Abstract

Ayam joper (jawa super) merupakan persilangan antara ayam local dengan ayam ras. Ayam tersebut berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai peluang usaha bagi peternak kecil dan menengah yang kepemilikan lahannya terbatas. Tatalaksana pemeliharaan ayam joper tidak rumit, biaya pemeliharaan relative lebih murah dan peluang pasar relative baik. Permasalahanya adalah tatalaksana pemeliharaan ayam tersebut belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat luas mulai dari penyediaan bibit, pakan, pemeliharaan, pengelolaan limbah dan pemasaran. Oleh karena studi tentang tatalaksana pemeliharaan ayam joper ini perlu disebarluaskan pada masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara survey dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik dan tenaga kerja pada usaha peternakan ayam tersebut untuk menggali informasi tentang tatalaksana pemeliharaan ayam joper mulai dari penyediaan bibit, pakan, manajemen dan pemasarakan. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan usaha peternakan ayam joper 100 ekor memberikan prospek yang baik untuk menopang kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga, yang mana tatalaksana bisa dilakukan sendiri tanpa harus merekrut tenaga kerja diluar keluarga.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif pembelajaran tematik kelas II SD Negeri Padasari 01 hanya sebesar 39,48%  atau 15 dari 38 peserta didik yang telah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya variasi dalam penggunaan model dan media pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tema 1 Hidup Rukun melalui model Problem Based Learning berbantu media Audio Visual di kelas II Semester I SD Negeri Padasari 01 Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023?” Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas II SD Negeri Padasari 01 Kabupaten Tegal berjumlah 38 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantu media Audio Visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan yaitu minimal 75%. Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan peserta didik yaitu 39,48%. Siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu 52,63%, dan siklus III yaitu 94,73%. Disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning berbantu media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada Tema 1 Hidup Rukun di kelas II semester I SD Negeri Padasari 01 Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Tema 1 Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Makhluk Hidup Pada Peserta didik Kelas III SD Negeri 02 Pait Kabupaten Pekalongan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantu Media Flash Card. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 02 Pait Kabupaten Pekalongan. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2022 dari tahap prasurvei hingga dilaksanakan tindakan. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini, memilih model yang dikemukakan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart terdiri dari: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, tes dan wawancara. Kriteria ketuntasan minimal kelas ini 68, hasil belajar dianalisis secara kualitatif. Instrumen menggunakan tes. Hasil penelitian dengan merapkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantu media Flash Card, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik di setiap siklus, siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 71,60 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 53%. Siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari siklus I yakni mencapai 75,33 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 67%. Siklus III diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dari siklus I dan siklus II yaitu sebesar 81,27 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 100%. sehingga   dapat   disimpulkan   bahwa penggunaakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learningdengan media Flash Card dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a general understanding of how learning is implemented. At Al MAdina Islamic Elementary School Semarang, Indonesia, class IVA students took part in a simple experiment on the photosynthesis process using a quantum learning model to improve learning outcomes. Classroom action research (PTK), a form of research consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, is a stage in each cycle. The research was carried out in two cycles, with one meeting each cycle. Student worksheets were used to collect research data. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are used in the data analysis process. Based on learning results, it can be seen from the pre-cycle that 14% of students completed and 86% of students did not complete. Cycle I obtained 61% completeness and 39% incomplete. Meanwhile, in cycle II, reflection was carried out so that there was an increase from cycle I with completion achievements of 93% of students completing and 7% of students not completing. By applying the Quantum Learning model in simple experiments using games, it can make students happy in participating in learning so that it can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects, especially photosynthesis process material in class IVA at Almadina Islamic Elementary School, Semarang.

Abstract

Radical innovation is a breakthrough change in the overall pattern of the old system, as a form of implementing new ideas to achieve a competitive advantage. Radical innovation is a solution to escape from external environmental pressures in the form of competition, deregulation in the industry, scarcity of resources, and higher customer demands. This study builds a conceptual model from an Islamic point of view: the value of maslahah in all cases provides benefits or goodness from radical innovation. Maslahah means the good rewards promised by God in this world and the hereafter, thus maslahah implies the benefits of this world and the hereafter, which encourages people to always think and produce new things that are beneficial.

Abstract

Game online adalah permainan yang dimainkan secara online via internet. game online adalah permainan video yang dimainkan selama beberapa bentuk jaringan komputer, menggunakan komputer pribadi atau konsol video game. Permainan online adalah jenis permainan komputer maupun smartphone dengan menggunakan jaringan internet sebagai medianya. Permainan online terdiri dari dua unsur utama, yaitu server dan client. Adapun permasalahan penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana pengaruh game online terhadap hasil belajar anak?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh game online terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SD Negri Pegandan 02. Peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa-apa yang saat ini berlaku. Di dalamnya terdapat upaya mendeskripsikan, mencatat, analisis dan menginterpretasikan kondisi-kondisi yang sekarang ini terjadi atau ada. Sampel yang diambil adalah 30 siswa SD Negri Pegandan 02. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa game online yang dimainkan siswa siswa SD Negri Pegandan 02 berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang kurang dalam hal memanfaatkan waktu belajar dan keseriusan siswa dalam bersekolah. Orang tua siswa juga merasakan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari game online yang dimainkan oleh anaknya. Game online dapat mengurangi hasil belajar siswa karena siswa merasa lelah bermain game online sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar..

Abstract

This study tries to explore the overall concept of targhib, namely that there are four factors that are used in shaping the performance of an Islamic organization (ta'awun/help, as-samahah/tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu') as a rule in conducting interactions both individually and collectively. group. In the concept of targhib, it functions to motivate humans as individuals and groups in small and large organizations, as was done by the Prophet Muhammad at the beginning of preaching activities. Rasulullah SAW encouraged us humans with the promise of reward and Jannah, for anyone who is able to walk according to the creed of monotheism and far from polytheism by carrying out the values ​​of ta'awun / help, as-samahah / tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu' in organizing. Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, (2013) explains targhib is a certainty of comfort, pleasure in the hereafter which is done with seduction. This concept refers to human nature, which has the desire to always live in a state of pleasure, safety and away from difficult or suffering conditions.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are now commercial organizations that can employ many people. There is a need for an efficient information system since there is a dearth of knowledge about marketing goals, despite the fact that many different MSME products have the potential to become high-quality exports. The more people there are who utilize the internet, the more probable it is that businesses will benefit from the increased competition. Therefore, the information system must provide MSMEs with access to digital marketing databases. To address this challenge, this piece presents a theoretical framework for applying technological innovation to the enhancement of human resources in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME). Given the current shortcomings of HR improvement procedures in Indonesian MSMEs, this paper offers a comprehensive evaluation as a template for development in the field. In this article, we compare the current HR improvement practice in Indonesian MSMEs to national and international practices reported in the literatures reviewed and conclude that, in accordance with the national marketing information system of MSME owners, implementing technology invention has the potential to support HR improvement in Indonesian MSMEs.

Abstract

MSME players should know how to prepare financial reports using the accounting records they have. For the purposes of preparing financial reports, MSME players must know the data needed and the procedures for implementing a financial recording system so as to produce adequate financial reports. This internal financial information is the final result of accounting records that are useful by management for business development. MSMEs only carry out very simple records. Recording is only carried out for business income transactions received and disbursed, while transactions for electricity costs, supplies and transactions related to company operations are not recorded. The researcher aims to provide direction to MSME leaders in reading financial reports and other information contained, by creating and presenting financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The method used by the author is qualitative. Researchers used interview techniques that included questions and answers when collecting data with MSME actors, direct observation and data collection for recording financial reports, documentation and analysis.
