Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the role of the principal of Santo Yusuf Middle School in building an attitude of religious tolerance using a qualitative research approach. The current era of globalization and increasing cases of religious intolerance in educational institutions make this research even more important to be discussed as a solution and recommendation for school principals to optimize their leadership roles in the educational institutions they lead. This research method uses in-depth interview techniques with key informants, namely the school principal and supporting informants, namely Muslim and non-Muslim teachers. The findings of this research found that the role of the principal has a significant influence on the success of building an attitude of tolerance in schools by mobilizing the school community with the initiative to create internal guidelines, directing by equalizing mutually agreed perceptions, guiding in an accommodating manner and being a good role model, protecting rights. school community through assimilation and development programs through internal routine programs and interfaith cultural programs. This finding is also an additional option for school principals in increasing the values ​​of tolerance in schools as well as strengthening that the important role of school principals has a significant impact on the conduciveness of the work environment and improving the quality of education at large. Conduciveness through an appropriate humanitarian approach will influence the development of holistic potential students both intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, with that the potential risk of intolerance at school can be prevented and overcome.

Abstract

This research intends to investigate and assess how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The method in writing this article is a quantitative research technique, namely building theory by testing the relationship between variables. These variables can be measured and explained as instruments with relevant statistical analysis that can be interpreted. The benefit the purpose of this essay is to ascertain how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The research results reveal that this can be achieved well if the human resources within the company/organization are handled by appropriate management of human resources. It was determined that whenever there was a rise in compensation, employee morale increased. Suggestions require adjustments to compensation to increase employee morale at the South Halmahera Regency Environmental Service, both now and in the future and it is hoped that in the future it will be further improved to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel siswa sebanyak 58 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah orservasi, teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Analisis instrument meliputi uji validitas dan relibilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan  analisis korelasi  ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa  di SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat belajar  siswa SMA Negeri 9 TanaToraja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Kata kunci: Lingkungan Sekolah, Lingkungan Keluarga, Minat Belajar Siswa   Abstrak This study amis to determine the influence of the school environment and family environment on students’ in learning at SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja. This study used a quantitative method by taking a sampel of 58 students. The techniques used in data collectian are reservations, questionnaire techniques (questionnaire) and documentation. Instrument analysis includes validity and reliability tests. Data analysis  technique esed is hypothesis testing including normality test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and multiple correlation  analiysis. The  results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the school environment on students’ learning interest in SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja. There is a significant influence  od the family environment on the learning interest of SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja students. There is a significant influence of the school environment and family environment on students’interest in learning at SMA Negeri 9 Tana Toraja. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku produktif pelaku usaha nail art di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Jumlah informan penelitan sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi data yang dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) dalam memulai usaha para pelaku nail art mendapatkan suport dari keluarga; 2) dalam membuat nail art, para pelaku usaha harus memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat nail art dengan motif yang berbeda-beda; 3) penghasilan yang didapatkan oleh pelaku usaha nail art tidak menentu. Sebagai pelaku usaha nail art, memahami literasi ekonomi membantu mereka menentukan jenis komoditi yang akan mereka buat, bagaimana komoditi dibuat, dan bagaimana mempromosikan bisnis mereka. Dengan memahami ekonomi, mereka juga dapat bekerja sama dengan orang lain, bahkan dua pelaku usaha nail art yang sudah mempekerjakan karyawan mereka untuk membuat nail art. Kata kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Perilaku Produktif     Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze economic literacy on the productive behavior of nail art business actors in South Tondano District. The research method used is qualitative. The number of research informants was 5 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include: 1) in starting a business, nail art practitioners receive support from their families; 2) in making nail art, business people must have skills in making nail art with different motifs; 3) The income earned by nail art business actors is not stated. As nail artists, understanding economic literacy helps them determine the type of commodity they will make, how the commodity is made, and how to promote their business. With economic understanding, they can also work together with other people, even two nail art businesses who have employed their employees to make nail art. Abstract

This research aims to determine the source of education funding and the magnitude of the influence of these sources of educational funding on student learning outcomes. The expected benefits from this research include practical benefits, which can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for this research to explore economic education theories, and theoretical benefits as inputs for Education Office. This research used a descriptive method with correlational techniques, in which the data collected were analyzed with a correlation formula. The population was all students who received BKM (Bantuan Keluarga Miskin or Poor Family Assistance) scholarships, and the sample was taken from the entire population. The research results showed that students’ average potential was satisfactory, and education funding significantly influenced student achievement. Apart from the education funding factors, learning achievement is also determined by other factors, such as student perseverance.

Abstract

The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.

Abstract

AbstrakDari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan selama kurang lebih 3 Bulan yang bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner penelitian kepada Siswa yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan. Untuk teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji persyaratan yang harus terpenuhi antara lain uji instrumen penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik. Data dari penelitian ini berasal dari kuisioner yang telah diberikan bobot dan diolah dengan mengunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa hipotesis di dalam penelitian diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi orang tua dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat belajar siswa.Kata kunci : minat belajar siswa, motivasi orang tua, lingkungan sekolah AbstractFrom the results of research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan for approximately 3 months, the aim was to find out whether the school environment and parental motivation had an influence on students' interest in learning. This research uses a survey method derived from distributing research questionnaires to students at SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan. The research technique used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis through testing requirements that must be met, including research instrument testing and classical assumption testing. The data from this research comes from a questionnaire that has been weighted and processed using the SPSS version 23 application. Based on the research results, the researcher found that the hypothesis in the research was accepted so it can be concluded that the school environment and parental motivation can have a positive influence on students' interest in learning.Keywords: student interest in learning, parental motivation, school environment

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertanian memiliki peran sentral dalam kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan, menjadi pilar utama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dan pendapatan ekonomi. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Strategi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Cengkih Di Desa Tincep Kecamatan Sonder Kabupaten Minahasa. Adapun teknik pengelolaan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik kualitatif yang lebih menekankan analisisnya pada proses penyimpulan induktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan petani cengkih tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek ekonomi petani secara langsung, tetapi juga memberikan dampak yang meluas ke dalam masyarakat. Strategi pemasaran yang adaptif, pelatihan teknologi modern, dan peningkatan pendapatan petani berperan penting dalam menciptakan pertanian yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif pada kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Program ini dapat dianggap sebagai langkah yang signifikan menuju pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal, melibatkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, petani, dan masyarakat. Kata kunci: strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi, ekonimi petani   ABSTRACT Agriculture has a central role in the lives of rural communities, being the main pillar in meeting food needs and economic income. This research aims to determine the analysis of economic empowerment strategies for clove farmers in Tincep Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The data management technique used in the research is a qualitative technique which emphasizes the analysis on the inductive inference process. This research uses interview and observation techniques. The research results show that the clove farmer empowerment program not only directly influences the economic aspects of farmers, but also has a widespread impact on society. Adaptive marketing strategies, modern technology training, and increasing farmer incomes play an important role in creating sustainable agriculture and have a positive impact on the lives of local communities. This program can be considered a significant step towards sustainable development at the local level, involving collaboration between government, farmers and communities.
