Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam model klasikal untuk pengembangan motorik anak usia dini di RA Menara Taufiq Bandung, Diwek, Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang berlandaskan pada paradigma post-positivisme yang digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek alam, dimana peneliti merupakan instrumen kunci dalam penelitian ini. Adapun fokus penelitian dari penelitian ini yaitu mengintegrasikan nilai pendidikan agama islam untuk pengembangan motorik anak usia dini, menstimulasi perkembangan motorik yang terintegrasi dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam dalam model klasikal, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stimulasi pengembangan fisik motorik. Pendidikan agama memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak usia dini yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran keimanan, ibadah, dan akhlak dengan stimulasi motorik kasar dan halus. Melalui kegiatan seperti bermain bola, gerakan sholat, menulis huruf hijaiyah, dan kegiatan sehari-hari lainnya, anak tidak hanya dilatih secara fisik, tetapi juga ditanamkan nilai-nilai kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan ketekunan. Guru-guru secara aktif mengamati dan mendukung minat dan bakat anak dalam suasana bermain yang edukatif. Perkembangan motorik halus anak juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti genetika dan gizi, serta faktor eksternal seperti pola asuh, kondisi sosial ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara orang tua, pendidik, dan lingkungan sangat penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar holistik yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, guna mendukung kesiapan akademis dan sosialnya di masa depan. RA ini berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keimanan, ibadah, dan akhlak dalam stimulasi motorik kasar dan halus anak melalui kegiatan seperti bermain bola, gerakan sholat, dan menulis huruf hijaiyah. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mengembangkan kemampuan fisik, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan ketekunan. Faktor internal (genetika, gizi) dan eksternal (pola asuh, lingkungan) turut memengaruhi perkembangan motorik. Kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sangat penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran holistik guna mendukung kesiapan akademis dan sosial anak di masa depan.

Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya menguatkan pemahaman Islam tentang perkembangan manusia dalam kacapandang pendidikan Islam. Pemahaman Islam yang dimaksud adalah tentang proses penguatan sumberdaya manusia. Metode literer sebagai payung metodologi dimulai dengan kritik terhadap pandangan dunia sekuler Barat, yang secara eksklusif bergantung pada empirisme dan reduksionisme. Kebergantungan ini membawa konsepsi Islam bergantung bahkan dikucilkan dalam berbagai kajian yang berdimensi spiritual. Pengucilan ini disebabkan oleh pengakuan keunggulan materialisme dalam psikologi perkembangan sekuler. Artikel ini mengambil inisiasi Al-Quran dan hadits untuk menentukan faktor, hereditas dan lingkungan dalam perkembangan bentuk pendidikan. Hasilnya berupa kritik terhadap paradigma epistemologis dan metodologis serta kerangka ilmu sosial dan perilaku Barat secara umum dengan menggunakan paradigma Islam yang khas yang didasarkan pada episteme Tawhidi

Abstract

Some focus of the research are (1) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang (2) factors of supporting and inhibiting Integrated Quality Management Implementation in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang. The purpose of discussing the main issues in writing the operational design of this paper is to escribe (1) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo,Jombang (2) factors of supporting and inhibiting Integrated Quality Management Implementation in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang. School as educational institutions is a place for educational processes that can be carried out by having a complex and dynamic system. The core activity of the school is HR (Human Resource) management. Preparation of quality human resources can be achieved only with quality education as well. All components of the education system (input, output process, outcome) must require some certain quality standards. An organization can improve and maintain its quality by building a quality improvement system, one of the quality improvement system models is TQM, Total Quality Management / Integrated Quality Management (MMT). TQM is based on customer satisfaction as the main target. Customers can be divided into internal customers and external customers. In education, internal customer is a system or doer of the educational institution itself, for example, the principal, teachers, staff, and school organizers. The researcher used a type of qualitative field research (field research) that was descriptive. The researcher used the method of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), focused discussions and documentation to collect the data.In the study, it was found that the quality of teachers in Islam Roushon Fikr was a well-chosen and well-selected teacher. To find out the level of teacher professionalism can be seen through the level of education, understanding of teacher competence, upgrading or training, and teacher competency testing. The implementation of MMT in increasing teacher professionalism is among others through teacher recruitment so, the selected teachers are skilled and creative teachers. Factors of supporting the implementation of TQM in increasing teacher professionalism are influenced by the leadership style of the principal and all supporting structures at the school. Factors of inhibiting the implementation of TQM in improving the teacher professionalism, we can say it is very little even not at all because of good performance, commitment and enjoyable environment. To realize it, the principal tried to create a healthyand pleasant work atmosphere by improving and maintaining togetherness in the group.

Abstract

Abstract: Education can not be separated from cognitive development that can grow and develop the potential in a child. In accordance with Jean Piaget's cognitive theory that in adolescence occurs at the fourth stage, namely formal operations. This study aims to determine the equilibration of cognitive development in adolescence that affects learning achievement. Through guidance, teachers can provide appropriate services to overcome problems in learning in accordance with the level of cognitive development. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative research approach and type of case study studies by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data using Miles Huberman data analysis. The results show that in equilibration cognitive development in adolescence is a balance in the ability to think at the formal operational stage which is characterized by the ability to think abstractly and logically in solving a problem through the process of adaptation, assimilation and accommodation so that optimal performance appears. Keywords: Cognitive Development, Learning Achievement, Jean Piaget Abstrak: Pendidikan tidak lepas dari perkembangan kognitif yang dapat menumbuh kembangkan potensi pada diri seorang anak. Sesuai dengan teori kognitif Jean Piaget bahwa pada masa remaja terjadi pada tahap keempat yaitu operasional formal. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekuilibrasi perkembangan kognitif pada masa remaja yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajarnya. Melalui bimbingan, guru dapat memberikan layanan yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam belajarnya sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan kognitifnya. Metodologi pada kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis kajian studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data Miles Huberman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam ekuilibrasi perkembangan kognitif pada masa remaja adalah keseimbangan dalam kemampuan berpikir pada tahap operasional formal yang ditandai dengan kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan logis dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan melalui proses adaptasi, asimilasi dan akomodasi sehingga nampak prestasi yang optimal. Abstract

Initially the term special needs emerged from special education given to students who experienced physical or psychological disabilities. There are 4 basic principles of children's rights contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child which was approved by the United Nations General Assembly on 20 November 1989 and ratified by Indonesia in 1990, namely Non-Discrimination, the Right to live, the Right to develop and the Right to to have an opinion. Learning for children with special needs requires an individualistic approach. Based on the problems above, this research has 3 research focuses: 1) What are the religiousvalues instilled in children with special needs at SLB Ma'arif NU Lamongan? 2) How do Class Teachers Efforts to Instill Religious Values in Children with Special Needs at SLB Ma'arif NU Lamongan? 3) What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in theImplementation of Instilling Religious Values in Children with Special Needs at SLB Ma'arif NU Lamongan? In this research, researchers took a qualitative research method approach. In this research, the researcher took a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem that will be discussed in this study is about how Teacher Personality Competence is Based on Character Education in the book of Adab Al-Dunya wa Al-Din. Based on these problems, this study aims to find out how Teacher Personality Competence is Based on Character Education in the Book of Adab Al-Dunya wa Al-Din. Based on its characteristics, the research is library research which is classified as a qualitative research method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely by emphasizing its analysis on the process of concluding comparisons and on the analysis of the dynamics of the relationship of the phenomena observed using scientific logic. Almost all research figures agree that data collection in qualitative research is done by interviews, observation and documentation studies. In the context of library research, the interviews and observations were changed to text and discourse analysis. Based on the results of the study which consisted of three research focuses, namely: First, Teacher Personality in the Book of Adab al-Dunya wa al-Din which contains things that need to be studied or maybe emulated about having humble qualities and not being arrogant, teaching the knowledge they know , knowing one's own capacity, practicing their knowledge, not being stingy with their knowledge and recognizing the potential of their students. Second, Character Education in the Book of Adab al-Dunya wa al-Din which contains things that need to be studied or maybe emulated by teachers about being not boring, being obedient and contributing to leaders and being assertive, maintaining the sanctity of material that is doubtful, teaching because hoping for the pleasure of Allah SWT, advising, loving, providing convenience and helping students, not being rude, insulting and taking their students for granted, and not making their students despair. Third, about matters relating to teacher personality competencies based on character education in the book Adab al-Dunya wa al-Din.

Abstract

Religious literacy and religious moderation have become very important topics to be studied since the emergence of religious extremism and radicalism which has the potential to cause religious disharmony. This is influenced by the individual's religious understanding which is also related to the individual's ability to absorb information and understand religious facts in a social context. To find this out, peril is designed an assessment instrument. This study aims to 1) Develop a literacy assessment of religious moderation as an effort to measure the extent to which students and teachers are literate in terms of religious moderation. 2) Determine the validity of the assessment instrument. This research is a development research using the Plomp model which consists of 4 stages, namely the initial assessment stage, the design stage, the construction stage and the test stage, evaluation and revision. The assessment instrument was validated by 3 expert judgments with the subject of the trial being 20 students and 10 teachers at MI Al Ittihad Jogoroto Jombang. The wide-scale trial was 45 upper-class students of MI Al Ittihad. The product of this research is an assessment instrument in the form of questionnaires and tests. The results of the development show that the average validity and reliability indicate high criteria and are appropriate to be used to measure religious moderation literacy at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level.   Keywords: Instrument Development, Asessment, Religious Moderation Literacy

Abstract

This activity aims to revitalise the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers in improving the effectiveness of learning, caregiving, and counselling services through a genetic intelligence approach. The study was conducted at MTs Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng Jombang as part of a Community Service Programme (PKM). Observations and interviews identified three main problems: (1) 19 out of 21 teachers experienced difficulties in implementing differentiated learning due to challenges in recognising students’ characteristics; (2) student conflicts in the form of violence or bullying were not handled optimally; and (3) 4 out of 5 counselling teachers had not yet fully understood students’ potential and problems. The intervention was carried out through training in genetic intelligence based on the STIFIn intelligence model and learning strategies tailored to students’ characteristics. This community service programme consisted of (1) Genetic Intelligence Training, and (2) Learning Strategy Training. Experimental quantitative statistical tests through pre-test and post-test results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding, with an average post-test score increase of 15% in genetic intelligence training and 19% in learning strategy training. The training had a positive impact on enhancing teachers’ competences in (a) recognising students’ potential and learning styles, (b) resolving student conflicts, and (c) providing more targeted and effective counselling services. Furthermore, this approach can be disseminated to other similar educational institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This article intends to describe the contribution of pesantren in educating thelife of the nation in the perpective of Pesantren Tebuireng. History has proven that therole and contribution of pesantren in the life of the nation and state, especiallyeducation. The role of pesantren in the national education system is as a major pillar.Its contribution in national education is not only administrative but also substantiveaspects of morality. As a pillar of national education, pesantren is able to worktogether in solving national problems through the role of education. Instilling nationalideology through education is part of the role of pesantren through the doctrine ofpesantren values. Various types of pesantren, both salaf and modern, all contribute tobuilding character in society. Because the basic character of pesantren is moral-basedhuman development. Pesantren Tebuireng is one of thousands of Islamic boardingschools that have an important role in educating the life of the nation.
