness theory and target performance, integration and adaptability indicators. The results show that the effectiveness of Jatiluwih Tourist Village's KUBE smart store program has been operating effectively, but needs to be optimized again, especially in terms of capital and technology updates. Abstract

The Mentoring Program is a target program for MSMEs, especially in increasing the competitiveness of business products. Coaching aims to maximize the community's economy in order to create competitiveness between developing business products. The researcher limits this research to the East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. In its implementation, there are still problems related to the low public awareness of information on coaching programs and human resources who are less skilled in business products that have high competitiveness values. The purpose of this study is to find out how the problems of MSMEs and how MSMEs can improve the community's economy. The results of related research were analyzed using three aspects according to Sumodinigrat (1999), namely increasing access to business capital assistance, increasing access to human resources, and increasing access to facilities and infrastructure to support business. Abstract

Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 49 of 2019 is a reference to use PRO Denpasar+ application in realizing Denpasar City as a smart city in Indonesia. The process of transforming the governance through a smart city has indicated that Denpasar is implementing the practice of dynamic governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the dynamic governance process in realizing Denpasar as a smart city through the use of PRO Denpasar+ application using dynamic governance theory by Neo and Chen. This study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method which resulted in observation data, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study is all indicators have entered into the dynamic capability process but in its implementation there are still deficiencies in indicators of thiking again because the problem of socialization that has not been carried out optimally which impacts to functions and number of application users. Abstract

LPHD Medewi is a village institution in charge of managing village forests in Medewi village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Village Forest Management Program by the Village Forest Management Institute (Case Study: Medewi Village Forest Management Institute, Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency). Measurement of effectiveness is carried out through three approaches proposed by Balduck and Buelens, namely the source approach, the process approach, and the goal approach. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the village forest management program by LPHD Medewi has been running well but has not been effective because there are still obstacles in the measurement indicators. Abstract

The management of the village income and expenditureEbudget (APB Desa) for the 2018 and 2019 fiscal years in Cau Belayu Village finances.one of the village expenditures in the field of community empowerment, namely the Ternak Babi Terintegrasi program (TERBIT). Budget management that has been carriedsout for 2 fiscal yearstin the realization of the TERBIT program has resulted in a surplus of considerable value. The-research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The analysis used is the management indicator according to Adisasmita, namely planning, implementation, and supervision. The results.of this study indicate that budget managementsin the funding of the TERBIT program is quite appropriate in accommodating community empowerment. Budget management is expected to absorb the entire budgeted funds, however inadequate planning and a much smaller realization value cause a fairly large surplus in the 2 years of budget realization.
