Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan melalui program Tahfidzul Qur'an untuk meningkatkan karakter religius siswa di Ponpes Moderen Zamzam Integrated Islamic School (PPM ZIIS) Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ponpes Moderen Zam-zam Islamic School (PPM ZIIS). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara. Observasi dan dokumentasi secara langsung di lokasi. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa konsep pendidikan karakter di sekolah Islam terpadu zamzam modern adalah melalui konsistensi dan pembiasaan. Proses pembentukan karakter religius yaitu dengan cara melalui rutinitas hafalan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an sehingga siswa menjadi terbiasa dengan kegiatan atau rutinitas yang baik dan kebiasaan yang baik maka akan menjadi karakter yang religius. Proses evaluasi hafalan akan menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan karakter religius yang dibentuk melalui lulusan Tahfidzul Qur'an, semakin banyak siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan baik dalam membaca dan mengulang hafalan maka akan menjadi terbiasa.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire technique using a Likert scale, with 46 teachers as respondents. With the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and work ethic on teacher performance, mediated by work motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Rao. Data were analyzed using statistical methods with TCR descriptively and using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study prove that partially the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. There is a significant positive influence between work ethic on teacher work motivation. The author suggests that the management of SMP Negeri 1 Rao always improves the quality of the existing work environment and work ethic, so as to maintain and increase teacher work motivation, so that teacher performance will be better in the future.Keywords: Work environment, work ethic, work motivation and teacher performance

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman berperan besar dalam ekonomi Indonesia. Roti sebagai salah satu produk makanan termasuk kategori fast mover consumer goods dan perishable product yang dijual cepat, harga relatif murah, namun cepat kadaluarsa dengan siklus hidup yang Terkhusus bagi Ikobana Bakery, yang memproduksi roti Jepang dengan tekstur lembut berbahan premium dan varian banyak perlu strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen yang dibeli secara bersamaan baik saat promosi maupun penjualan reguler, sehingga diketahui produk yang paling sering dibeli dan akhirnya dapat memberikan strategi pemasaran berdasarkan perilaku pembelian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah market basket analysis algoritma apriori menggunakan data transaksi dari Januari 2022 sampai dengan Agustus 2023, sejumlah 1000 data penjualan promosi dan 4593 data penjualan reguler. Bahasa pemrograman Python digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan 17 aturan asosiasi untuk penjualan promosi dengan minimum support 40% dan minimum confidence 60%, serta 11 aturan untuk penjualan reguler dengan minimum support 20% dan minimum confidence 55%. Roti sosis mayonaise menonjol sebagai produk penting dengan nilai consequent support tinggi yaitu sebesar 36,2% pada penjualan promosi dan 29,3% pada penjualan reguler. Pada produk rekomendasi yaitu roti melon pan terdapat perilaku konsumen yang menginginkan produk ini pada saat penjualan promosi 2 kali lipat lebih besar aturan yang terbentuk dibandingkan pada saat penjualan regular. Rekomendasi pemasaran termasuk strategi product bundling dan price bundling untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the halal product among Muslim communities in Japan. Japan provides many facilities to serve halal food in Japan to show enthusiasm become a world role model of halal products. The Muslim community in Japan practices online transactions between them and they bought halal products in e-commerce by word of mouth. Most of the halal products in Japan are imported from Muslim countries. For the Indonesian Muslim community in Japan, e- trust becomes an important instrument for deciding to buy online halal products. Descriptive qualitative research is conducted to describe the fact, conditions, and phenomena regarding the halal industry in Japan. The result shows that the Muslim community in Japan needs the availability of halal products and services. E-trust and e-services to a halal online store became an important role to influence the Muslim community in Japan in making transactions.

Abstract

Lawang merupakan salah satu nagari yang terdapat di Kecamatan Matur, Kabupaten Agam, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. Nagari Lawang memiliki UMKM dengan jenis usaha yang beragam. Selain dikenal sebagai daerah penghasil tebu dan gula merah, nagari ini juga menghasilkan berbagai produk lainnya seperti kacang goreng/kacang barandang, kerupuk ubi saka, minuman air tebu, nasi tangguli, kapelo bauok, tumbang, souvenir dan kerajinan anyaman. Meskipun usaha ini merupakan usaha turun temurun, namun banyak diantaranya yang sulit berkembang. Berbagai permasalahan sering dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usaha, diantaranya manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan SDM yang belum baik, jangkauan pemasaran yang masih terbatas dan belum memiliki branding serta packaging untuk produknya, pemasaran masih secara konvensional. Tujuan diadakan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan serta keterampilan pelaku UMKM dibidang produksi, manajemen usaha, SDM dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan berupa ceramah, praktek dan diskusi. Peserta pelatihan adalah pelaku UMKM di Nagari Lawang. Sebelum pelatihan dilakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta dan setelah pelatihan dilakukan post test untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta dalam menyerap materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 85% dari peserta paham terhadap materi pelatihan, mereka mengerti bagaimana mengelola usaha dan sumber daya manusia yang baik, memahami pentingnya merek dan kemasan bagi produknya, serta manfaat pemasaran digital. 10% dari peserta pelatihan berhasil membuat akun di Google business dari smartphone mereka masing-masing. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan keberlanjutannya sehingga kedepannya keberadaan UMKM ini dapat meningkatkan potensi Nagari Lawang secara keseluruhan

Abstract

MSMEs are small and medium enterprises managed by one or more people with simple business management with various kinds of problems. Like in this Sago refill boiled water business where the management of the business is not in accordance with the prevailing theory, such as the leadership is not yet clear because everyone in the business is the leader, therefore this business is not well managed, besides that, there is also a production problem, there is no specified target. per day, while the demand is high, sometimes the demand cannot be fulfilled by the business manager. Furthermore, the problem of product marketing is still local and has not been fulfilled by business managers. Based on this, the author is interested in using this title as a community service activity while this business has the potential to be developed in the Sago Halaban Payakumbuh area. In this community service, the author uses counseling and guidance methods which include lectures and guidance 245%, role play 25%, active learning 15% and participation 15%.

Abstract

Unggan weaving is a superior product of Sijunjung Regency and is a priority in the Sijunjung Regency Industrial Development Plan. The aim of the activity is to develop the ability to design Unggan weaving motifs digitally and optimize Unggan weaving production. The method used is a training and mentoring method with quantitative measurement of the success of activities. The activity stages begin with the preparation stage and continue with the implementation stage, namely with motif design training and production assistance to increase product capacity. Every activity is monitored and evaluated to see the success of the activity. The result of the training activities was that 10 craftsmen were trained in designing. The activities carried out are able to increase the ability of entrepreneurs/craftsmen to design motifs digitally, so that the motifs created become more varied with attractive color combinations. The availability of new non-machine looms (ATBM) will increase production capacity. Activities are also able to increase production with the availability of yarn spinning equipment, which will streamline raw material acquisition costs and reduce dependence on raw material suppliers. This activity will continue until 2025 to 2026, so it could have an impact on partners' business performance. The obstacles faced by craftsmen are limited to getting used to designing digitally and needing further training and assistance. From the activities carried out, it can be concluded that craftsmen are able to design digitally and increase production capacity. Craftsmen are expected to use yarn spinning equipment and this could become a new business activity, namely providing yarn spun at CV. Lansek Manih at a cheaper price than yarn suppliers from Silungkang or Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this paper is to examine the factors that can predict students' memorable experience in a private university in Padang, West Sumatera. More specifically, it aims to examine the direct and indirect relationship between university reputation, student satisfaction and students' memorable experiences. In addition, this study also aims to know what the most important predictor of students’ memorable experience is. The study employed a quantitative survey to collect data as the questionnaires of the study were distributed to 300 students from a private university in Padang. Smart PLS-SEM version 3.2.8 was used as the software tool to analyze the data of the study. The results showed that university reputation had a positive and significant effect on students' memorable experiences and was a strong predictor of students' memorable experiences. University reputation was also found to be an important variable for memorable student experiences. This study gives the contribution to the body of knowledge through the theoretical framework that established the link between memorable student’s experience and its determinants; student’s satisfaction and university reputation. Additionally, this study provides the opportunity to scholars to theoretically connect student’s satisfaction, university reputation, on memorable student’s directly or indirectly through the mediating effect of university reputation. This present study is distinct from others by identifying, filling, and examining gaps, and provides new academic and practical contributions to the body knowledge. The research highlights the important role of university reputation in establishing memorable student's experience, and this indicates that for a private university students in “one” private university in Padang are more concerned about university reputation rather than any other factors that are examined in this study. Therefore, it is highly recommended for private education providers to concentrate more on university reputation by establishing good accreditation and positive image at the top of university management concern and as a priority strategy to generate a high memorable student experience.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable using a quantitative method. The research aims to determine the effect of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This study employs a survey method with a quantitative approach, where data was collected from 96 respondents who are thrifting consumers. The population in this study consists of all consumers who purchase fashion thrifting in Padang City, with an unknown exact number, and the research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to all respondents, which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Least Square). The results show that lifestyle has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions, although this effect becomes stronger when mediated by purchase intention. The intervening variable test indicates that purchase intention strengthens the relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions. Thus, purchase intention serves as a significant intervening variable in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan berulang wisatawan milenial ke Bukittinggi. Yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan milenial yang melakukan kunjungan ke Bukittinggi. Adapun jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 96 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer bersumber dari pendapat masing-masing sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, untuk mengetahui respon sampel penelitian mengenai pengaruh Push faktor dan Pull faktor terhadap minat kunjungan berulang wisatawan milenial. Sedangkan data sekunder bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal sebelumnya, buku, media internet, annual report . Data primer yang didapat kemudian dianalisa dengan cara melakukan pengujian dengan teknik analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa factor pendorong dan factor penarik memberikan pengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kunjungan berulang wisatawan milenial ke Bukittinggi.
