Abstract

Kesejahteraan kualitas hidup dan keamanan sebuah negara adalah suatu indikator kemajuan suatu bangsa. Dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 270 juta jiwa, Indonesia dinobatkan sebagai negara dengan populasi tertinggi ke-4 di dunia. Dengan populasi sebanyak ini, maka akan sangat sulit untuk menjaga kualitas hidup warga negara terutama dalam hal keamanan negara Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat masyarakat DKI Jakarta apabila sistem kebijakan Poin Sosial Tiongkok diterapkan di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 880 responden masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Uji t dengan alpha 0,05. Hasil penelitian Thitung (9,452) > Ttabel (1,963) dan Sig (0,001) < Alpha (0,05) menunjukkan hasil positif yang menyatakan bahwa kebijakan Poin Sosial Tiongkok akan berpengaruh meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat DKI Jakarta bila diterapkan di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Health diplomacy is carried out by various countries in the world to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, especially Indonesia through Foreign Policy and Global Health (FPGH) Initiatives by 2020. The concept of global health diplomacy and health security is used to analyze the research problem. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using three stages of data analysis, namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results shows that the diplomacy carried out by Indonesia through FPGH in 2020 aims to create affordable health access and ensure the availability of vaccines as one of the steps to accelerate the pandemic. Covid-19 consciously increases the ability of countries to collaborate in dealing with the impact of inequality and gap by involving multilateral cooperation as the main factor in realizing health security. These activities are demonstrated through international meetings such as the UN General Assembly, WHO, WHA, and ASEAN and involve the COVAX Facility to ensure fair and equal distribution of vaccines.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the power of social media to influence people in Indonesia with the fraud case carried out by crazy rich Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz, as well as the Big Data claim case which shows the postponement of the 2024 election. Social media has become a new medium for interaction, so that many parties who use social media ranging from individuals, influencers, business people, companies to government agencies to share activities, information, promotions and even show off their wealth and luxurious lifestyle. The concepts used in this study include Big Data and Flexing as an analytical instrument for the phenomena in this study. Researchers used qualitative methods using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a common thread between social media, flexing carried out by crazy rich Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz, and Big Data regarding the postponement of the 2021 elections where social media has strong power to influence and control public opinion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out how the cultural identity displayed by the East Java culture and tourism department as East Java tourism branding in the Instagram content @disbudparjatimprov; and (2) determine the effectiveness of the East Java culture and tourism agency's tourism branding by highlighting East Java's cultural identity. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. The primary data source used in this research is East Java Disbudpar Instagram content. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman perspective in the form of data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) Cultural identity as East Java tourism branding in Instagram @disbudparjatimprov content contains dimensions of entertainment, interaction, trends and customization; and (2) East Java Disbudpar takes advantage of tourism promotion opportunities through social media along with the advantages of the Instagram platform which is easy, global and interactive, being an effective and cheap way compared to promoting tourism through other media.

Abstract

Technological advances not only lie in the speed factor to get information but also multimedia facilities that can make learning more interesting to encourage students to learn optimally both in independent learning and in classroom learning. This study aims to determine the level of learning quality of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 5th semester medical students on the use of the LeADS application. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods. Research data were obtained using instruments (questionnaires) based on population and sample using quantitative data analysis to test hypotheses. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms containing checklists. The results of the analysis show that the use of the LeADS application to improve the quality of medical student learning is still not good when compared to the expectations of medical students in the future in improving the quality of learning. Recommendations for future research are that it is necessary to improve indicators that have not run well / effectively and find solutions to various obstacles in online learning, so that the quality of online learning increases

Abstract

With its disruptive development as the biggest social media worldwide, TikTok poses numerous threats to the society. With 99 million users in Indonesia, TikTok has potential to propagate hate speech on its platform. Having rich history of antisemitism in Indonesia, researcher seek to identify whether TikTok propagate antisemitism in Indonesia. In order to conduct the research, quantitative methods are utilized. This research focused on antisemitism on TikTok in Indonesia, which can be perceived as cyberbullying and online hate speech, and aimed to explain how TikTok used in Indonesia, forms of antisemitism on TikTok in Indonesia (if any), and how antisemitism proliferate through TikTok. Hence, the research would attempt to verify whether TikTok propagate antisemitism in Indonesia. In order to analyze and get a better view of the theme, researcher will discuss the rise of TikTok and the phenomena of Antisemitism in Indonesia in the next sections. With 400 samples, it is found that TikTok is having a great screen time (more than 60 minutes per day) and enjoyed by most of their users in Indonesia and it is indicated that TikTok able to convey political messages/social campaign efficiently in Indonesia. This research concludes that TikTok does propagate antisemitism in Indonesia, despite its sprawling are limited.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate and analyze communication patterns within families and their influence on the development of children's behavior in the Halim Perdana Kusuma environment. To comprehend how communication dynamics between parents and children impact the shaping of children's behavior, a quantitative approach employing survey questionnaires is utilized. The research reveals that the communication patterns (X1) between parents and children contribute to a 17% impact on the formation of child behavior (Y1). The correlation analysis indicates a correlation coefficient of 0.130 between variables X1 and Y1. The outcome of the simple linear regression demonstrates a positive relationship (0.096) between variable X1 and variable Y1. Furthermore, hypothesis testing utilizing the t-formula on the family communication pattern variable (X1) reveals a t-count of 1.297, which is less than the critical t-table value of 1.984, and the significance level of 0.198 exceeds the standard threshold of 0.05. Factors hindering communication between parents and children in the Perdana Kusuma environment include differing perceptions of specific events or situations, a significant age gap leading to a lack of understanding of contemporary child behavior by parents, and children struggling to adapt to their parents' traditional mindset and unstable emotional conditions. The anticipated outcome of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the significance of family communication in shaping children's behavior, particularly in a military family setting. The findings aspire to contribute to the enhancement of more effective communication patterns between parents and children, fostering the development of positive and healthy behaviors among children in the Halim Perdana Kusuma environment.

Abstract

Given the rapid development of gadgets in the digital era, they have become a double-edged sword, offering both positive and negative impacts. Children, as frequent users, often use gadgets mainly for playing games and searching for information on the internet, without understanding the risks, including exposure to harmful content like pornography. This community service program aims to educate parents at PAUD Srikandi on how to guide their children in using the internet wisely, helping them become more aware of negative content.Effective communication with children before giving them gadgets involves three key points: (1) Discuss the needs: Talk about why the child wants a gadget and access to the internet, and whether it’s necessary. (2) Discuss responsibilities: Ensure children understand that parents have the right to monitor how the gadget is used and check its content. Set clear consequences if the gadget or internet is misused. (3) Discuss the risks: Encourage children to talk to their parents about anything that makes them uncomfortable while using the gadget or internet.

Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan kebutuhan dalam menghadapi era globalisasi, salah satunya yaitu komputer dan microsoft office word. Komputer adalah alat yang mengolah data menurut prosedur yang telah dirumuskan, komputer merupakan suatu perangkat keras yang sangat berkaitan dengan teknologi. Microsoft word merupakan perangkat lunak  pengolah kata, salah satu fungsi utama microsoft word adalah pembuatan dan pengeditan dokumen. pengguna mengetik kata, menjadi kalimat bahkan paragraf. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan, pengenalan komputer dan microsoft word kepada santri-santri pondok pesantren modern daarul iman yang belum memahami komputer dan menggunakan software microsoft office word. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap pertama yaitu pengenalan komponen komputer dilaksanakan di aula pondok pesantren, tahap kedua pelatihan microsoft word dilaksanakan di lab komputer pondok pesantren. Hasil dari kegiatan ini santri-santri di pondok pesantren modern daarul iman lebih memahami dan mengerti tentang komputer dan microsoft word.  Kata Kunci : Komputer, Pelatihan Dasar, Microsoft Office Word

Abstract

Kis Mint, traditionally known as a candy brand for children, aims to expand its market reach to teenagers and adults while maintaining a competitive position in the industry. With over 163 million users, Instagram serves as a strategic platform for branding and consumer engagement. This study examines Kis Mint’s branding strategy on Instagram (@kisduludong) through the lens of consumer culture. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through unstructured interviews, participant observation, and digital document analysis. The findings reveal that Kis Mint employs three key branding strategies: (1) aligning its marketing with the lifestyles of teenagers and adults who carry candy as a daily necessity, (2) catering to diverse taste preferences by offering fresh and sweet flavours for teenagers and sour variations for adults mindful of sugar intake, and (3) utilizing individual packaging to maintain a mature appeal for adult consumers. Additionally, Kis Mint maximizes Instagram’s features, particularly its feed, to highlight product benefits such as breath-freshening properties while fostering social interaction through interactive content like quizzes. These strategies collectively enhance Kis Mint’s brand positioning and engagement on social media.
