Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku produktif pelaku usaha nail art di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Jumlah informan penelitan sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi data yang dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) dalam memulai usaha para pelaku nail art mendapatkan suport dari keluarga; 2) dalam membuat nail art, para pelaku usaha harus memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat nail art dengan motif yang berbeda-beda; 3) penghasilan yang didapatkan oleh pelaku usaha nail art tidak menentu. Sebagai pelaku usaha nail art, memahami literasi ekonomi membantu mereka menentukan jenis komoditi yang akan mereka buat, bagaimana komoditi dibuat, dan bagaimana mempromosikan bisnis mereka. Dengan memahami ekonomi, mereka juga dapat bekerja sama dengan orang lain, bahkan dua pelaku usaha nail art yang sudah mempekerjakan karyawan mereka untuk membuat nail art. Kata kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Perilaku Produktif     Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze economic literacy on the productive behavior of nail art business actors in South Tondano District. The research method used is qualitative. The number of research informants was 5 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include: 1) in starting a business, nail art practitioners receive support from their families; 2) in making nail art, business people must have skills in making nail art with different motifs; 3) The income earned by nail art business actors is not stated. As nail artists, understanding economic literacy helps them determine the type of commodity they will make, how the commodity is made, and how to promote their business. With economic understanding, they can also work together with other people, even two nail art businesses who have employed their employees to make nail art. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Dan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMP Kristen Rurukan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII di SMP Kristen Rurukan, yaitu berjumlah 55 siswa. Sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik proposional sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Teknik kuisioner (angket). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 33,3%; 2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 39,5%; 3) ada pengaruh antara keterampilan mengajar guru dan model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 83,3%

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi bisnis bagi para petani gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur. Objek penelitian ini adalah para petani gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data adalah observasi, wawancara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode observasi alami (Natural Observation) dan wawancara terpusat (focused interview). Hasil dari penelitian adalah literasi bisnis bagi petani gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur sangat diterima baik oleh masyarakat khususnya para petani. Dari penelitian ini juga didapati bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara literasi bisnis dan pertanian gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur. Kata Kunci: Literasi Bisnis, Petani Gula Semut ABSTRACT This study aims to improve business literacy for palm sugar farmers in Wanga Village, Motoling Timur District. The object of this study is palm sugar farmers in Wanga Village, Motoling Timur District. The techniques used in the data collection process are observation, interviews. This type of research is qualitative with natural observation methods and focused interviews. The results of the study are that business literacy for palm sugar farmers in Wanga Village, Motoling Timur District is very well received by the community, especially farmers. This study also found that there is a significant relationship between business literacy and palm sugar farming in Wanga Village, Motoling Timur District. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan berorganisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 72 orang sedangkan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 61. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Dari uji instrumen yang digunakan variabel X1 ( 13 item) variabel X2 (16 item) dan variabel Y (18 item) dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) Praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 52%; 2) Keaktifan siswa dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 41%; Praktik kerja lapangan dan keaktifan siwa mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bitung sebanyak 61%. Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Keaktifan Siswa, Kesiapan Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of field work practices and organizational activity together on the level of work readiness of class XII students of the Office Administration expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. This study uses a quantitative research type. The population in the study was 72 people while the sample was 61. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research instrument test used was the validity and reliability test. From the instrument test used, variable X1 (13 items) variable X2 (16 items) and variable Y (18 items) were declared valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) Field work practices (PKL) can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 52%; 2) Student activity can affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 41%; Field work practices and student activity affect student work readiness at SMKN 1 Bitung by 61%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Berkmunikasi terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan 70 sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah Teknik kuisioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian survey di analisis dengan metode analisis uji normalitas data dan metode analisis linier berganda. Dari uji instrument yang digunakan variabel X1 menggunakan 17 item, X2 menggunakan 14 item dan variabel Y menggunakan 20 item yang dimana semua variabel-variabel valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) ada pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi sebesar 45%; 2) ada pengaruh Kemampuan Komunikasi Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi 36%; 3) dan ada pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Komunikasi Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi sebesar 59%. Dan sisanya 41% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi Guru, Motivasi Belajar Siswa. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Communication Skills on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi. The research method used is a survey method with 70 samples. The techniques used in collecting this data are questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the survey research were analyzed using the data normality test analysis method and multiple linear analysis methods. From the instrument test used, variable X1 used 17 items, X2 used 14 items and variable Y used 20 items where all variables were valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) there is an influence of Principal Leadership on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi by 45%; 2) there is an influence of Teacher Communication Skills on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi 36%; 3) and there is an influence of Leadership and Teacher Communication Skills on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi by 59%. And the remaining 41% is determined by other variables that are not studied. Keywords: Leadership, Teacher Communication, Student Learning Motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the social perceptions of the millennial generation in implementing the adaptation of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods. The online survey was selected using the google form application. The data were taken from 400 respondents of State Higher Education (PTN) students in North Sulawesi as representatives of the millennial generation. The google form application is used to distribute questionnaires to target respondents. From the results of this survey, it can be explained that when the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Sulawesi millennial generation responded by perceiving several things that had been conveyed. Millennial generation respondents indicate that the level of millennial optimism for the sustainability of this life is well felt. Respondents positively respond to an optimistic attitude that routine millennial activities can still be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. Millennials in North Sulawesi also believe that the central and local governments can handle this pandemic.

Abstract

Critical thinking ability is an essential skill that students need to have to face challenges in solving problems in the modern world. This research analyzes the influence of metacognitive self-regulation and self-efficacy on students' critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 10 Malang. A sample of 72 students was selected using non-probability techniques to describe variable relationships in detail. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and metacognitive self-regulation on students' critical thinking skills, where self-efficacy has a negative impact on these skills, while metacognitive self-regulation has a significant positive impact. Statistical testing shows a significance value of 0.000 with Fcount of 63.914, greater than Ftable 3.13, indicating the simultaneous influence of the two variables on students' critical thinking skills. These results provide a new perspective on the importance of approaches that encourage students to manage their thinking processes independently and purposefully. An emphasis on metacognitive self-regulation appears to be effective in establishing better critical thinking skills, while the negative impact of too high self-efficacy indicates the need for balance in learning. These findings lead to the understanding that the development of critical skills can be achieved more optimally when students are directed not only to rely on self-confidence, but also pay attention to managing their thinking processes.

Abstract

The Influence of the School Environment and Interest in Learning on Student Learning Outcomes. The aims of this research are; 1) To determine the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes; 2) To determine the influence of learning interest on student learning outcomes; 3) To determine the influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 160 people and the sample was 40 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The instrument test in this research used validity and reliability tests. Of the 15 statements for variable X1 and 15 statements for X2 given to respondents, all were declared valid and both variables were reliable. The hypothesis test used in this research is; 1) Hypotheses 1 and 2 use simple regression, simple correlation, t test and determinant coefficient; 2) Hypothesis 3 uses multiple regression, multiple correlation, F test and determinant coefficient. The results of data analysis state that; 1) There is an influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes by 74%; 2) There is an influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes by 66%; 3) There is an influence of the school environment and interest in learning on student learning outcomes by 78%.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are a student's abilities obtained after learning activities, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. Learning outcomes are influenced by many factors including higher order thinking abilities (HOTS) and classroom management. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of HOTS on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano; 2) To determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano; 3) To determine the effect of HOTS and classroom management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano. This research is quantitative research with a total research sample of 115 people. The data analysis techniques used are regression and correlation. The research results show that; 1) There is an influence of HOTS on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano of 69%; 2) There is an influence of class management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano by 16%; 3) There is an influence of HOTS and class management on student learning outcomes at SMA 2 Tondano by 69%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Di Kelas XI SMK IPS SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI Ekonomi 1 30 dan kelas X Ekonomi 3 30. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian bahwa bila t hitung lebih kecil atau sama dengan t table maka Ho diterima, sebaliknya bila t hitung lebih besar dari t table maka Ha yang diterima. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui t hitung sebesar 2.061 dan Dengan dk= n1-n2-2= 30+30-2= 58, dengan dk 58 dan taraf kesalahan sebesar 0.05 dengan begitu t tabel sebesar 1.990. dengan demikan Ha di terima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaaan kemampuan kognitif siswa yang menggunakan Problem Based Learning dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery pada kelas XI EKO di SMA Negeri 1 Motoling.       The purpose of this study is to determine the Comparison of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model and Discovery Learning Model on Students' Cognitive Abilities in Economics and Business Subjects in Class XI SMK IPS SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. The method used in this study uses the experimental method research type. The population in this study was 249. The sample of this study consisted of two classes, namely class XI Economics 1 30 and class X Economics 3 30. The data collection method used documentation and tests. Based on the results of the study, if the calculated t is smaller or equal to the t table, Ho is accepted, conversely if the calculated t is greater than the t table, Ha is accepted. In this study, it is known that the calculated t is 2,061 and With dk = n1-n2-2 = 30 + 30-2 = 58, with dk 58 and an error rate of 0.05, so the t table is 1,990. thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In conclusion, there are differences in the cognitive abilities of students who use Problem Based Learning and Discovery Learning Models in class XI EKO at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling.
