Abstract

The local health office managed to collect data on postpartum women, including postpartum women, including 3000 physiological postpartum women, and postpartum women with problems, including 60 postpartum women who experienced uterine atony, 445 people. experienced breast milk dams, 4112 postpartum women experienced bleeding, 150 postpartum women experienced uterine involution, 100 postpartum women experienced dizziness, 25 postpartum women experienced an increase in body temperature and 266 postpartum women experienced mastitis. Based on the data from the Preliminary Study that I did at BPM Diana Ariyanti, I got data for the period May - August 2020, it was found that there were 19 postpartum mothers who experienced breast milk dams and for the period September - December 2020, 32 postpartum mothers received and who experienced breast milk dams. as many as 21 breastfed people. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between postpartum mother's knowledge about breastfeeding techniques and the occurrence of breast milk dams in the Working Area of the Aji Building Health Center, Tulang Bawang Regency in 2021.This type of research is quantitative. This type of research is descriptive correlation with the aim of knowing the relationship between one variable and another by using a cross sectional design. In this study, the number of samples to be taken were 32 respondents from postpartum mothers, total population technique. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data using chi square.good knowledge as many as 14 people (43.8%), and poor knowledge as many as 18 (56.2%). 15 respondents (46.9%) did not experience breast milk dam, and 17 respondents (53.1%) had breast milk dam. The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.005 (0.05), which means that there is a relationship between postpartum mother's knowledge about breastfeeding techniques and the occurrence of breast milk dams in the Working Area of the Puskesmas Gedung Aji, Tulang Bawang Regency in 2021, with an Odds Ratio of 12.833 which means that the respondents' knowledge is not good. will be 13 times at risk of experiencing breast milk dam. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as input for and improvement of programs related to the implementation of prevention of breast milk dams in their respective Puskesmas Working Areas. In addition, increasing exposure can also be done by presenting PPT or leaflets related to the handling and prevention of breast milk dams

Abstract

Anemia kehamilan dapat terjadi karena perubahan normal yang terjadi selama kehamilan. Hasil Riskesdas 2018 menyatakan bahwa di Indonesia sebesar 48,9% ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Sebanyak 84,6% anemia pada ibu hamil terjadi pada kelompok umur 15-24 tahun. Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat diobati secara farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Salah satu pengobatan anemia non farmakologis adalah dengan mengkonsumsi ubi jalar. Manis merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman umbi-umbian yang kandungan karbohidratnya tinggi. Tujuan penlitian ini diketahui pengaruh pemberian konsumsi ubi jalar terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobinpada ibu hamil TM I-III.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest – posttest design,, populasi sampel adalah rata-rata kunjungan ibu hamil pada 3 bulan terakhir periode bulan Oktober-Desember 2020 sebanyak 54 responden, teknik sampling purposive sampling, analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan t-tes.Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil TM I-III sebelum diberi ubi jalar dengan Mean 10,378 Standar Deviasi 0,3843 dan Standar Eror 0,0906. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil TM I-III sesudah diberi ubi jalar dengan Mean 10,528 Standar Deviasi 0,3444 dan Standar Eror 0,0812. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P-value = 0.000 (0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pemberian konsumsi ubi jalar terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobinpada ibu hamil TM I-III di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Dewi Anggraeni, SST Krui Pesisir Barat Tahun 2021. Ibu hamil diharapkan hendaknya untuk aktif mencari informasi terkait makanan yang banyak mengandung zat besi dan dapat meningkatkan Hb ibu hamil. ABSTRACTAnemia of pregnancy can occur due to the normal changes that occur during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sweet potato consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with TM I-III.This type of research is quantitative, quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest – posttest design approach, the sample population is the average visit of pregnant women in the last 3 months of the October-December 2020 period as many as 54 respondents, purposive sampling technique, univariate and bivariate data analysis using t-test.The average hemoglobin level in pregnant women TM I-III before being given sweet potato with a Mean 10.378 Standard Deviation 0.3843 and Standard Error 0.0906. The average hemoglobin level in pregnant women TM I-III after being given sweet potatoes with a Mean of 10.528 Standard Deviation 0.3444 and Standard Error 0.0812. The results of the statistical test obtained a P-value = 0.000 (0.05), which means that there is an effect of sweet potato consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women TM I-III in Dewi Anggraeni Midwife Independent Practice, SST Krui Pesisir Barat in 2021. Pregnant women It is hoped that they should actively seek information related to foods that contain lots of iron and can increase the Hb of pregnant women

Abstract

Indonesia umur 6-23 bulan tidak mengkonsumsi makanan pendamping ASI yang memadai dan 37% dari anak-anak balita di Indonesia menderita gizi buruk dalam bentuk stunting. Anak yang mengalami stunting menghadapi hambatan belajar di sekolah, berpenghasilan lebih rendah ketika dewasa dan cenderung mewariskan siklus kemiskinan antar generasi. Pemberian MP-ASI dengan tepat dan benar akan mendukung tumbuh kembang bayi baik kognitif, psi­komotorik dan menumbuhkan kebiasaan makan yang baik. Tujuan penlitian ini diketahui pengaruh praktik pemberian makanan pendamping air  susu ibu (MP-ASI) terhadap pertumbuhan berat badan bayi 7 bulan di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Datarajan Kecamatan Ulubelu Kabupaten Tanggamus  Tahun 2021.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (experimental), metode quasi eksperiment dengan desain pretest-posttest with control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  bayi 7 bulan di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Datarajan Kecamatan Ulubelu Kabupaten Tanggamus yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sebanyak 30 responden. teknik sampling purposive sampling, penelitian menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat t-tes indepdnen.Rata-rata berat badan bayi 7 bulan sebelum diberi praktik pemberian makanan pendamping air  susu ibu (MP-ASI) dengan mean 9,233 pada kelompok intervensi dan mean 8,593 pada kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata berat badan bayi 7 bulan sesudah diberi praktik pemberian makanan pendamping air  susu ibu (MP-ASI) dengan mean 9,740 pada kelompok intervensi dan mean 8,773 pada kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan tes-independen didapat nilai p-value 0,008 (α<0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh praktik pemberian makanan pendamping air  susu ibu (MP-ASI) terhadap pertumbuhan berat badan bayi 7 bulan di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Datarajan Kecamatan Ulubelu Kabupaten Tanggamus  Tahun 2021. Bagi Posyandu Dahlia Desa Datarajan Kecamatan Ulubelu, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wacana baru untuk memberikan kegiatan pengajaran praktik pembuatan MP-ASI. ABSTRACTIndonesians aged 6-23 months do not consume adequate complementary foods and 37% of children under five in Indonesia suffer from malnutrition in the form of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the practice of giving complementary feeding to breast milk (MP-ASI) on the weight growth of a 7-month-old baby at the Dahlia Posyandu, Datarajan Village, Ulubelu District, Tanggamus Regency in 2021.This research is an experimental research (experimental), quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design with control group. The sample in this study was a 7-month-old baby at the Dahlia Posyandu, Datarajan Village, Ulubelu District, Tanggamus Regency who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, as many as 30 respondents. purposive sampling technique, research using univariate analysis and bivariate independent t-test.The average weight of infants 7 months before being given complementary feeding practices with breast milk (MP-ASI) with a mean of 9,233 in the intervention group and a mean of 8,593 in the control group. The average weight of infants 7 months after being given complementary feeding practices (MP-ASI) with a mean of 9,740 in the intervention group and a mean of 8,773 in the control group.
