Abstract

Live pigs are still the mainstay of livestock sub-sector exports inIndonesia. Although pig farming in Indonesia has competitivenessin the international market, its productivity shows a decliningcondition. The purpose of this research is to measure the level oftechnical efficiency of small-scale pig breeding and fatteningbusinesses. The data used come from the results of the FarmHousehold Survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics(BPS). The survey was conducted in 20 provinces in Indonesia,with a sample size of 6,681 small-scale or household-scale pigfarming. The research used the Stochastic Production Frontier(SPF) model to measure the level of technical efficiency of pigfarming and used the maximum likelihood method to estimate it. The results showed that the level of technical efficiency of pigfarming is relatively low. The average technical efficiency level offattening pig farming is higher than that of the breeding. Thefactors of farming experience, market orientation, and feed typecombination have a positive influence in improving efficiency. Public policies that improve pig farmers' access to farm inputs andmarkets are expected to significantly improve the productivity ofsmall-scale pig farming.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berpotensi dalam pengembangan kopi Robusta dengan roduktivitas sebesar 875 kg/ha. Keterlibatan lembaga-lembaga pemasaran yang melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi pemasaran mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan harga kopi Robusta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi saluran pemasaran, pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi pemasaran, dan efisiensi saluran pemasaran kopi Robusta di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 50 responden petani dengan metode purposive sampling dan 12 lembaga pemasaran dengan metode snowball sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif untuk saluran dan fungsi lembaga pemasaran. Metode analisis kuantitatif untuk menghitung marjin pemasaran, farmer’s share, rasio keuntungan dan biaya, serta efisiensi pemasaran yang kemudian dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua jenis saluran pemasaran kopi Robusta di Kabupaten Bogor, yaitu saluran pemasaran umum dan khusus. Adapun yang membedakannya yaitu perlakuan yang diberikan pada green beans yang dihasilkan. Saluran pemasaran umum yang terdiri dari saluran pemasaran 1, 2, dan 3 berasal dari petik asalan, sedangkan saluran pemasaran khusus yang terdiri dari saluran pemasaran 4 dan 5 berasal dari petik merah. Efisiensi relatif pada saluran pemasaran umum berada pada saluran pemasaran 3 dengan nilai marjin dan tingkat efisiensi pemasaran terkecil, sedangkan pada saluran pemasaran khusus berada pada saluran pemasaran 4 dan merupakan saluran pemasaran yang dominan. Adopsi teknologi, perbaikan infrastruktur, dan optimalisasi keberadaan kelompok tani menjadi masukan untuk memaksimalkan kualitas dan kuantitas green beans.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influenced the production of roses and the level of technical, allocative, and economic efficiencies of rose farming in Central Java along with the factors that influenced them. This study employed Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) and dual cost reduction methods. The findings of this study indicate that only three variables had a significant effect on rose production in Central Java, namely land area, number of plants, and chemical fertilizers. Furthermore, in terms of the level of efficiency, rose farming in Central Java had been said to be technically efficient but had not been considered to be efficient in terms of its allocation and economic factors with an average score of technical, allocative, and economic efficiencies of 0.82, 0.33, and 0.28. Socio-economic factors that significantly affected technical inefficiency were the source of seeds, business assistance, and partnership. Meanwhile, the variables that had a significant effect on allocative inefficiency and economic inefficiency were the proportion of self-financing sources, farmers group membership, and partnerships. Abstract

Potensi Kabupaten Bogor untuk pengembangan kopi Robusta pada faktanya melibatkan beberapa lembaga pemasaran yang melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi pemasaran. Pelaksanaan fungsi pemasaran menjadikan adanya penambahan nilai produk, sehingga terdapat perbedaan harga ditingkat produsen dan konsumen. Keterbatasan petani dalam mengakses dan menjangkau pasar konsumen akhir menjadi alasan dalam keterlibatan lembaga pemasaran. Policy brief ini sebagai langkah strategis dalam optimasi peran stakeholder dan policy maker dalam kegiatan pemasaran kopi Robusta di Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Hydroponic Nutrition Garden at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Depok is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Kimia Farma that utilizes the potential of Islamic boarding schools to support the development of economic independence at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Depok. The demand for hydroponic vegetables in this nutrition garden continues to increase, but the amount of production has not met this demand, therefore it needs development. The purpose of this research is to see the feasibility of the company after development. The method used in this research is to look at financial and non-financial aspects. The results of the analysis on non-financial aspects state that the development of a hydroponic vegetable business is feasible based on market, technical, management, legal, social, economic, cultural, and environmental aspects. Results of financial aspect analysis based on NPV with a value of Rp. 140,052,675 and Rp. 205,508,544, IRR with a value of 57% and 68%, Net B/C with a value of 6.43 and 6.96, Payback Period with a period of 1 year 8 months and 1 year 6 months, and Incremental Net Benefit with a value of Rp. 65,455,869 show that the business is feasible to run either without or with development.

Abstract

Kang Asrok is a small micro-business engaged in the food processing industry, namely rangicok, which uses rangginang as a basic ingredient that is innovated with various flavors to become today's food that maintains the existence of traditional food. This study aims to analyze internal and external environmental factors: weaknesses, strengths, threats, and opportunities, formulate strategic alternatives and formulate business strategy priorities that can be a recommendation for Kang Asrok. This study uses primary data from the questionnaire of 3 experts, observation and interview with the owner, and an online survey of 20 respondents. This study uses a three-stage analysis consisting of the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. This study was conducted using analysis tools such as the SWOT matrix, IFE, and EFE matrix, IE matrix, and QSP matrix. The results showed that Kang Asrok was in quadrant IV, which means the right strategy is growth and build. Based on the QSP matrix, the right strategy to be applied is market penetration to create brand awareness of the community towards the product got a STAS score of 5,30. Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with many superior export products, including cocoa beans. Indonesia was once the third-largest cocoa producer in the world. However, there has been a significant decline in the export quantities of cocoa beans in recent years. This research aims to analyze the factors affecting the export quantities of Indonesian cocoa beans to Malaysia using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The cocoa bean commodities recorded in this research are whole or broken, raw or roasted with HS code 1801. The estimation results show that the factors that significantly affect the export quantities of Indonesian cocoa beans to Malaysia in the long term include Indonesia cocoa beans production, the export price of palm oil, and the dummy export duty policy. On the other hand, factors that significantly affect the export quantities of Indonesian cocoa beans to Malaysia in the short term include Indonesia cocoa beans production and the dummy export duty policy. Policy recommendations that can be developed include increasing cocoa production and productivity by simultaneously carrying out intensification and extensification programs, reducing exports of cocoa in the form of beans, and rising exports of cocoa in processed form. Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi mengenai pendekatan Game Theory dalam negosiasi pada beberapa studi literatur. Melalui studi literatur, kami menemukan bahwa Teori Permainan telah terbukti sangat berharga dalam menguraikan dinamika dan strategi dalam situasi negosiasi dalam berbagai konteks, termasuk dalam lingkungan kompleks agribisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya Memahami interaksi strategis, membuat keputusan dan melihat kepentingan serta kerjasama dengan berdasarkan variable yang dinamis serta membuat strategi yang optimal dalam keberhasilan bernegosiasi. Dalam bernegosiasi juga terdapat Nash equilibrium membantu mengungkapkan hasil potensial dari negosiasi.Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis penting untuk literatur dalam cara bernegosiasi dan menawarkan implikasi untuk pengusaha, pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku dalam melakukan negosiasi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong organisasi, termasuk instansi pemerintahan, untuk mengembangkan strategi komunikasi yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan informasi publik secara cepat dan kredibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan press release sebagai alat penyebaran informasi oleh Direktorat Jenderal Infrastruktur Digital Kementerian Komunikasi Digital. Penelitian diarahkan pada peran humas, proses penyusunan, serta strategi distribusi press release dalam kerangka teori komunikasi organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa humas berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara organisasi dan masyarakat, dengan tanggung jawab menyusun narasi press release yang kemudian diverifikasi secara berjenjang sebelum didistribusikan melalui berbagai kanal komunikasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh koordinasi internal yang solid dan strategi penyampaian informasi yang adaptif terhadap dinamika media digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi humas yang diterapkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan Republik Indonesia dalam meningkatkan brand journalism di majalah bhumipura dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi humas meliputi perencanaan komunikasi yang terarah dan sistematis, penggunaan berbagai gaya jurnalistik seperti hard news, opini, dan feature, serta kerja sama dengan mitra eksternal guna meningkatkan kualitas editorial. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun citra positif institusi dan meningkatkan pemahaman publik terkait kebijakan keimigrasian, yang ditandai dengan berbagai penghargaan yang telah diraih. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, tenggat waktu yang ketat, serta kurangnya komunikasi organisasi yang eksplisit terkait konsep branding terbaru yakni "Guard Guide". Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan peningkatan komunikasi internal, evaluasi berkala, serta optimalisasi platform digital guna memperluas jangkauan audiens.
