Abstract

Children's education is a shared responsibility between schools and parents. However, parents often face obstacles in being actively involved in their children's education. This study aims to examine the effect of using mobile apps technology in improving parents' participation and involvement in their children's education. Using the literature research method, this article reviews various related studies that discuss the effects of using mobile apps technology on parents' participation and involvement in children's education.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of a teacher performance evaluation approach oriented towards professional development in enhancing the quality of education. With a focus on aspects such as constructive feedback, transparency, and teacher involvement, this approach serves not only as an assessment tool but also as a means to foster continuous growth and improvement. The discussion encompasses key aspects such as support and resources, recognition of achievements, and the positive impact on student learning experiences. Empowering teachers through active participation in the evaluation process and support for their professional development not only influences individual performance quality but also contributes to school stability. Despite implementation challenges, this approach is recognized as an investment in shaping a better future for education.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PBL) has emerged as a prominent approach in higher education to facilitate multidisciplinary problem-solving skills among students. This article explores the implementation of PBL in higher education settings and its effectiveness in fostering collaborative learning and interdisciplinary problem-solving abilities. It discusses the challenges faced in implementing PBL, such as paradigm shifts in teaching roles, logistical issues, and disparities in student readiness and motivation. Effective strategies to address these challenges, including faculty training, resource allocation, and student support, are also discussed. The discussion underscores the potential of PBL to enhance student learning experiences and prepare them for the complexities of the modern workforce.
