Abstract

In this final project, a lifting device was designed for the installation of molds on the Arburg 420 C plastic injection machine due to the problems with the large dimensions of the molds that could not be installed on the machine. Therefore the purpose of this final project is to create a lifting equipment degin for the installation of a 500mm X 400mm dimension mold that can lift the mold with a maximum weight of 700kg. in this final project, Auto CAD software is used to draw 2D designs and Solidworks to analyze the stress analysis. The method used is VDI 2222 methode. This method is carried out in 4 stages: plan, concept, design, and finish. The result of this final project is a lifting equipment is able to lift the molds with a maximum weight of 700kg. techically the frame of this tool is able to lift the molds with a maximum load of 1 tonne.

Abstract

Rencana anggaran biaya jalan (RAB) adalah cara menghitung biaya jalan dan dengan harga tersebut jalan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai rencana. Dalam memperkirakan harga material dan upah tenaga kerja, di Indonesia menggunakan analisis harga satuan dan upah berdasarkan buku atau peraturan BOW (Burgeslijke Open Werken). Namun sebagian besar desainer masih sering menggunakan metode BOW untuk menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan, karena koefisien yang digunakan lebih tinggi sehingga dapat mencapai keuntungan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode SNI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kegiatan studi kasus. Peneliti melakukan studi kasus untuk meneliti biaya pembangunan peningkatan Jalan Rigid Beton di Dusun Longkrang Desa Banjarharjo. hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah di lakukan penulis maka dapat disimpulkan yaitu biaya kontruksi peningkatan jalan di Dusun Longkrang Desa Banjarharjo panjang 650 meter dengan menggunakan metode SNI sebesar Rp. 1.725.071.292,73 sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode BOW sebesar Rp. 1.823.196.880,00. Di dapat perbandingan biaya konstruksi antara metode SNI dengan BOW sebesar Rp.98.125.587,27.

Abstract

Halaqoh is a learning system that has an important role to play in the development of academic and spiritual competence in the darul fiqhi boarding house. In the abstract, it will be discussed the significance, methods, and results of the implementation of halaqoh in the boarding school. Halaqoh is a religious discussion forum that is held regularly in boarding schools, where santri gathers to discuss religious issues, to understand religious texts, and to explore spiritual values. These methods of learning enable santri to interact directly with educators and fellow santri, facilitate a deep understanding of islamic doctrine, and promote moral and ethical values. The implementation of halaqoh has had a positive impact on the development of academic and spiritual competence in the darul fiqhi boarding house. Santri became more adept at learning religious teachings, improved in speaking and discussion skills, and integrated religious values into everyday life. The result was that santri not only excelled in academic aspects, but also had strong spiritual depth. In the context of islamic education, halaqoh in the darul fiqhi boarding house became a successful model of blending academic and spiritual education. It provides a solid foundation for santri to be a competent and ethical leader in society, and it makes the boarding school an educational institution that contributes to the formation of a faithful and knowledgeable generation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNitrogen is a basic compound in the chemical industry. Nitrogen is an inert gas compound so it is suitable for various applications covering various aspects of manufacturing, processing, handling and shipping chemicals. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of impurities, pressure and air flow rate on the purity of nitrogen gas products produced using the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) method, then carry out a comparison or simulation of actual field data with Aspen Adsorption V.10. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the data in this research is field operational data and data collection techniques are carried out periodically through data log sheets. From the research results, it was found that Purity in October to November 2023 on October 5 and 27 was 99.98%, with a flow of 52.2 Nm3/h, while for November there was 98.01% (purity) with flow 105.0 Nm3/h. And after carrying out simulations using Aspen Adsorption V.10 and varying the input data, Purity was obtained at 99.98%, 99.97%, 99.91% with a flow of 100 Nm3/h, 150 Nm3/h, 200 Nm3/h or 0, 4461 kmol/s, 0.6692 kmol/s, 0.8992 kmol/s in Aspen Adsorption V.10 applications.Keywords: Nitrogen, Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), Aspen Adsorption, Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Making lotion from Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and Aloe Vera to which an emulsifier has been added requires antimicrobial ingredients, because the water phase facilitates the growth of microorganisms. The presence of methyl paraben preservative is very important in oil-in-water emulsions, because the shelf life of the product will last longer. This research aims to determine the effect of span 60 on homogeneity properties. The physical properties of the lotion include homogeneity test, pH test, viscosity test and specific gravity test based on SNI-16-3499-1996. The experimental process was carried out with varying weights of span 60 (sorbitan monostearate) 1 mg, 3 mg, 5 mg, 7 mg, methyl paraben with varying weights of 1.5 mg, 2 mg, 2.5 mg, 3 mg and a stirring time of 21 minutes. Abstract

Tujuan Proyek tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengembangkan, membuat, serta mengetahui untuk kerja dari trainer pengendali motor listrik 3 fasa sebagai modul praktikum di laboratium politeknik sukabumi Alat ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiwa memahami pengendalian motor listrik AC 3 fasa. Pembuatan Proyek tugas  Akhir ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perancangan yang terdiri dari komponen, bentuk trainer, bahan, ukuran dan design rangkaian, (2) pembuatan yang meliputi pembuatan tiang dan pemasangan komponen pada akrilik, (3) Tahap selanjutnya adalah pengujian fungsionalitas dan kinerja alat (4) implementasi alat ini digunakan sebagai modul praktik di di laboratium politeknik sukabumi   Trainer ini dikemas dalam bentuk tiang sehingga trainer ini bisa dibawa dan digunakan dimana saja dan tidak memakan tempat yang terlalu banyak untuk sebuah trainer. Hasil pengujian menunjukan trainer ini dapat digunakan dengan baik. Semua komponen bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Trainer mampu menjalankan rangkaian: (1) bintang segitiga secara otomatis, (2) membalik arah putaran motor 3 fasa, (3) menjalankan motor 3 fasa secara berurutan, (4) menjalankan motor 3 fasa secara bersamaan trainer.

Abstract. The study was conducted in two cycles, consisting of: planning, implementation, analysis, reflection. The first cycle is obtained, the students activity consider the teacher's explanation 57.14%, using the laboratory equipment of 22.86%. cooperation between students in the group 28.57%, asking questions11.43%, answering teachers questions 45.71%, expressed ideas 8.57%, draw conclusions 42.85%. make reporting 51.43%, punctuality 42.86%. Learning outcomes mean 66.60, highs 79.00, lows 53.00, classical completeness 57.14%. In the second cycle of the student activity increased to 94.28%. Abstract

Permasalahan yang kerap dihadapi para petani salah satunya adalah hama tikus yang menyebabkan kegagalan panen bagi para petani. Petani sudah berupaya mengurangi hama tikus dengan memasang perangkap menggunkaan racun dan penyengat listrik, akan tetapi upaya tersebut belum memberikan dampak yang signifkan dan tidak aman. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk dapat membantu masyarakat mengenai program kerja sawah bebas hama, maka dibuat suatu sosialisasi yang merangkul komunitas tani untuk dapat mengaplikasikan alat pembasmi hama khususnya hama tikus kepada masyarakat Desa Delingan, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode yang digunakan adalah alat ini memiliki ketahanan baterai rata rata selama 25 jam yang bersumber dari energi matahari.  Alat pembasmi tikus ini kemudian menghasilkan gelombang ultrasonik yang berfungsi untuk mengganggu tikus – tikus yang ada di sawah. Hasil yang didapatkan, dalam waktu 3 minggu tikus yang berada di sawah mati terkena sengatan dari alat pembasmi tikus itu sebanyak 7 ekor. Dengan adanya alat pembasmi tikus menggunakan sumber energi matahari ini, petani tidak perlu khawatir mengenai banyaknya hama tikus dan tersengat listrik karena alat yang digunakan sangat aman.

Abstract

Kegiatan penerapan ipteks ini bertujuan menyelesaikan persoalan prioritas yang dihadapi sebagian warga Desa Kuala, yang mengalami krisis air bersih, akibat buruknya kualitas sumber air baku warga yang bersifat payau, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup mereka. Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan adalah menyediakan sistem penyediaa air bersih berbiaya murah, dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya air tawar, di desa mereka sendiri, sebagai solusi alternatif untuk menangani permasalahan air bersih yang dihadapi warga. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan, meliputi: (1) Penyediaan jaringan perpipaan; (2) Pembuatan reservoir induk, serta; (3) Penyiapan titik akses air bersih. Untuk mempersiapkan skill warga, dilakukan pelatihan transfer ipteks kepada mitra, berupa pelatihan teknik pengoperasian dan maintenance, sehingga mitra mampu mengoperasikan dan merawat paket iptek yang dikembangkan. Dari kegiatan PKM, telah dihasilkan suatu sistem penyedia air bersih yang dapat memenuhi sebagian kebutuhan warga terhadap air bersih.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of using an inline system on the water supply of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). With the increasing need for clean water in the community, the effectiveness of the water distribution system becomes very important. The research method used is a quantitative approach with experimental and observational designs. The research sample consisted of 200 PDAM customers who were randomly selected from areas that use inline and non-inline systems. Data were collected through questionnaires, direct measurements of water quality, and documentation from PDAM. The results of the analysis show that the use of an inline system has a significant effect on the quantity and quality of water supply. Customers who use the inline system experience increased water pressure and clarity, as well as more stable pH parameters compared to customers who do not use the inline system. These findings indicate that the implementation of an inline system can improve the efficiency of water distribution and meet the community's need for clean water. This study provides recommendations for PDAM to consider expanding the implementation of the inline system in an effort to improve service to customers.
