Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan jasa, khususnya pada sektor perbankan. Selain pelayanan utama yang diberikan kepada nasabah, pelayanan penunjang seperti kebersihan dan layanan kantor memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan kenyamanan, keamanan, serta citra positif perusahaan. Pelayanan penunjang yang baik akan mendukung kelancaran aktivitas operasional dan meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah maupun pegawai.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kualitas pelayanan bagian penunjang kebersihan dan penunjang layanan kantor di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Rajadesa Cabang Ciamis. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan penunjang serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tersebut. Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan pengalaman penulis selama melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Industri (KKI) di BRI Unit Rajadesa Cabang Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati langsung kondisi kebersihan kantor dan aktivitas pelayanan penunjang. Wawancara dilakukan dengan petugas kebersihan dan pegawai yang terkait dengan pelayanan penunjang kantor. Dokumentasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung berupa arsip dan laporan kegiatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan bagian penunjang kebersihan dan penunjang layanan kantor di BRI Unit Rajadesa Cabang Ciamis telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan mampu mendukung kenyamanan nasabah serta efektivitas kerja pegawai. Lingkungan kantor yang bersih, rapi, dan tertata dengan baik memberikan kesan profesional dan meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan jumlah petugas dan tingginya aktivitas pelayanan pada jam-jam tertentu. Abstract

This study investigates the use of TikTok as a tool to enhance digital literacy in elementary school students. Using a one-group posttest-only design and incorporating the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) model, the research explored how students transformed their understanding of the topic "Changes in the State of Matter" into creative video content. The study found that TikToksignificantly improved students' understanding, retention, and engagement with the material, while also increasing their motivation and confidence. The structured learning process, guided by the RADEC model, integrated critical thinking and creativity, supporting the development of digital literacy skills. By creating and sharing TikTok videos, students were able to actively engage with the content in ways that traditional methods might not support. The findings suggest that TikTok can be a highly effective educational tool in primary education when used responsibly. This research highlights TikTok’s potential as an innovative educational tool that can enhance engagement and support digital literacy in elementary education

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic led to a policy of changing the learning system from offline to online. This policy has an impact on schools in Jayapura City, Papua. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of learning in schools during the pandemic. Data retrieval using the triangulation method with research subjects came from representatives of kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school educators as well as representatives of the al-barakah foundation. The results of this study indicate that the principal in planning learning begins by holding In House Training which discusses the mechanism of implementing learning for one semester. In addition, making standard operating procedures for various activities. The implementation of learning experienced a reduction in teaching time and a reduction in extracurricular activities and other student self-development activities. Furthermore, the evaluation of learning carried out is based on information technology that utilizes the internet network. However, there is a school decision regarding the learning material taught to students in the form of essential material so that some material is not conveyed. This will result in a decrease in the quality of the material conveyed to students and the loss of one of the materials in certain subjects.Keywords: Planning; implementation; evaluation; covid-19 pandemic
