Abstract

Badung Regency in the top five of having the highest waste generation in Bali,. After seeing this, PT. Coca - Cola Amatil Indonesia took the initiative to help the government and the community in overcoming the hygiene problems on several beaches in Bali, such as the one in Kuta beach, in the Bali Beach Clean Up program. PT. Coca - Cola Amatil Indonesia asks the Traditional Villages of Kuta to collaborate with them in the Bali Beach Clean Up program by cleaning up Kuta Beach. The aim of this research was to determine the synergy between the traditional villages of Kuta and PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia in enforcing the Bali Beach Clean Up campaign on Kuta Beach. Abstract

DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office is an agency that implements education policies. One of the educational policies implemented is PPDB online, this policy is implemented with the aim of making it easier for students to register for the desired destination school. The government issued PERMENDIKBUD Number 17 of 2017 which regulates the zoning system on PPDB Online in Jakarta Area. The zoning system is implemented with the aim of leveling education. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the zoning system policy on the acceptance of new online students in Jakarta area. Then the government made a zoning system on PPDB online with the aim of leveling education. The zoning system implemented on PPDB online develops every year with several changes. Abstract

The Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar City Community and Village Empowerment Service provides free counseling services to the community in a program called "Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria". This service is a place for the community to share their problems and keep their secrets safe. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria Program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the service quality of the Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria Program is still not running optimally. There are several obstacles in its implementation, such as the unavailability of a forum for community aspirations for online service users, inconvenient use of services via WhatsApp messengers, and not yet optimal socialization of services to the community.

Abstract

Nusa Penida District has tourism potential with its natural beauty. Penida District is divided into three islands, namely Nusa Penida Island, Nusa Lembongan Island, and Nusa Ceningan Island. The purpose of this study is the extent to which the strategy set by the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in tourism development in Nusa Penida District. The theory used is the theory of strategic planning according to John Bryson and the theory of SWOT analysis according to Sondang P. Siagian. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the strategy of the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in Tourism Development in Nusa Penida District had been going well but not yet optimal because there were planning and implementation constraints in the field. This research produces recommendations for improving road access, expanding parking lots, building tourist attraction facilities, making events attract tourists.

Abstract

Partisipasi pemerintahan adat di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan serta pengelolaan ekowisata Desa sebagai mana pengelolaan ekowisata termasuk dalam pembangunan pariwisata yang  menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam perekonomian partisipasi pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan pemerataan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan melalui desa, Pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi hak serta kewajiban Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang dinilai bahwa sebagai bentuk kekayaan lain yang berhubungan dengan hak dan kewajiban desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan Desa. Dalam partisipasi pemerintahan adat di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan bertujuan untuk pembangunan, pemberdayaan masyarakat serta dalam meningkatkan pengembangan jaringan ekowisata desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Pentinganya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar partisipasi pemerintah adat serta masyarakat adat dalam pengelolaan keuangan melalui ekowisata desa bentuk partispasi masyarakat dalam perekonomian di Desa Adat Tenganan  dengan membuka usaha-usaha kecil di lingkungan Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan. Masyarakat sangat berperan penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan sebagai pengembangan Kawasan berbasis lokal wisdom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang dimaksudkan sebagai pengukuran fenomena sosial tertentu yang mampu mengembangkan konsep serta menghimpun fakta tetapi tidak melakukan hipotesis                 Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Masyarakat, Keuangan Desa, Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penduduk di Indonesia saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang cepat, terlebih lagi dewasa ini Indonesia mengalami fenomena peningkatan jumlah lansia yang begitu besar atau yang dapat kita kenal dengan ledakan penduduk usia lanjut, Angka pertumbuhan lansia terus meningkat setiap tahun. Menurut data Bappenas yang dikelola oleh Chandra menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 1980, penduduk lanjut usia baru berjumlah 7,7 juta jiwa atau 5,2% dari total jumlah penduduk. Inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta sedikit memberikan angin segar bagi efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan khususnya para lansia di kota Yogyakarta. Mengingat bahwa kota Yogyakarta merupakan kota dengan jumlah penduduk lansia terbanyak di Indonesia. Pemerintah kota Yogyakarta dan Dinas Kesehatan telah melakukan kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai pihak sehingga berdirilah rumah sehat lansia yang beralamatkan di jalan Pakel Baru, Sorosutan Umbulharjo-Yogyakarta, didirikan pada tahun 2013 dan sudah beroperasi hingga sekarang. Bahkan inovasi Rumah Sehat Lansia ini telah masuk dalam 33 inovasi pelayanan terbaik oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara (Kemenpan). Pemerintah kota Yogyakarta hendaknya memperhatikan fasilitas-fasilitas kesehatan mislanya peralatan medis, kamar dan tempat tidur pasien sehingga rumah sehat lansia dapat menampung pasien untuk menjalani rawat inap demi pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Memperhatikan jumlah tenaga medis dokter dan perawat yang menangani para lansia. Mengingat selama ini kunjungan dokter efektifnya hanya 2 kali dalam seminggu yakni hari rabu dan sabtu. Sehingga dengan jumlah dokter yang memadai maka jumlah kunjungan dokter dapat diperbanyak lagi bahkan diharapkan dapat melayani setiap hari mengingat jumlah pasien yang tidak sedikit. ABSTRACT The population in Indonesia is currently increasing rapid growth, again nowadays Indonesia is experiencing the phenomenon of an increase in the number of elderly people who can be bigger than we can grow rapidly, the growth rate of the elderly continues to grow every year. According to data from Bappenas managed by Chandra, in 1980, the elderly population was only 7.7 million or 5.2% of the total population. The innovation carried out by the Yogyakarta City Health Office gives a little fresh air to the health care needs of the elderly in the city of Yogyakarta. Given the city of Yogyakarta is the city with the largest number of elderly population in Indonesia. The Yogyakarta city government and the Health Office have made good cooperation with the relevant parties to stand up for a healthy elderly house addressing Jalan Pakel Baru, Sorosutan Umbulharjo-Yogyakarta, established in 2013 and now available. Actually the innovation of the Elderly Healthy House has been included in the 33 best service innovations by the Ministry of Administrative Reform (Kemenpan). The Yogyakarta city government pays attention to health facilities such as medical equipment, rooms and patient beds so that elderly healthy homes can accommodate patients to increase hospitalization in accordance with quality health services. Noting the number of medical personnel and nurses who add to the elderly. It is hoped that during the doctor's visit it will be effective only 2 times a week, Wednesday and Saturday. Abstract

The increasing world demand for palm oil (CPO) has caused the governmentto continue expanding palm oil plantations. Riau is the province with the largest oil palmplantation in Indonesia. The area of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is 13.5 million ha,of which 2.9 million ha are in riau.1 This certainly has an impact for the people in Riauprovince. One positive impact for the people of Riau with the development of oil palmplantations is the increase in income and the opening of employment. The negative impactis that the expansion is done by burning and cutting down the forest, whose effect isremarkable. As happened in the year 2014, when massive forest fires committed in Riauprovince resulted in excessive smoke pollution. The smoke effects are not only felt in Riauarea but also other regions and even neighboring countries also feel the impact of thisforest burning. From the pollution of the smoke is a lot of losses felt by the community,ranging from the many people who contracted the disease ARI, can not leave the house,school, or work, all access outside the area of land, sea or air covered by the thick smokethat menggagga visibility, all of which lead to disadvantage of the community, such aseducation sector to economic sector.

Abstract

The poor quality of public services in Indonesia must be addressed by the government. One of the government's efforts to improve the quality of public services is to take advantage of advances in information technology in the process of governance. This is known as e-government or electronic or internet-based government administration. The process of implementing e-government goes through several stages, namely presence (web presence), interaction (interaction), transactions (transactions), and transformation (transformation). This study aims to determine how the implementation of e-government through the provision and operation of village websites can improve the quality of public services in Bona Village. This research is a qualitative-descriptive type of research that describes and explains the results of research based on relevant data collected through observation and literature study. The analysis of the research data used the Miles and Huberman model which included the initial data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and then the conclusion drawing stage. The results of this study are the application of e-government is carried out through the provision and operation of village websites as a means of public services that are easy, practical, and efficient. There are several services related to village administration including writing business letters, complaint reports, writing letters for other purposes, and essential telephone services. These services can be accessed by the village community easily and through a mechanism or procedure that is not complicated, so that the community feels satisfied with the public services they get. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of e-government through the provision and operation of village websites that provide easy and practical public services can improve the quality of public services in Bona Village. Through the application of e-government, the implementation of village government can be carried out effectively, efficiently, transparently and accountably.

Abstract

Abstract

Kutuh Village has succeeded in providing a change from a poor village to one of the richest villages in Indonesia, showing the commitment of the Kutuh Village Government in developing villages. However, some problems that occur such as community awareness, village funding design and human resources in each element. With a study using innovative governance indicators from Tahir (2016: 284). This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The determination of informants is carried out by purposive techniques and snowball sampling. Data analysis is carried out by reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of Smart Village in Kutuh Village has succeeded in achieving innovative governance. However, it needs to be optimized again on indicators of community participation Recommendations that can be given are optimizing community empowerment programs and changing policies regarding the implementation of smart villages in Kutuh Village.
