Abstract

Community of Kpopers become a separate phenomenon for youngster in the middle of society, because of have an uniqueness of life style make this community exist and recognized in Pekanbaru. Some ways do community to communicate the existence of self through by imitating the way they dress and cover boygrup dance moves and his idol girl group. This puprpose of this research was determining the motive members to join the community of Kpopers in Pekanbaru, meaning Korean Pop (K-Pop) for community members Kpopers Pekanbaru and communication experience Kpopers community members in Pekanbaru.This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. The informan of research is 5 who represent community member of Kpopers Pekanbaru who selected by purposive technique.Data collection techniques such as participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research used data’s analysis technique of phenomenological research according to Creswell by using the technique of persistence observation and extension of participation.The result of research showed that two kindsmotives of community member to join into the community Kpopers Pekanbaru such as because motives form of a hobby dancing that already exist within the community members and the invitation of friends to join the community itself and in order to motives form ofa medium to be known by many people and is also a means to learn about the language and promote themselves and also so that people do not underestimated them. The Korean Pop(Kpop) meaning for Kpopers Pekanbaru community members such as kpop as a medium of selfexpression that is positive and also become a medium for healthy physical community members. Communication experience that community members Kpopers Pekanbaru pleasant communication experience (positive) in the form of acceptance and support from family, add friendship, relations, and get popularity. Second, Negative experience perceived community members Kpopers Pekanbaru such as an underestimated by people and often called “lebay” and also for guys often considered effeminate.Keyword: Phenomenon, Communication, Community, K-popers, Trend Culture

Abstract

The Government who has the responsibility as service administrator needs to improve thequality of service with the priority of community needs. One Stop Service is an event organizer oflicensed and non-licensed, which has the process from proposal to documents publishing. Theaim of this research is to know the strategy of communication which has been done by anIntegrated Service Agency and Investment in implementing One Stop Service system policy to thecommunity in Pekanbaru.The writer used Qualitative-Descriptive method for this research, the informants are 6persons who have been selected with purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this researchwere the head of subsection of programming, the civil servants of Integrated Service Agency andInvestment Pekanbaru, and the community that using One Stop Service system. The types andsources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique of thisresearch was deep interview and documentations.Research result of communication strategy which has done by the Integrated ServiceAgency and Investment was to determine the target audience; community leaders, religiousleaders, and employers or society who will open a small business. Factors that have to beconsidered in the planning of public communication are; audience’s plannning, backgroundknowledge, and feeling. Plannings for communication message are; main message and messageorganizations. Media used for this research are printed media and electronic media.Keyword: Communication Strategy, One Stop Service.

Abstract

A woman's life fashion show models synonymous with glamorous lifestyle, nightlife, and even sex. In order to meet the demands and lifestyle as a model, they often do things - negative things like, into prostitution "or being a mistress" This situation results in the emergence of a negative assessment of the community of women who worked as a model, even though it can not be in jendralisis. Departing from this condition researchers are interested to know how the woman's self concept models fashion show in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the dimensions of the internal and external dimensions of the model woman fashion show in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of five informants, who were selected through key informant named mas Raymond as the supreme mentor administrators Putri Indonesia Riau representatives, using techniques snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and research documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation. The research shows the internal dimensions of the model woman fashion show in Pekanbaru, self-identity that is a model woman, some of the informants came from poor families, life changed since the model works better established with the result being a mistress. Actors themselves that promiscuity and environmental influences make a drastic change. Self receiver is aware of the bad deeds, received negative comments from the public. Dimensions of the external female models fashion show in Pekanbaru. Physical self, perfect for the main requirement of a model. Moral ethical self, refusing to be grateful, not to close themselves to God. causing properties or characters that are easily affected by the surrounding environment . Self always perform imaging and lies. Self family , very close to the family , very supportive in the profession as a model . Social self is not arrogant if you meet someone who is known , friendly , nice , easy to make friends. But other things with friends in the profession (model ) , do have a sense of competition and jealousy.Keyword : Women Model, Fashion Show, and Self Consept

Abstract

Punk community is a social phenomenon that the plague, punk more famous in this appearance, the appearance of which is very prominent in this community and become characteristic of punk children. What are imposed the son of punk is not without meaning for them is a way to show of solidarity. This research aims to know the motif children become punk punk, son of punk redefining himself as punk and how others (environment) redefining punk.This research uses qualitative research method by doing fenomenologi approach. The subject in this study amounted to 9 . Data collection techniques that are grouped through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. This research uses the model of interactive data analysis Miles and Hubermen, using the technique of checking the validity of the data through an extension of the participation and triangulation.The results of this research showed that the motif punk children to become punk is looking for the meaning of freedom itself, freedom in the sense of solidarity that high against his neighbor, and they were of the independent. Although the way that they do different from other public society, they also always offers to anyone who they come across in the siege to join this community. The true meaning of himself the son of punk redefining punk they realize that people not only know the activities that they have already done for this. Punk for them is the container to continue life, because here they find the life that they do not think they will get from elsewhere. They also assess the positive punk even though viewed negatively by the people they deem not understand what it means to be punk was actually. The true meaning of others (environment : neighbors) redefining punk, namely as a group of concern because of the appearance that is causing negative ratings to their own although in actual fact punk including collection of a good man. Abstract

Working is one way to earn money in order to meet the various needs of life and hope that work activities will bring them to satisfying condition. Nowadays, at the age of emancipation of women, working is not only done by men. Women also had a space in the public community, even companies have provided a special position that is filled by women. One company that provides positions for women is PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang in Pekanbaru, where the front line is the majority position filled by women. As individuals who have multiple roles, women are required to be aligned as a woman it self and also as a career woman in her profession. Multi role that owned by women raises the perception for men. Although the reality of a career woman can be seen and felt by the public at this time, but the stigma attached to women who says women should take care of the family and raising their kids still become a tradition of the society. This research aims to determine how perceptions of male to female careers in Pekanbaru (Research on Employee PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang).The method are used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative method. Informants in this research consists of four people and data collection techniques are grouped into three sections, which are: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is using data analysis interactive model of Miles and Hubermen, that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of this research indicates that employee perception of men toward female employees at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang Pekanbaru are the perception of positive and negative perceptions. The response to female employees is positive, because of male employees are attracted by their physical appearance. Career woman personally considered by four informants as independent, strong and ambitious woman that doing some exclusion of other priorities in life. Reaction toward career woman in the form of interaction and daily activities. Relation between them is not limited about professional occasion, but also their individual relationship.Key Word : Perception, Female Career

Abstract

Converts and maintain the status of converts is not an easy thing for a teen, teen convert had to pass through a critical period like the inner struggle in deciding converting, then run consequences given people around him who did not approve of his decision, bleak in the isolate, in derision, and in exile. Teens in the know bring his personality into thinking and often experience instability or lack konsintenan, teens are also easily influenced by the surrounding environment. This study aims to reveal the communication experience of Youth converts in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects were aged 3 informant converts adolescence in Pekanbaru, obtained using purposive technique. The collection of data obtained through interviews, observation (observation) and literature.These results indicate that the motive teenage converts in Pekanbaru City consists of a motive because (Because motive) that is divine direction / guidance, the search for identity, the perception of good, feel differently. While the motive for (in order to motive) into a better human being, a sense of comfort, closer to God, faith desire. Meanings given by teenage convert to convert its status is converting is nothing in regret, converting a guidance, becoming more recognized and accepted the crowds, and became calmer. The communication experience is categorized into two, namely a pleasant communication experience such a warm welcome, supported and assisted, accepted and recognized. Communication experience unpleasant as debates, in isolate, are not recognized and in exile.Keywords: teen convert, motive, meaning, communication experience

Abstract

Sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V mengimplementasikan program CSRnya melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Program ini berbentuk pemberian pinjaman modal kerja kepada sector usaha kecil, mikro dan koperasi dengan imbal jasa ( bunga ) yang terjangkau. Didalam pelaksanaannya masih banyak keluhan atau penilaian masyarakat terhadap program pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana pelaksanaan program kadang kala terkesan hanya sekedar menyelesaikan atau mengejar terlaksananya apa yang sudah direncanakan baik fisik maupun non fisik tanpa memperhatikan dampak atau tindak lanjut dari program tersebut. Hal ini akan semakin sering kita dengar ketika pola pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat meninggalkan prinsip partisipatif (partisipatori) dalam tahapan aktivitas program. Dalam hal ini komunikasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung program pembangunan masyarakat. Banyak program di bidang pembangunan masyarakat sekitar mengalami kegagalan karena tidak disertai perencanaan komunikasi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tahap-tahap perencanaan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh PT Perkebunan Nusantara V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Perkebunan Nusantara V yang berlokasi di Pekanbaru Riau, telah melakukan atau melaksanakan perencanaan program PKBL dengan cukup baik, namun demikian masih ada tahapan-tahapan perencanaan progam yang perlu dilengkapi atau disempurnakan guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. PT Perkebunan Nusantara V belum melaksanakan perencanaan komunikasi secara khusus karena hasil lapangan belum menunjukkan secara jelas adanya perencanaan terkait sumberdaya komunikasi seperti perencanaan terhadap sumber, pesan, media dan khalayak serta efeknya. Abstract

The existence of various Islamic groups in the community that developed into a phenomenon that continues to grow today. One group was the Tablighi Jamaat. In appearance, the group Tablighi Jamaat has characteristics that resemble groups of Salafi-Wahabi. But in fact, these groups have some differences. One difference is khuruj fi sabilillah. Khuruj fi sabilillah is taking the time path of Allah by using treasure and myself, moving from one place to another to establish a friendship in the framework of propaganda and sermons, from mosque to mosque worldwide. Da'wah movement is actually not a local movement, but the movement of international propaganda which originated in India in 1926 by Maulana Muhammad Ilyas and continues to expand to all corners of the world to date. The development of the missionary movement is evidenced by the many mosques into their activities. This study aims to determine the motive, the meaning and experience of members of Tablighi Jamaat communication in implementing the khuruj sabilillah in Pekanbaru city. This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of five members of the Tablighi Jamaat in the city of Pekanbaru selected by the snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation study. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used the extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed first, the motive member of Tablighi Jamaat implement khuruj fi sabilillah in Pekanbaru City consists of a motive for (Because motive) that is orders of Allah and worried to see the condition of the people. While the motive of hope (in order to motive) that improve and encourage people to practice religion. Second, the meaning of a given member of Tablighi Jamaat against him that is jihad fi sabilillah, sacrifice for the religion, Historian life and struggle of the prophet. Third, the communication experience categorized into two communication experience fun in the form of a good reception from family, support from fellow Tablighi Jamaat, a positive response from the public and community leaders. and communication experience unpleasant form of a prohibition of family, satire and scorn of the community and community objections.Keywords:Jamaah Tabligh, symbolic interaction, Phenomenon, Khuruj fi sabilillah

Abstract

Today's information is mostly received through social media because through social media anyone can convey information does not have to be a team of journalists, thus every event that occurs in seconds through social media can be seen and known by the public. Various kinds of information that enter the public through social media cannot be ascertained the truth, sometimes there are many fake news or hoaxes that are considered true by the community so that ordinary people who do not know the truth immediately spread the hoax news, even though since 2008 the ITE law has been enacted. Although laws related to the danger of hoaxes have existed since 2008, hoax news still appears among the people in Pekanbaru. Therefore the Riau Regional Police Public Relations as law enforcement and law must have a communication strategy in informing the danger of hoaxes to the people of Pekanbaru. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. Subjects in the study were determined based on purposive sampling technique which amounted to four people consisting of members of the Riau Police Public Relations and Pekanbaru city community. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the interactive data model of Miles and Huberman by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Riau Police Public Relations had the credibility and attractiveness of the source as an expert communicator by disseminating information and having knowledge about the environment and trustworthiness, namely the Riau Police Public Relations informing the danger of hoaxes by applying the law-abiding nature. The message used consists of verbal messages, including clarity, innocence and accuracy. While nonverbal messages by giving examples of law-abiding perilau and using symbols. The media used is divided into two: internal communication media and external communication media.
