Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengujian ethanol dengan konsentrasi 1% dan 3%. Ethanol yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah ethanol komersial atau ethanol yang dijual di pasaran. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan berbagai suhu yang berbeda ( 300 , 400 , 500 , 600). Dalam pengujian ini digunakan stack fuel cell yang terdiri dari MEA , 2 end plate dan gasket. Stack fuel cell ini akan dialiri ethanol yang dipanaskan dengan suhu yang telah disesuaikan , dan diberi tekanan sebesar 100 ml/s. Keyword : Ethanol , DEFC , MEA , Fuel Cell.

Abstract

Electrodeposition of Ni-based composite films on metal is subjected to improve its wear and corrosion resistances. Hard nitride compound particles commonly are added into Ni matrix to enhance the composite film properties. The compound has excelent properties especally in mechanical and corrosion resistances. Electrodeposited Ni-TiAlN composite film on tungsten carbide rod as substrate has been investigated. Amount of 2 gr/liter of TiN and AlN powders were added into the electrolyte solution that consists of 0.38 M Ni2SO4.6H2O, 0.17 M NiCl2.6H2O and 0.49 M H3BO3. The experiment was performed at electrodeposition current of 3.5 and 40 mA for about 10 minutes. The results show that the composite film morphology is refined as increasing of electrodeposition current. Abstract

Preparation of porous ceramic membranes have been done. Ceramic membranes based on zeolite, clay, coconut shell activated charcoal, and PVA was made in ten different compositions with clay as a variation of the composition. The addition of additives such as coconut shell activated charcoal and PVA aims to increase the quality of ceramic membranes. In this research, testing water absorption, density, and porosity using standard ASTM C 20-92, as well as testing SEM to see microstructure membrane formed. From the research data obtained to the values of water absorption test are 16.026-75.465%, the values density test are 0.685-1.229 gr/cm3, and the values porosity test are 22.639-59.500%. It can be concluded that the addition of additives decreased density, increased porosity and water absorption of the sample. More perfect pore formation and spread evenly with the addition of the additives. Keywords: membrane, additives, water absorption, density, porosity, SEM.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengujian prototipe tiga model turbin air sederhana dalam pengisian energi listrik dalam skala kecil ke dalam baterai selama 3 jam. Pengujian ketiga prototipe ini dilakukan dengan aliran maksimum 2.53 × 10-3 m3/s dan ketinggian head 0.9 m. Generator yang digunakan adalah dinamo dengan keluaran 12VDC. Baterai yang digunakan adalah 4 buah baterai NiCd rechargeable ukuran AA dengan masing-masing tegangan 1.2 Volt dan kapasitas 1000 mAh. Baterai tersebut disusun secara seri dan dipadukan dengan sebuah rangkaian charger. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem dengan turbin model 3 dapat menyimpan listrik hingga 0.64 Volt, model turbin 1 hingga 0.50 Volt, dan model turbin 2 hingga 0.44 Volt. Abstract

Development of nanocomposite thin coating has improved the wear and corrosion resistance of materials. Hard nano particles such as SiC, TiC and TiN was electrodeposited on metal or alloy matrix such as Ni to form a hard nanocomposite thin coating. However, the development of Ni-TiAlN nanocomposite coating by using electrodeposition for wear and corrosion protection is still lack of reports. TiAlN is a transition metal nitride with mechanical and corrosion protection, especially at high temperature operation. This compound is widely used in technology applications such as diffusion barrier of electronic components and hard coating on cutting tools. One of methods to fabricate the nanocomposite coating is electrodeposition since it is easy, low cost and high rate production. This paper is aimed to review on the development of Ni-TiAlN nanocomposite coating by using electrodeposition for wear and corrosion protection. Abstract

Analisis hasil perkuliahan e-learning elektronika menggunakan model statistik analisa ragam dua arah (Two Ways Analysis of Variance) di jurusan fisika, Universitas Negeri Jakarta telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan model statistik ragam dua arah (Two Ways Analysis of Variance) dari hasil belajar elektronika seperti tugas baca, latihan, dan kuis dengan masing-masing tugas baca, latihan, dan kuis terdiri dari tugas baca 1, tugas baca 2, tugas baca 3, latihan 1, latihan 2, latihan 3, kuis 1, kuis 2, dan kuis 3. Adapun analisa model statistik yang dilakukan dengan mengolah data hasil belajar elektronika kedalam bentuk statistik dan melakukan analisa ragam dua arah (Two Ways Analysis of Variance). Pengolahan data ke dalam bentuk statistik memperlihatkan kurva dan grafik pola histogram dari hasil analisa frekuensi hasil belajar elektronika, sedangkan analisa menggunakan uji analisa ragam dua arah (Two Ways Analysis of Variance) dapat diketahui bahwa mahasiswa jurusan Fisika 2011, Universitas Negeri Jakarta memilki kemampuan yang berbeda dan juga untuk tugas baca, latihan, dan kuis mempunyai tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda. Pada tugas baca memilki kesulitan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan latihan dan kuis, analisa ragam dua arah (Two Ways Analysis of Variance) memperlihatkan bahwa nilai latihan dan kuis mahasiswa lebih rendah dibandingkan nilai tugas baca mahasiswa. kata kunci : two ways Analysis of Variance, elektronika, e-learning.

Abstract

Scarcity of water in major cities has given many problems to ground water reserves. Way that is widely used in water treatment are filtration using membrane technology. Membrane technology has several advantages, such as: the separation process can occur at room temperature and non destructive using. Membrane is a selective barrier between two phases (Fauzan, 2009). This research will make membrane with zeolit, clay and activated carbon as the basic material as aditive in the filtration process. The research focused on a membrane filtration process. Based on AAS result for groundwater that tested by membranes, we can conclude that membrane based on zeolith and clay with activated carbon as aditive can reduce the concentrartion of Fe and Mn in groundwater that taken from Bekasi. The highest Fe concentration reduction is about 49,59% and the highest Mn concentration reduction is about 56,21 %. Keywords: Membrane, Zeolite, Clay, Activated Carbon, Water Quality.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ensiklopedia alat optik berbasis problem based learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation). Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium fisika FMIPA UNJ. Ensiklopedia yang dikembangkan ini dilengkapi dengan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik materi alat optik. Ensiklopedia telah divalidasi oleh ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli pembelajaran dengan instrumen validasi. Ensiklopedia alat optik terdiri dari 6 materi, yaitu (1) kacamata; (2) kamera; (3) Lup; (4) mikroskop; (5) periskop; dan (6) teleskop. Tahapan problem based learning dalam ensiklopedia ini terdiri dari problem orientation, organize student to learn, investigation, problem solution result, analysis and problem solution evaluation. Ensiklopedia ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar bagi peserta didik. Kata-kata kunci: Ensiklopedia, Alat Optik, Problem Based Learning, Sumber Belajar Abstract The aim of this study to develop optical instruments encyclopedia based on problem-based learning approach. The research method used is research and development (R & D) with the ADDIE models (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation). The development of optical instruments encyclopedia is done in State University of Jakarta ’s physics laboratory. This encyclopedia has been validated by experts, that is content experts, media experts, and learning experts by providing a validation instrument. Optical instruments encyclopedia consist of 6 titles, that is (1) eyeglasses; (2) camera; (3) magnifying glass; (4) microscope; (5) periscope; and (6) telescope. It is structured by problem-based learning approach stage that is problem orientation, organize student to learn, investigation, problem solution result, analysis, and problem solution evaluation. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 menggunakan modul elektronik dengan model discovery learning dengan video stop motion pada materi hukum Newton tentang gerak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat modul elektronik model discovery learning materi hukum Newton tentang gerak dengan video stop motion yang layak dijadikan media pembelajaran. Sebelumnya dilakukan analisis kebutuhan sebagai studi awal penelitian pengembangan. Dari 46 responden didapatkan hasil sebanyak 95.7% responden setuju dilakukannya penelitian ini dan 4.3% tidak setuju. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model ADDIE, dengan tahapan yaitu: 1) Analyze (Analisis), 2) Design (Perencanaan), 3) Develop (Pengembangan), 4) Implement (Penerapan), dan 5) Evaluate (Evaluasi). Penilaian instrumen angket uji validasi diinterpretasikan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil uji validasi oleh Ahli Materi didapatkan hasil 87.69% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji validasi oleh Ahli Pembelajaran didapatkan hasil 79.71% dengan kategori layak. Serta hasil uji validasi oleh Ahli Media didapatkan hasil 83.49% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi oleh Ahli Materi, Ahli Pembelajaran, dan Ahli Media, dapat disimpulkan produk yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran materi hukum Newton tentang gerak untuk Kelas X SMA. Kata-kata kunci: modul elektronik; video stop motion; Hukum Newton tentang gerak. Abstract The research is based on the use of technology in the 2013 curriculum by using electronic module of discovery learning model on Newton motion law with stop-motion video. The purpose of this research is to make the electronic module of discovery learning model on Newton motion law with stop-motion video which is feasible to be instructional media. Therefore, the needs analysis was done as a preliminary study of development research. From 46 respondents, 95.7% of respondents agreed to do this research and 4.3% disagree. The research method used is research and development by using ADDIE model, with the steps: 1) Analyze, 2) Design (Planning), 3) Develop, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. Assessment of questionnaire validation test instrument is interpreted by using the Likert Scale. The results of the validation test by Material Expert obtained 87.69% results with a very decent category. The results of the validation test by Education Expert obtained 79.71% results with a decent category. The results of the validation test by Media Expert obtained 83.49% results with a very decent category. Based on the results of validation test by Material Expert, Education Expert, and Media Expert, it can be concluded that the developed product has been feasible to be used as a Newton motion law instructional media for the 10th grade of Senior High School. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul materi momentum dan impuls berbasis Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) yang dilengkapi dengan soal-soal HOTS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA kelas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu tahap analisis (Analyze), tahap perencanaan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Development), tahap implementasi (Implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (Evaluate). Produk dibuat menggunakan software 3D Pageflip Professional 1.7.7. Penilaian angket uji validasi diinterpretasikan dengan Skala Likert. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi diperoleh 82.78% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media diperoleh 88.81% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil uji validasi oleh ahli pembelajaran diperoleh 80.83% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba lapangan oleh guru fisika SMA kelas X dan XI diperoleh 98.25% dengan kategori sangat layak dan hasil uji coba lapangan oleh siswa diperoleh 92.05% dengan kategori sangat layak. Uji coba lapangan kepada 36 siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN 44 Jakarta diperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 35.00 dan post-test sebesar 66.25. Hasil yang diperoleh pada uji Gain sebesar 0.485 dengan klasifikasi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dan uji coba lapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa pada materi momentum dan impuls. This research aims to development of e-module for momentum and impulse materials based on Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) that is equipped with HOTS questions to improve high order thinking skills for Senior High School Students in Class X. The method used in this research is method of research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model includes five stages, there are the analysis stage (Analyze), the planning stage (Design), the development stage (Development), the implementation (Implemetation), and evaluation stage (Evaluate). This product is made using 3D Pageflip Professional 1.7.7. Assessment of questionnaire validation test instrument is interpreted by using Likert Scale. The result of validation test by material experts obtained 82.78% with a very decent category, the result of validation test by media experts obtained 88.81% with a very decent category, and the result of validation test by education experts obtained 80.83% with a very decent category. The result of field trial test by high school physic teachers Class X and XI obtained 98.25% with a very decent category and the result of field trial by students obtained 92.05% with a very decent category. The result of field trials test by 36 students of Class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 44 Jakarta obtained an average of pre-test score 35.00 and an average of post-test score 66.25. the result of Gain test obtained 0.485. in the medium classification. Based on the results of validation test and field trials test, it can be concluded that the developed product has been used as an independent teaching material to improve students High Order Thinking Skills in momentum and impulse materials.
